Bad experience,
After I purcahsed S22 Altra the took from me the price of original charger 200 AED (as an ofer haha) and after I paid
They told oh we dont have charger we will call you later once it is available.
Even I came later three times to the shop. All the times they said we dont have we will call you. It is from 4 months ago.

Bought a BRAND NEW Iphone 14 pro max from ecity mirdif and after I checked it was a 1 month used iphone and was a japanese version instead of middle east version. The phone was packed exactly like a new phone but when i checked on the apple’s website it was 1 month used phone. Would never purchase anything from such store. Thankfully i checked everything before 7 days of purchase or I wouldn’t have got a refund. This brand cannot be trusted! Not recommended for buying any product. They can cheat anyone easily with packing the product same as new product. This brand is only good for CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I've gone to the store, and they don't know anything about my laptop. I've called technical service and they don't know anything either.

I bought laptop from e city mall of the emirates branch mall of the emirates August 2022 warranty 2 years, after less than 6 months is damaged, I visited the store on 21 January 2023 to check what happened in the laptop they told me they will send it to fix it it takes 14 days laptop was totally not working even screen too, so far 13th February 2023 visited the store 3 times trying to know where's my laptop when is gonna be fixed and what happened, had lots of calls with store and customer support but didn't get solution and every time they promised me I will get it on Thursday 9th February but I didn't get it they said not finished tried to know when but no action, when you inter the store lots of sales associates will come try to sell to you anything but when you have problem or complain is absolutely unprofessional place and so much straggling to get solution

I am visited ecity mall of emirates and there really i met very good salesman his name is shanvin and he was very nice because he explained everything for me without pushing me to buy from him he only let me decided that by myself.and also the other people was smiley people and the store manager mr.yogesh was really kind to me and gave some gifts for free. Last night I had an experience to visit ECity store in MOE. A guy named John McKoy assisted me in very professional and friendly manner in buying Iphone 13 pro. The version which i wanted was not available in stock so he checked the system to check with the other branches; however later i bought the version available in the stock from him due to his efforts and helpful attitude. Thank you John.
Another staff guy named Khizer also helped me to put the protector after buying the handset
and was having very helpful and friendly attitude. Keep it up guys.

I bought an IPhone 13 in this store last week and now that I arrived in Brazil I discovered that the IPhone is blocked. I contacted the national agency in Brazil and I figure out that the device was blocked in the UK for THEFT!

Avoid this store as it sells products of dubious origin!

My friend bought a iPhone today from E city electrnonics - mall of emirates. I was shocked after opening the box. I paid 2999 AED for the new phone. After unbox there is a sim inside the phone. How’s that possible? A SIM card inside an unbox iPhone box and that is active also. Going forward to give complaint to the authority for more clarification.

I am so upset with the a product I bought from E-city MOE that turns out to be defective. It's really annoying since I'm living far from the place. Very uncomfortable to waste precious time, energy and hard earned fare money just to return the Porodo product I bought. Why can't this store ensure that every item they sell is a in good quality and safe?

I bought my IPHONE today in your shop and I am very happy with the service provided, especially would like to mention Stive and Asad.
I met Asad yesterday in the shop, he showed us the phones and answered all questions, we decided to take some time to think, so I came back today to complete the purchase, so today Steve met me and was the one who also showed me a package of IPhone cover, protection glass and also adaptor for a very nice price.

Asad also helped me to proceed with Taxfree services and another colleague (sorry I forgot the name) assisted with putting of protection glass

All colleges were super helpful and super nice, overall all the team is friendly and happy to assist, they don’t push too much for sales but just explaining all the options, they not only listen but also hear all the preferences of their guests.

The price for this phone is almost the same in all the stores around that but I choose ecity because of the amazing stuff.

Really liked the way sales guy named steven dealt with me, even though i had a slightly better offer elsewhere, i came back and bought my laptop from him.

Try to avoid …. Staff (not all) are unprofessional…don’t know the value of customer.

Bought a phone from the place.but when I asked for few other things …the staff behaved like they are doing a favour to me….

If you are busy tell your boss…. If you do not like the job …quit.

Extremely rude staff, they are screaming to customers and fighting back when asking something very simple, probably this is their way of communication. Specially lady at counter and store manager.

Worst customer services I bought a new phone 1st they did not have sample so I can check secondly they highly recommend me Samsung A01 and I bought it
Later I opened and start using it the keypad is malfunctioning and now they are saying go to Samsung store directly and get it fix from there. They why the hello on earth you are selling Samsung

When I came to change an item I bought because it didn't work properly, the - he said he was - outlet manager was rude and told me that their engineers have checked the item and it was fine and the fault was because of something I've done. I was shocked to see that there were still these kind of businesses that still talk like that to their customers. Even more shocking was that when I left my receipt on the billing desk to check with their technician, I came later to pick it up, that same outlet manager made me believe that I have already picked it up. A while later another kind staff member working there brought it to me from behind the billing desk and that manager lied it was laying on the floor when it was found.

A question to the business owners and after all these negative reviews, when will you investigate your employees conduct with your customers?

The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been cheated years ago at another tech shop and they even had better customer service than E-City!
I made the time to talk to the manager about the service but he simply didn’t care! Asked him if he knew about the reviews here and he knew, he just didn’t care. Good customer service starts with good management and this place has none of that and that includes product knowledge.

I am not recommending to buy from this store, especially from Ecity DCC, they will cheat and trick you to buy from their discounted items that has hidden defects in which they will not refund. If you request them to change it with same model, they will say there is no other stocks. They will offer you to change to other model/items which has higher in price, so you will have to pay additional amount.
I regret buying from this store, the laptop I bought was opened but their manager (I’m not sure if it was already opened) as I didn’t saw him open the box in front of me. He told me he will open to try, but when I got near him, it's already open and he walk away from me after, he then refer me to the (pregnant) kabayan crew and give me the receipt. Out of delicadeza co'z they open it for me (as they say) I pay it in cash. I know both of them knows the problem that's why I know the CHEAT on me.
Better buy from other store.

Purchased a mobile and the FOC's are pending, they told me that it will be given the next day and they will call me, its been 4 days and no one calls. Trying to call the shop for several times but nobody is answering! Poor customer service. Its a mistake to bought something in this shop

Wrost shop and costumer service, refused to exchange an item purchased from them after 2 days, while similar process for similar item been done day before. They even don't spend few minutes to answer the feedbacks meaning don't come again.

I have been looking for a laptop for the past couple months after experiencing some difficulties with my previous device, so I went to multiple electronic stores and checked E city. The guy that assisted me was Faizan Raza and he was not just friendly, but he was also honest and patient. Moreover, the prices were the same in most of the electronic stores that I checked. And I am completely satisfied with device that was recommended, and I would definitely recommend buying from this store with the great staff.

Probably not the retail outlet popping in mind, when one intent to go to an electronic store, however I ended up buying my Huawei Mate 20 Pro on pre-order basis from E City at Mall of Emirates. Somehow the high demand for this unit, made it really difficult to get the unit on the prescribed date, unless you placed the pre-order within couple of days when it was announced, which I did, and got my unit on the promised date including the pre-order gift pack i.e. The Huawei Watch GT, and the Huawei Wireless Charger. Was served by Mr. Yasir at E City, and he being a promoter of Huawei products, was well versed on what the product is offering, and when can the delivery be expected, and must say, it was very assuring. Suggest to go and check out this store.

The same item I found it at the same day for 189 from e city store mall of Dubai
To be honest the mall of Dubai staff I can say they are okay.
But the E City store in mall of emirate
The manager there is careless
I will never go to E City stores again
And I advise you the same.
They doesn't care about your time or customer satisfaction.
