Food quality was below average. Mutton kebab was disappointing.
Not clean. Bad smell from the hand washing area.

Waiters have no training brought the biryani with his finger with gloves inside the hira in, made the waiter bring a new one, cleaner boy with the same gloves is also serving food. Seems like this outlet does not know how to manage employees, such a bad way of handling things here

First time i see worst food on eat and drink Muh branch zero customer service zero food quality hummus taste is like expired kuhbs expired on date 12 and they served date 11 condition very hard very disappointed about ur Services. Very poor

I called and gave the order on my way and staff told me it will be ready in 5 minutes. I reached after 7 minutes and they let me wait for next 20 minutes and then gave me order. Very bad management. Poor services

Worst experience every time, unprofessional Staff, don't know the value of business, not entertaining the small order customers, always providing
Pre- cooked food and always using Maggi masala to enhance the recipe. I am seriously upset with the way they act with small orders. Should be learning the business development management, and should teach the staff to act equally with all the customers either small or big orders, remember every drop counts.:

Very poor service. Had to wait for nearly 30 mins for one drink without no one attending or responding to our order.

Always maintain quality, though it's an indian restaurant Arabic dishes are excellent especially the Mixed grill and toasted shawarma.

Good food, specially the mutton soup, one of my favourite, decent price, which can be afforded by a common man,

احب اكلهم دجاج على الفحم وتحس بنظافتهم. لكن تجنب الموظفين الجداد لانه دايما يغلطون فالطلبيات المعينة مثلا لو قلت له عطني صدر دجاج يجيب لك الورك. ولو قلت بدون فلفل يجيك مع الفلفل. غير جذي افضلهم على اغلب الي حولهم

We have grill chicken the taste was good humus and garlic was also good and best part price is also reasonable.
Waiter named sham was good and very help full getting all stuff

It was a bad choice to choose the eat and drink restaurant, qusais, muhaisina near madinamall.we ordered fish mango curry and was expecting a good gravy as we had very good previous experience from other branch of eat and drink restaurant.the dish they served was with very less gravy (semi solid) with half fried fish on it.it was very much sour and not able to eat at all.when we complained to the responsible person over there, their reply was that, every restaurant’s chefs are different.
We felt a very good brand’s good will will get spoiled with these kind of irresponsible staffs.we expect the management will look in to it.

Delicious grille with Arabic touch. Good service with quick delivery. Staff in Muhaisnah doing great job

As always great tasting BBQ food with humus and garlic paste is served here the soup offered before food is amazing

Worest food and service ever.

Happen to visit with my family today & we had to wait 30 mints to get the food to find it cold and got a tinny little sample size garlic paste when i ordered 1 whole chicken grill and 2 little bread slices.

Not worth the money and taste

Ordered chicken Noodles and received the dish with over boiled Noodles and not enough salt to taste and it was not hot enough, as if the dish was ready in the kitchen for long. Maybe coz it was a thursday night

No free water than the bottled water which i hate.very bad soup.good salad.n below avarage service

RECOMMENDATIONS: egg fried rice.

SERVICE: Not great. Have eaten in and ordered from the car. They're slow and forgetful.

AMBIENCE: Mainly for a quick bite. Nothing fancy from inside. Very basic and simple.

PRICE: Fair. You get what you pay for.

Waste of money. I don't know y they are charging 16 AED for fried rice. I have never tasted such a worst fried rice in my life. Quantity is also very less.don't ever try this restaurant.

Made orders at various occasions and the food was ok. Nothing special, very normal Arabic and Indian food. Prices are kind of reasonable.

Served very very dry Grilled Chicken. Guess they just reheated the prevoius day chicken. Really hated it. They never cared about customer satisfaction.

Last time when i had Ghee rice and fried rice with Beef curry was also not at all upto the taste.i really wont recommended this place.

Feel uncomfortable here comparing to other Eat & Drinks.
The staffs are very irresponsible, not caring in taking order and respecting to delivery it on time.
Very less congested cabin for family dining.
I will not recommend it for dining in.
