Did not deliver mattress after taking payment and stopped answering my calls for many days. Finally picked my call and the owner spoke very rudely.
Highly recommend to avoid this place.

Very poor service. Unprofessional people. Very rude to customer after taking money. Their office is closed and they don’t receive phone calls.
I got my bed after a month.

They have the worst attitude, they are rude and lack of professionalism.

They start shouting and challenging back when they can't meet deliverables.

I just hope I can get my money back for the products that weren't sent.

FRAUDERS! I came to order a sofa, they took all the sizes and chose the fabrics. I paid for a 3D picture of a sofa and agreed with him that he would send it to me in 2 days. As a result, the seller disappeared and the office was closed.

I could not be happier I love and you can never go wrong with the East Coast Furniture, their service is good and convenient, very quick and they are trustworthy. All I can say is I had an amazing experience ️ five star rate forsure.

They recently deteriorated badly probably due to management or sales force. They deliver the wrong products, never apologize, factory blames it on the sales man and the sales man never respond. 2 months of follow up without fruits until i had to raise it to consumers protection.
Never use them again.
It was the only way to get the case resolved.

Curtains are nicely stitched. Excellent customer service provided, understood exactly what we wanted and was advised promptly. 100% recommend the company

Ordered with them in February still not delivered and it’s the end of may. They don’t answer and Ahmad is the biggest scammer and stealer. Be aware.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst people I have ever dealt with. Ahmad requested that I pay 80% of the payment and he promised that he will deliver everything on time. He takes your money and closes his phone and stops responding. And when he does he says tomorrow tomorrow and he doesn’t deliver. After the workers came to put 30% of our order we asked them why the delivery was late and they said that ahmad did not pay them and that’s why they are late. Workers who painted the doors ruined the marble on the floor and damaged the door handles as well. Save your money and your time and do not deal with them.
