Make sure you test the phone before you leave the store. We experienced simlocked product which didnt work with our own sim. They had to replace the phone later on.

Not happy.
Bought a MacBook Pro in the end of June 2023. Consultants told me that E-City is an official Apple reseller (it turns out they are not).
My Macbook turned out to be the international version (not UAE version) but the price was as it is UAE version (the problem is that the international version in other stores is 350-400 euros cheaper than UAE version, and I needed exactly the UAE version). That means that I paid a full price for the product that I didn't need and that costs 350 euros less.
Plus, when I opened the box, I found the US power adaptor, which doesn't fit to the electricity in my country. Consultants didn't mention this "surprise", and I of course I didn't have the type A to type G adaptor with me (and, to be honestly, using a third-party power adaptor is not what you expect when buying a 2200 euros laptop.
Unfortunately, I was only travelling to UAE, and I opened the macbook in another country, so I can't go the shop and return it. Otherwise, I would have done it.

I was sold a totulife pulse smart band, and was told that I can exchange it within 7 days. When I went to exchange on the 6th day I was told that since I had opened the box they cannot exchange. Really disappointed with the service and treatment offered. The product did not appear to be same as the image on the box and quality wasn’t great - hence wanted to exchange. But it was denied. Would never ever buy anything from ECity Ibn Battuta Mall! Disappointed! Sorry!

E City sold me a Stolen iPhone from their shop in Dubai Mall in July 22. I subsequently went to US and found that the phone was blacklisted there. Shame on them for doing such fraud and cheating on innocent customers.

I just popped in the ECT CITY shop and was warmly greated my staff called Khen C where i end upt buying 3 products and he explained me how it works and connected my phone to new ear phone and tried it several times as i was a first time user oif ear buds.excellent patience and good knowledge and confident about the products they sell. Most definetly come back to shop.also the top sales person called AMIN was excellent too and at hand to advice and assist.

Worst customer service, be aware! The staff sold me the wrong product and they didn’t accept a replacement even though i never used the product! Trust me go to any other shop in the mall

Worst service providers. I am waiting for +9 days just to get their response for my laptop repair which is under 2 year warranty.

I bought an apple iphone from them and the sim was not supporting. The staff there offered me a replacement through mail and when I took the phone back, they told me that they cannot replace. I lost my 3000 DHS. Very bad customer service, shop, and the people there are so arrogant. Very bad experience from the staff and management.
Please look for genuine shops.

These people promote me Cash Refund if the adapter doesn’t work. When I go there for the refund they said they don’t have money and asked me to come back. What kind of a customer service is that?
