We had problems with them, we emailed them and we haven´t had a answer, we lost 2 clients because of them. They don´t answer emails, they dont answer calls. So I wouldn´t recomend this services for no one.

The on boarding experience was great, with a very helpful and switched on Yuliya. The means of communication has changed recently to a ticketing system, and replies take a while, sometimes several days. The speed of responsiveness of the accounts team needs to improve, and I have experienced some missing payments that took a while to resolve.

Regardless you're new in UAE or used to the local system, they will truly assist you from A to Z. My first contact with Shirin was professional, quick and she efficiently answered any of my questions and doubts. I came to their office a few days letter, met Shirin personally and Vanessa took the relay for the rest of the process. From the first day I contacted them to the end process of having my Emirates ID, it took only about 2 weeks. These two woman have been awesome and guided me precisely at every stage of the application. I contacted about 5 similar agencies before choosing this one and don't regret my choice at all! Dynamic freelancer is just a great company and team, and platform itself. I think I was so lucky to meet them before making decision to move to Dubai and start my business! And I hold my visa and legally performing my activities! I will tell you why they are the best! 1) fast and transparent 2) so warm and nice attitude 3) you don’t have to do anything apart of doing you medical test and sign a contract (obviously) 4) the platform is so handy (I see the processes, can easily download my documents, with games of all managers working under my requests and processes!
