Lovely staff and amazing products. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to get a Dyson of your own. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitable when I wasn’t sure as to the hair tool I wanted - they explained all relevant specifications to me and even showed how the product worked on my hair so I could make a more informed decision based on my experience.

I recently called this store to purchase a new hair tool. The customer service was terrible. The salesperson was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in helping me find the right product for my needs. She didn't answer my questions and didn't seem to care about my satisfaction. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

No understanding whatsoever of customer service and experience from start to finish including after sales…great products spoiled by Jumbo Electronics. Spend your money elsewhere

Mohammad, the brand manager, stepped in to resolve all experienced mishaps. The item was now properly diagnosed, a part was sourced from overseas and all is well

Do not buy Dyson hovers, they are not durable, we have been using it averagely almost twice a week only and after 2 years it broke down, out of warranty of course so basically to check what is wrong with it only u pay 105 aed, for the cost of the hover initially paid, I expect something much more durable and cost effective.

Showroom is nice and service is good.
We bought the newest vacuum and hair dryer. Vaccum is good but not heavy duty, as soon as you take it home you will notice slight degradation in performance but overall it will remain very strong.
You will need to keep pressing on it to work, and with its weight, this will put pressure in your hand and could result injury within your carpel.

Dryer is nice but expensive and overrated, you can find better one with less price.

At the end Dyson is a high quality brand so will not complain about the price
Giving 3 stars because of vaccum handle and how inconvenient and heavy it could be.

No doubt Dyson is number one brand in the world
