When I first walked in I approached one of the sales team. She looked bothered when I asked for help, and decided to call her colleague to help me. I’m glad she did, otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased anything.
At first I asked for the V12, but they didn’t have it. However, Jamyla went over the differences of the V12 and V15. She answered ALL of my questions and God knows I had A LOT since I wasn’t familiar with the Dyson products. She was very helpful and explained every single detailed of how they worked. After a day of convincing my husband I got the V15, and I’m so happy I did! I have a 3 bedroom with carpet and marble, so now I know the V12 probably wouldn’t do the job of the V15. I’m very very happy with my purchase, and extremely grateful for Jamyla and the fact that she took her time explaining everything. There’s a saying that 20% of the workers do 80% of the work in a company, well she’s definitely part of that 20%.

Went to Dyson Dubai Mall today and we are assisted with Haifa ️. I can only say good things about her, the very helpful amazing lady who help us and fix our V8 vacuum cleaner. She is superb woman. Hope everyone is like her because we have few bad experienced dealing with Dyson staff at your MOE branch.

I bought a Dyson V6 vaccum cleaner few years ago. After over 2 years I had to change the battery and paid more than 500 aed. After another 2 years the unit is on breakdown again and it is the battery again.
I contacted the Dyson commercial department saying I cannot pay 500 aed every two years because they use poor battery quality while they sale their products at a premimum.
They just replied that the battery is out of warranty so they cannot do anything.

So my advise is to buy a more basic and probably more robust bran at 800 aed instead of buying a Dyson product at 2500 aed which will breakdown every two years.

I wil never buy Dyson anymore.

Entered the store. Was standing for 10 minutes but the staff was too busy with other customers. They should hire more people. For such a big brand there should be people to assist customers in the store.

Excellent service from Hany! (Dubai Mall). The lady which is doing the free session hair style, needs to improve her customer service skills! She was free doing nothing and she asked me to book my session online other day! Well, will never be back!

It's really look like just a showroom because they don't have most of the products available to buy, out of stock for most of the colors and models, visit it just to have an idea about something to buy, and then buy it online or from another shop, it will be cheaper and most probably with offers.

Great shop. If you buy a Dyson hair gadget, they give you a free demo with a trained stylist. Has all the latest and up to date Dyson products.

Poor in customer service! Honestly this is not what we expected from Dyson!

Repairing of hair dryer which took 10 days and after receiving a call from customer service that they are happy to replace it with “NEW” piece!

When i went for collection, they gave me a used hair dryer, i found dusts around the filter, when i told them this is the used one, simply replied that these dusts are from box of hair dryer! Come on, customer is not dumb! Please be more professional!

They supposed to check and get back to me, now 3 days left and no one replying my calls

With regards to my above comment and concerns, want to thanking Mr Joe, a store manager, for following up my complaint, and fulfilling my request as a client. Got a complete new pack of hair dryer as they promised me.

Wish the team of Dyson all the best and hope they serve their client in best possible way.

WE bought the Dyson cordless Vacuum V8 model but after 2 years warranty.the battery damaged. And the Jumbo electronics is sending us quotation of 450 dhs after special discount for battery.very expensive, not value for money, expensive spare parts and never recommend to buy.

Hello:

We have purchased (<4 weeks ago (5/24) a humidifier / air-purifier combo for something like AED 2,500. -
Two days ago, we’ve started to get an error that the water needs filing (even so the tank was full). Next step is that there is an error that the pump is not working.

I tried calling the 600 number on your website (3 x Friday during the day, with one message left, and one time today with message left), no answer, no call back until ~12 pm today.

I then called (yesterday late afternoon) the US helpline - instant service - and with their help diagnosed the issue (pump not working).
The person I talked with suggested to bring the unit to a Dyson center or store. All ok and as expected during the call.

This morning - Friday - I called again the 600 number and left a message as nobody answered (it was after 10 am). Then proceeded to transport the unit to the Dubai Mall Store, where it was bought.

Your store employee told me - after expressing his sorrow for the unit breaking - that I have to leave it, and it would take 10 days (!) for checking and possible repair. I explained what the previous diagnosis was, and we tried to verify this by taking a pump unit out of one of the store displays. Our unit worked fine with this pump installed.
He then explained again, that a technician has to see and check the unit …these are the rules.

I made clear that we would expect MUCH BETTER service, considering the price etc of the unit, and that the customer service so far is close to a 100% failure.
We like your technology, but before I would even remotely suggest to somebody to buy it, the service has to very, very much improve.

Left the store quite unhappy.

It looks to me that, as there is only a monopoly importer for the UAE, service is really seen as a necessary evil, rather than as an opportunity to make friends for life.

…and at the end we feel sad, disappointed and clearly like you (Jumbo Electronic) don’t care.

UPDATE: received another call from Gaurav at the “Dyson Concierge Center” (same center which hasn’t answered my calls). He explained that they will try to have a technician look at the unit tomorrow (probably to come yet again to the same result) and that they will advise. He also told me that they would bring the repaired unit once done….

Think twice before purchasing Dyson appliances, @dyson_arabia customer service is NIGHTMARE. I have two dyson products, my new appliance broke after second use. Resolution department is a scam, they have no product knowledge. It is embarrassing the number of times I have reached out. SHAME ON YOU. For a 2099 aed appliance you expect proper customer service, but not with dyson. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very impressed not only with the airwrap that I bought but I was refreshingly impressed with the sales girl Haifa. She was super knowledgeable and it’s rare to see someone so professional. The whole experience was fantastic and it’s great to see that Dyson invest quality in not only their products but their employees too. Bravo

Horrible experience so I purchased a vacuum cleaner V10 Absolute for 2,249 AED and it stopped working in less than a week. As they mention there is 14 days money back guaranteed. So i took it to the shop and the first impression was that this is something very normal and what they told me was that even if you buy an expensive phone like apple maybe it will not work also! Anyways after they checked with the service centre they agreed to either fix it for us or replace it with a new one. So we decided to upgrade to V11 absolute and asked them to give us some discount on the V11 but they refused and they said the price as of now is already discounted. And all this time they were acting somehow as if they are doing such a great favor to us by changing it having in mind that at this price point this shouldn’t be the customer care and the respect that you give to your customer. Finally we payed the price difference of 550 AED to upgrade to the V11 absolute. Guess what after 3 days of using it they vacuum, everytime you turn on the vacuum even after being fully charged it shows a red sign to plug it in to charge and once you put it on charge it shows 90% battery level again!
I really don’t recommend this shop with it’s products and poor customer service that hey have really sad and disappointed from my purchase and all that money that I wasted on this famous brand.

Absolutely worst service. Emailed them to try the Airwrap experience before purchasing it and it’s been 3 days since, never got any response. Passed by the store on the same day I sent the email and was given a WhatsApp number to message for a booking. You still can’t get a booking via WhatsApp and need to wait for a call from a stylist, which just eliminates the easiness of the process, they could have just asked for my number at the store and have the stylist call later. Finally got an appointment for Friday and arrived to find out that the stylist is not available. With such price tag for a styler having to chase Dyson is just ridiculous!

Last night we went there on 22 /11 there was a asian young girl in night she served us i think she was too tired to work as a customer i think people that serve u need to answer u nice and be polite and she didnt had any of these unfortunately as customer that i been in sydney and when i compere i think i can call this bad customer service
