This is the first i ever encounter delivery guy.worst ever.i already explain him i am not allowed to go outside coz im on duty he just need to come in 2nd floor instead he just left and telling me just cancelled my order.im strongly not recommended this restaurant.

Do not order seafood soup, do not order curry. The Grills and shawarma are the only option I would recommend

Well by my side I would like to say 0 by my side soup wasn't good sulemani wasn't served by saying that its finished and the guy named Shubham refused to serve with more olive oil

Good place for lunch at Jumeirah & Umm AL Shaif.

I order acai bowl today which cost 25 AED and they gave me something which doesn't look like acai in a small cup. And I asked them to refund and change the order. They have me half grilled chicken (18aed) and didn't return my remaining amount of 7 Aed.

Such a pathetic service and people who manage the restaurant.

As always this branch is very good in service and quality

Their drinks are one of the best I tried in Dubai. But the food was dry, i tried Tikka. And there were flies all over the place.

Typical malloo teashop which has become a restaurant. We were searching for authentic Arabic food when we were in Jumeirah beach; and got lured into this fake place.

We Oder chicken biryani but it was not like biryani but the taste was really good but nothing tasted like biryani. Rest everything was good we ate grilled chicken also and that was good. Recommend place to eat

This is the best Eat & Drink as it has a nice outside seating area. Everything else is identical to all other E&D branches but this outdoor seating in a residential street (no heavy passing traffic) and mosque 1 minute walk away, makes this easily the best one.

Worst experience ever. Was served with below average food. They served us twice (same day) with dirty plates. When we reported they seemed least bothered

I had a very unpleasant experience from this restaurant. The delivery boy behaved in a very rude manner. I felt so insulted.
But the food was good. Need to improve the soft skills of employees.

One of the worst branch in the Entire united Arab Emirates. It's in Umm sheif. Kindly avoid umm Al shief Eat and Drink branch to buy food.

Great location, good service but food is so so. For all Asian dishes expect the same chili tomato base including what is claimed as soup!

It was a great restaurant comparing to prices.

While the quality of dishes were great and their portions were huge, there was a lack of service.

Their staff were friendly but it takes so much time till they handle your request or bring your food.

I recommend this place for group gathering or family visits but not a business meeting, for sure.

One of those places which make you fall in love to its simplicity. Offer a lot more than many other restaurants and do not overcharge you for it. Definitely a place where you want to return from time to time, eat good food, relax (really, relax) and enjoy.

Pathetic food and service. Only their juices and sandwiches are okay.
If you order grill chicken specially in the evening then they will serve you a precooked or grilled chicken from lunch time or morning.
Their quality has gone worst in last 2 years. There are much better options than Eat and Drink now.
