Amazing service from the start to end. I opted for the move out, pod storage and redelivery services and everything went smoothly and without a hassle. Communication is so great that they provide specific answers to your questions. The admin staff especially Mel and Ben have assisted me above expectations and also communicated despite non-office hours. This shows how much dedication they have yo their work and to theirs clients. You are always attended to. The moving team of Ahmed Sultan was on time, and they showed so much professionalism, great swift work and kindness. Kudos to the whole team for a job well done!

They were on time, efficient and pleasant. The icing on the cake was the Freedom Pizza voucher, which I found to be a thoughtful gesture. All in all, a truly wonderful experience. Our relationship was a non-starter. Had taken time off from work for the survey to take place. Ben committed and confirmed that they are coming tomorrow. And then I was informed that they cannot make it. Sticking to commitment is key in moving a house.

Appalling service from someone name Sayed who refused to get me to check my stuff just because my payment was due! I promised that I will make the payment in the same date, but I had to collect my baby chair and that I won't be able to move without as I just arrived back in dubai. I advised also that they can put hold or process my security deposite if they need any guarantee. It was like speaking to a robot who just reading policies to me. My phone died while speaking to him and they didn't even bother calling their warehouse to continue talking to me and had to pay 500AED to buy a new one because EASYTRUCK incompetence. Never dealing with them again

Amazing service, they were so well organised (hard to find in Dubai) they made everything so easy right from the start of the process until the end. Highly recommend! As always the guys at easy truck exceeded my expectations we have used them many time for full moves this job today was just a small move swapping all the furniture in one room to another… they were so quick and efficient they did Chip the wall but it was patched up perfectly before I even asked and they even re hung all my wonky paintings in the house that I tried to put up myself)

We had a wonderful experience recently with Easytruck. This is our second time using them as we were so happy with the service the first time we moved a few years ago! The process of booking and paying for the move was simple and easy. The guys arrived promptly and knew exactly what to do, while also taking direction from my husband and I on what to pack and where to unpack in the new place. They are very well experienced and only needed to be told once what to pack/what to not pack. I am 8 months pregnant and the Easytruck guys were so sweet to look out for me and tell me not to lift or pack/unpack anything. I literally didn’t lift a finger! They were excellent when unpacking everything and moved the furniture around as per our requests. I also really loved that they used reusable boxes to minimise on waste! A special shout out to the lead mover Tasaddaq who was just so amazing, experienced, kind, caring and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Items were picked up just as promised early in the morning. Process was smooth. Jane was amazing with communication and was very understanding of my particular situation. And Atif was very helpful and went out of his way to even offer me a lift home on the day of my pickup. Couldn't ask for a better service or company!

This is my third I am shifting houses and choosing Easytruck was an excellent choice. Previously I used to call the trucks and end up doing most of the work from packing, dismantling, assembling and then half of the boxes that i bring are kept unopened for several months.

Well Easytruck experience was amazing, they reached at 5 minutes to 8 and directly headed to work, by 12: 30 the apartment was fully packed and in the trucks. For me I was just sitting and watching the team of 6 doing what they do best, I spent my time enjoying my coffe.

We reached to the new apartment and again my Wife, 3 kids, and I where just watching them. We just told them how things should be placed and that's it.

5: 30 the house is set, guys left and we ended up with a free pizza from freedom pizza.

Personally I do recommend Easytruck for the end to end service and piece of mind.

I could not have asked for a better experience start to finish. My move was challenging in that my order changed from storage (originally) to just a move from one flat to another. The office team worked with me. And the on-site crew were amazing. They were punctual, polite and very efficient. All my belongings were carefully wrapped in cloth and plastic even though the new home was just 18 km away. Everything arrived in the same condition it was in before the move, and the team built my furniture. Honestly this was the most stress-free move I have ever had. Truly easy!

This was move number 5 for us in Dubai and most definitely the easiest one. The team led by Ali was amazingly efficient and so fast! Ali’s communication was fantastic through the whole experience. We were blown away. We downsized from a villa to an apartment in the Marina, so we had to store a lot too. It was great that the whole thing was organised through the one company. Easy Truck’s pricing are also very reasonable for the absolute professional service they provide. We don’t plan on moving for a very long time, but if we do, we will definitely call Easy Truck!

These guys are honestly the best.
You want to know why?
They have their warehouse open from 6am literally.
And the whole tram's in there, at the warehouse, and then quickly assist in dropping goods, gicing you the key and receipt. All over in 3 minutes.

Their warehouse, unlike others, is within the city limits and it's easy to travel there!

YEAH! What more do I need when I had to urgently fly the next morning.they also have amazing pick up and drop services. I got my stuffs back in most professional, safe and courteous way. All these at the most economical price ever.and they are always available to assist you faster and clearer. These guys are damn amazinggg.

We have used Easytruck for moving and storage before. An therefore we wanted to use them again on our latest move. We had to store our furniture while searching for a place to live.
The collection and the storage went really well.

It was the return of our furniture that leads to this bad review. First of all they arrived almost an hour late. No one called or anything. Some of our liquid items were apparently not packed properly so they were leaking. They were spilled on the tiles in front of the villa, and on the side. A lot of our items was covered by the fluid and just dumped in the corner of the garden. But none of the moving people informed me. Further more they cut open my gazepo top without telling me.

I complained to easytruck. They came and sorted out the tiles. But the items they dumped in the corner broken. And my Gazepo they cut open. They won't replace. They are just running away from all responsibility. Because I did not purchase an insurance for 600AED.

Be carefull with these guys. If the break items they do not care. They run from all responsibility. Further more they are quite expensive compared to other companies.

I will never use them again.
