I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiters are committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was also good. THE way u are serving is also good. Most importantly, the chicken charcoal is great.

Recommend their juices and semi hotdog

The tea is a bit too thick

Just like other branches, keeping a minimum quality in food and service. Only 2-3 restaurants are available in Liwan, so this is the best among them.

Even after complaining to them multiple times about their chicken samosa filling taste awful and old they still sell the same way. I thought they will look in to this and brought 2,3 times after and got totally disappointed.
This place is not like roadside cafeteria, customers near to them go there. So they really need to keep their food standard at least to acceptable level.

Sometimes its nice sometimes its not that a one lines to be honest

Shawermas are nice sometimes but sometimes the shawerma bread is very hard
The mixed grills half kg comes in a really impressive box with condiments thats something I like, sandwiches are also good but sometimes its not up to the mark

Need to focus on consistency

Sorry to say its Really bad experience from here.
Many times we visited other outlets of eat and drink but here it can't accept the food especially shawarma we didn't finish also.we came from little far to visit eat and drink.but we are not at all satisfied.

What kind of service you guys provide if you can’t deliver I suggest you not to take a delivery Oder no value for the Customers ashamed on you eat & drink

I think this is the best restaurant in Liwan community so far. Good quality food and great customer service as well

I don't understand the Delivery charge AED1.00 applied when you order within Liwan. Even to next building. This is ridiculous. Restaurants within the community should not charge delivery charges. Yes, if they want to charge let them charge for orders outside LIWAN. Moreover the price for the items are already high and the quantity is less. Totally making use of the circumstances. They are aware there is no other Restaurants available within the community. Totally Unprofessional.

We had a birthday catering of 30-40 People. Everyone liked the food, it was fresh and tastie ️

Charcoal options are too nice

This place is great and has left the best impressions with flavoursome food and friendly hosts. Their Zinger sandwich is the best in town and pepper Charcoal stands out with the best flavours and classic taste.

Very disappointed with quantity of dishes that is served along with the full charcoal despite very high price. Would have given zero rating if there was an option.

Unprofessional and untidy!

Used to frequently order here even though the shawarma was mediocre at best.

Unfortunately the handling of food is very bad.

Tea was spilt all over!

When I complained to replace the order, they gave me half full tea cups.

It’s such a nuisance speaking, explaining and wasting time with them!

Worst mixed grill ever and overpriced. Everything was burned and tasted awful. It was packed with unnecessary amount of kuboos, chicken tasted weeks old. Immediately after eating i felt sick and vomited.

Not at all happy with the food and the price. Is that the quantity you should serve for a full grill. Kuboos one pack with small plate of hummus and garlic. Try to learn from other restaurants on how they serve the dish. A full grill of 26 aed piece comes with French fries, salad, 3 or 4 packets of kuboos, 2 -2 garlic and hummus.

The best Karak tea I become addicted to it. Highly recommended to everyone. The staff are nice and friendly. The only improvement I would say that they need to open early and answer the phone faster.
