Very good Italian food, the tomato sauces are particularly good, therefore pastas in general Bolognese etc. the menu includes many dishes including exceptional fresh pasta! Normal prices for a quality product.
Varied children's menu and possibility to customize.

Eataly never disappoints itself.top quality even in Dubai. We decided to have dinner at Eataly taking typical Italian dishes and we immediately felt at home both with the dishes and the environment

We ordered via Careem the burrata pizza and the pesto arrabiata. The quality of the food itself was good, but the pizza was rather cold already when it arrived. Also we couldn't immediately order via Careem (but that rather seems to be an issue with my credit card), but after a second try it worked well. The delivery then was fast and smooth. Prices were ok, but also not really cheap for a chain. Overall 4*.

Scan to pay service is a great as you pay the invoice from your mobile without asking or waiting for the invoice

I am Italian. I have to say, thank God there is the Italian chef Giacomo who chose a type of truffle which it’s even better than the one I had at Armani’s! The food was amazing.

Eataly is always a good option to eat. This one was not mind blowing like the other Eataly’s I have eaten in other countries.

I ordered the spaghetti bolognese and my Freind ordered the pizza truffle the order was super quick and the food was amazing however one thing Eataly can improve is the service super super slow and they don’t listen properly but they are so nice patient and very helpful

بصراحة وهذه وجهة نظري بالنسبة للاسعار جدا مبالغ فيها مثلا سلطة جبن البراتا 72 درهم وهي مكونه من جبنه وطماطم الباستا قليلة ولكن سعرها مرتفع لو البيتزا نعم ممتازة جدا جدا وهي تستحق هذا السعر لانها مخبوزة بحرفية ولا غبار على ذلك وبالطبع كل حسب ذوقه اتمنى لهم التوفيق

Enjoyed eating lunch here yesterday. Friendly staff and the ingredients are so fresh. Spicy “angry” pasta was very nice and the soup was delicious too

If you are looking for a good experience, do not come here! It took 40 minutes for two cappuccinos and pastries. This in the picture was not really a “Cappuccino Greco”. The latte was good. The almond croissant too. The cannolo was just ok. I asked to pay with Salaam points and the waiter took my card and just charged it. The waiter could not care less of my request. Not coming back, despite the manager asked to rectify. It used to be my favorite place, I’ve had two bad experiences in a row since they’ve reopened.

Great food, good ambience. Delicious Pizza and Pasta. Tasty drinks, Geribaldi is a must try. Menestrone Soup could be better so 4 stars. Excellent service from Saleem!

I like the way they design and organized the space. It makes discover the beautiful variety of the Italian cuisine and different products. The restaurant is nice and menu has lot of different dishes. The shop full of yummy food. And the lounge let relax watching the lively environment.

Amazing experience! Awesome food, quick service, great place. Even better now with Christmas decorations. Saleem was extremely polite and good at his job. Totally recommend!

The revamped outlet is just amazing. One of the best designed outlets in the Uae. Food and dessert quality constantly at the top.

I was not able to eat the salad 'POLLO'. The taste was not good and the dressing in combination with the other ingredients was really not good. Simple and for sure no chef creation. The salmon was not good as well. The design is nice and we know this restaurant since a few years but unfortunately the quality and taste of the food is going down constantly.

I was craving a proper lunch, proper Italian food, specially Lasagna. Guess what, the choice was easy, Eataly. We had heard that they reopened after a time for modernization at their Dubai Mall brunch, so we used the opportunity to see how it looked like and obviously get that Lasagna. It's straight forward and a no Brainerd choice: perfect food, well cooked, excellent flavor, nice service and the whole place is even better now. Loved it. Will keep going as usual. Cheers.

A little Italy in the heart of Dubai. Great atmosphere with class service. A lot of italian products and of course Italian gelato.

Excellent food and service. We had minestrone soup and pumpkin risotto. We were served by Shera, she was very courteous and respectful and had precise knowledge of the ingredients/flavours of the dishes on the menu.

Went there especially for the pancakes (its there on their menu) and apparently its been a while since they stopped serving them. Had the nutella crepe.the filling was very less but the texture and taste of the crepe was great. The fried eggs were alright.

Rest. Was full, staff was very busy, they were helpful. Food was great as usual, very quick in preparing, enjoyed it.

I took my kids promising them an excellent pasta. The starters were really good but then when the pasta was served, the bolongese sauce was too heavy and not suitable for kids. The white sauce was tasteless and my kids were extremely disappointed. Our host was nice and offered them free gelatos but the kids already hated the experience. My pizza with goose meat was very dry and I am extremely disappointed

The place was crowded as Dubai mall is Friday night. The welcoming was normal and sat on the table.

Our waiter took our order and we had to repeat again to get it right. The Bread came first really tasty specially with balsamic vinegar. The appetizer came and we had to ask for the drink to come twice before it came! Well that wasn’t all.

The food came really tasty and warm.good job their.

They forgot one dish despite the earlier reminder!

Then it took more than 30 min to ask and wait for the bill. Had to ask the Manager Mr Nabil twice for the same. Mr Nabil offered a courtesy desert.

Well at the end it was good food, missed dishes, waiting forever to get the bill.

I expect improvement next time.

Their branch in Riyadh is very generous in Ramadan. Great buffet with reasonable price. Only 125 SR.
In Dubai, they set menu with poor, quality as quantity.

The staff were all friendly and helpful the place is huge. The food was tasty and delicious. Price is little expensive.

Just ok. A simple pasta dish is an indicator of a good Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, Eataly fell short.

Super lecker, das Restaurant findet ihr unten in der Dubai Mall wo sich die Food Lounge befindet, sowas müsste es in Deutschland meiner Meinung nach auch geben. Der Service ist 1 a +. Und die Qualität vom essen ist einfach überragend genau so wie das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis super gut. Sobald ich wieder Dubai besuche ich euch zu 100000%.

A nice place to come visit any time of the day they offer light stuff and much. Ore heavy dishs like pasta.
It’s a place the contains many eating booths that you can choose from, like Nutella, illy, La pasticceria and an ice cream corner
For the food we tried some light stuff and it was realy okay not that extremely delicious and the coffee is fine.
However, my sister tried their Nutella crepe and she liked it so much as it was very soft and tasty.
