Mr Ranjith and his team were polite and professional. They were quick and careful with packaging. Everything packed was unpacked with no damages. Good job done.

Unfortunately the 2 stars are only for packing boxes as it seems that everything else is left to the client, there is a lot of documentation required that other logistic companies deal with on your behalf, I thought that's the service paid for, I was so wrong will not use again expensive and chaotic internal business structure

I had used Emovers Dubai for my relocation from UAE to India. This is a live case happening right now. It is more than a month now and my cargo is still sitting in their ware house in UAE and not moved. I am told there is not enough volume. When asked about delay I was told it takes upto 5 weeks for cargo to move from Origin. In my case 5 weeks over and then also cargo has not moved. I had to follow up for the shipping status multiple times over an unresponsive customer service and moving manager. I am badly struck without my personal goods and furniture. Not sure when the items will reach destination. May be Emovers are good for within UAE Relocation. This is my real time experience as it is happening.

Current status 24th Aug 22 - after 40 days since Cargo was packed in Dubai - Confusing and unclear updates from Emovers on cargo status. Moving manager says Cargo was left. Customer service Manager says Cargo sitting in port and gives no clear idea when it will depart. If I call Moving manager Mr Shabbir he does not answer despite multiple calls. Now he has replied claiming Vessel has departed without taking my cargo. No clear date of arrival in India given. May be I will get my cargo some time in future? There is a customer service co-ordinator Mukul whose entire approach is casual and no committment to dates.

The entire thing is happening right now live and nothing extra added by me. Emovers can dispute if something I said is wrong or factually incorrect.

PLEASE AVOID EMOVERS for any relocation to India. It will not work

Update 14th Sep 2022- Today marks the 60th day since my shipment was picked up in Dubai. The shipment is not delivered yet. It has reached Chennai port and waiting for customs clearance yet. I should get the shipment _?

Update 15th Sep 2022- I am told Customs inspection still pending and no clarity yet from them on when inspection will happen. This is happening live. Emovers can contradict if what I say is factually incorrect.

Update 16th Sep 22 - Today is Day 63 since my shipment picked up in Dubai Home. Emovers is still trying to get customs inspection done in port in Chennai

We made a huge mistake of hiring the horrendous service of Emovers after we had an issue with the house we were moving into. All our items were packed up by another company but we needed to store our things till we found another house. That was the first audacity with emovers - they charged us full packing charges just for taking the boxes and storing in their ridiculous wharehouse. From then on it was a nightmare of 10 months where we used to get constant threats of any of our payments were late to have our things “disposed” of. By then end we were held to ransom to pay the charges we were disputing else they wouldn’t deliver our things and again dispose of them!
When we received our things an expensive marble console was broken, a small office drawer unit was missing, the 2 mattresses were soiled and damaged, they didn’t refix the wardrobes properly.
We tried many many times to follow up with their poor management and it’s like a goose chase - they pass you from one person to another, tell you that they are having a meeting about it and nothing! 2 months on - not heard from them, no apology, compensation or anything.
Really rude and disinterested management - we went to the actual wharehpuse to get a few things and the way the things are stored in various places is also quite shocking!
Would not advise anyone to use this company for long term storage - really quite awful!

they pack everything up nicely, even fragile things are especially taken care of, and you don’t have to lift a finger, even with the unpacking at the new place, they do it all- curtains, dishwashers, washing machines, all perfect! They even unpack the kitchen nicely

I used e-movers services 12 months ago and I was happy at the time with the service.when I called them again this year to move the same content (plus one sofa extension I purchased since the first move) the quote had jumped 45 percent.the distance this time is less than a kilometer, which is less than the previous move. 45 percent increase in 12 months.no explanation no justification no reply to my requests.day light robbery.

Used to be a good company, now the worst, one of there employee wipe his
hand with our towels, scratch walls, take a very long time to assemble furniture and there prices are the highest in market.i don't recommend it to anyone at all.any other company will better.

We have just finished moving to our new home and we decided to give eMovers a go. We couldn't have made a better choice to be honest.

The team lead by Sublesh has done a wonderful job. They came on time, fully equipped and with enough people to do the job in no time. Everything has been taken care of professionally, with care and in a super organized way. We were pleasantly surprised. They took excellent care of fixing back TVs, curtains, mirrors, and even came back the day after to finish a clue of more things (Sooraj is a great lad, especially on the most delicate duties).

If you need a similar service, do not hesitate even one second. They are right choice.

On reaching out to them within a couple of hours I was on a zoom call showcasing what needed to be moved. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail even on the zoom call.

Once the team was here to move, I can't explain how organised everything was. They had everything one can imagine and beyond. Special wrapping textiles for furniture, special movable wardrobes with hanger rods so you clothes don't need to be ironed again, special boxes for shoes and the list goes on!

The team was super helpful and did much more than was expected of them. They even drilled the walls in our new house for the paintings. I had some clothes in a section of my cupboard that were not folded and to my surprise, they had even folded those and set them in the new house. Also, the female packers for the kitchen was a blessing!

I can't thank them enough for the stress free experience I had with them. If you are one of those that values their stuff, and doesn't want any stress while moving, give them a call.

I hired E-Movers for shifting my house withing Abu Dhabi city. E-Movers team of professionals arrived on time. They were well equipped with the required packing materials and tools. All the items were nicely packed without troubling us and without asking us many questions.

A lady in the team took control of the Kitchen. All the items were very professionally packed and shipped to the new Location. Unpacking and rearranging was done with great care and patience.

The team continuously worked for 12-13 hrs and arranged my home properly without any damage. They were very soft spoken and well behaved.

I strongly recommend E-Movers. If you hore them, your shifting will be absolutely pleasing and hasslefree.

This is my third international move, and I’m deeply impressed by the work of Lama and his team.
They did a great job in meticulously packaging all our household goods in record time, were professional and responsive and overcame issues with the container delivery time by calling in four trucks to keep the timeline.
I could not recommend them more.

The one star is for the sales team.operations team did well. I booked a service with handyman to re install my curtains and lights in the new house.on the same day of moving, I was told the handyman is not available (I paid full amount in advance) and they can only remove the items from old house but cannot fix it in the new house.so you can imagine the amount of stress and frustration I went thru.had to call several ppl from their head office who eventually helped but If I didn't do that (and I didn't have to do that), I would've eneded paying extra for another handyman to fixe my items or waited for e movers to let me know when is a handyman is available.again, for something I already paid for and have it confirmed in writing

I did not use these guys, but found their procedures very professional. I spoke with Sreenu, who was appointed as the supervisor to attend my case.
Reason for not using: too expensive then other professional movers in market.

My friend recommanded this company, he moved his 1 bed room within same community, i have requested there services with less furniture they requested double the price!

My review is about a move from Dubai to Europe and as much as the team 'on the ground' did the job in an acceptable way the handling of the insurance part was not more than 'zero stars'. Not only that we were asked on an extremely short notice to complete many pages of relevant information for the insurance incl.values per item (can you imagine to check the values of the content of more than 200 boxes in 1-2 working days.item by item), we were also misinformed about the terms or simply not informed about many other details. They sell is a 'all-inclusive' but this is not the case! At the end we needed to fight for weeks with the insurance company in Europe and we were lucky that the damage was only a few thousand euros and not more. So be very careful with E-movers in terms of insurance, they promise you world and then they let you down. Second issue is a very poor and slow communication, especially after the goods have arrived in Europe and there were other operational issues with the company which is delivering. Same mindset as for the insurance, E-movers simply don't care anymore after the goods have left the country. No recommendation!

Today I have used Emovers to move 3 bedrooms apartment within Dubai. My contact was Sanil, his communication was professional. The quote was super high, however I was looking for stress free move. The appointment was at 8 and 8: 00am they were at my door step. Arrangements were as agreed and the team worked in an amazing way.
