Hasa a very bad experience with person on the snack bar i was there for take away parcel and it’s for 2 different parcels so first he asked to put all in one bag I said no this is going to be 2 different places and he asked me to give it in a tissue? I asked why he said no I don’t want put this in 2 bags and he so rude to me I asked you need to respect your customer he was make a weird noise from his mouth and he said if you want to make a complaint go to cashier so I was so upset and Im on rush to go for my work so I don’t think I make complaint in the chair it’s work so though to give a comment here and everyone can see it

Quality of Food: Good
The food quality has admirably stood the test of time. The flavors, reminiscent of the good old days, still bring a sense of nostalgia and comfort.

Ambiance: Needs Improvement
Upon entering, I was greeted with an unpleasant odor that slightly dampened the experience. This aspect of the dining environment needs urgent attention to bring back the inviting atmosphere of yesteryears.

Service: Satisfactory
The service was decent but not exceptional. The staff was polite and served with a basic level of efficiency.

Overall Experience: Average
My return to this once-beloved restaurant was a journey mixed with fond memories and a touch of disappointment. The food still captures the essence of what made this place popular, but aspects like ambiance and service could use some revitalization.

The Mutton soup was not upto the mark, like it used to be in the past.
Pls re-work on it

Every thing is great here. Prices are very reasonable and the food is very tasty. Must try their lamb soup and futush salad.

Mutton Soup is not ORIGINAL as it is… it’s full of corn powder/starch doesn’t give the ORIGINAL taste

I have tried many places on their branches. I am so comfortable here in Satwa. Polite place. And ample parking available but paid. I liked the foods and feel the freshness. It has Indian Chinese Arabic foods and ample for Filipinos as well. Friendly staffs. Need little hygiene on toilets and hand wash.

The juice us not tasty unlike other branches and delayed service. I don’t recommend this branch

Large choice of food on the menu, great value for your money, However need for a better dining in ambiance

Not upto eat and drink standards biryani too spicy asked for shwarma, and shwarma platter not available then ordered chicken roll poratha got chicken sandwich instead overall worst experience

Food is OK. However, the environment is not comfortable. A/C 's are not working. Very hot inside

If u like indian cousins u would love this restaurant fair price. Recomend if you like indian rice
