Unbelievably bad order. I waited 4 hours for the experience, the food did not come, I do not recommend

I ordered today at 11AM food and waited 2 hours 26 minutes.food did not come.very bad service.this branch is worst.

Worst service. They had given me expired soup and when I came back they said. It has not given to them. Very unprofessional staff.

I just had a Dum Biriyani at ras al khor branch.

It is the worst biriyani i ever had.it was over cooked the rice was sticky and roll roll.

Feels like omitiing.

Customer service and food is not up to marks. Food does not meet the standards and the flavors are blunt.

Even though they have lot of branches all over UAE and have many walk-in customers they provide very bad service.

Please ensure you provide good quality food and service for your customers.

Very Poor Service, Since Last two days What ever is order the quantity supplied is not as per the order.

This place is so slow at delivery it take 2 hours to deliver my food and after all the order is messed up.

Ras al khor branch spoiling Brand name of Eat & Drink while upsetting our he customers. Was dine in but the tremendous heat in side made me quit because of the complaint of AC.

Expensive then others. Extra salad 2 in other restaurants and here its 5. And half charcoal is max 18 in other restaurants but here its 23

I ordered egg omelet sandwich. They gave theEgg omlete which they cooked at 3 hours before and it was not tasty. Breakfast also not good. So will never try any food.

Staff also not good and less hygiene. Not recommended.

One separate tea stall is there. The karak tea is good.

Very bad service and no Covid-19 rules been followed especially for the chat shop outside and inside the staff and Casher don't even have the manners how to talk to a customer. If option zero start I would have given a big zero

Worst food i ever had. Expensive considering their facilities.
We ordered sharvarma plate, quoter charcoal chicken we got bill as AE 57.00.

Using outdated chicken that we feel in the next day morning.

We ordered chicken biriyani from ras al khor Branch, they supplied us yellow rice with chicken curry on the box.
Rice not cooked well. Not having any flavor of biriyani.
Menu price and the bill price not same.
Poor service.
Will not recommend to anyone.

Even it's in industrial area, but they serve tandoori chicken very delicious.and also the shawarma sandwich.
