The most horrible service that I have received I ordered panels with installation And in 3 weeks I have got only stress and horrible walls Now I have to spend double to recover but now not with this company And + the drivers always was saying about other clients so they left the work unfinished
Make sure that you at the end will lose time and money on them The most unprofessional service that I saw and even no one tried to fix the work that they done!
Initially it was not best experience, but after going back and forth they somehow recovered from it
The lesson I have learned is to ALWAYS check the quality of the items before it will be put together, even if the price suggest it should be a top class item.

Good quality furniture and household items, mostly from Turkiye. Also the prices are well reasonable. Shop design is good, they provide internal design service as well. Highly recommended.

The ship is nice, but the Customer service is very bad, unprofessional employees, untrained, not welcoming, mostly stay behind the counter, you should search for getting help, to know the price the girl asked me to check the par code through the website, no any energy inside the shop also I cannot find any employee who speak Arabic, such a lost nice products but bad customer service.
We purchased a large number of furniture from Ebarza. There were a few defects and hiccups but my sales person Malik was quick on the feet making sure everything got resolved and to my satisfaction. I am very happy with his great sales service and always doing his best.
Extremely bad service. I wanted to buy three horoscope mugs that were on sale. It turned out at the cashier that the sale price was wrongly written twice. The only answer to justify such an unprofessional behaviour was to say that “the system gave a different price compared to the shown one”. Not even the manager solved such an unprofessional behaviour. So unfortunate!
The online chat is completely useless. Not getting proper informations, just copied answers. The express deliver you have to pay for each product, makes absolutely no sense. I bought two chairs and had to pay two times 260aed for express delivery (so over 500aed only for delivery) absolutely not getting it?
Ebarza gives absolutely no warranty on their products. Don’t buy from them! I bought two outdoor tables from Ebarza. They were placed on the balcony for not more than 3-4 weeks and they started to get rusty. Most of the time I’ve owned them they were in storage. Ebarza refused to fix or replace them, because there was no warranty whatsoever.
I visited the al nakheel mall showroom, i was assisted by Jane, a very nice girl she helped a lot to find my desired sofa and she followed up with me after that with the new products!
Dissatisfied service, Not caring about clients No picking calls Totally unprofessional people working over there. Never ever thought to buy anything with them. They are repair company but they not consider the request and opinion of people. Shame you all. Absolutely bad
I ordered 3 items. 2 took 10 days to be delivered, the 3rd item (the main reason for my order) is "missing". They've taken payment (of course they have), haven't delivered the item and now I'm stuck in a tedious email thread with customer service and Aramex - none of whom seem to be able to locate my order nor seem particularly interested in resolving the matter.
Save yourself the hassle and the $$$ and just go to Ikea.
I loved the showroom and the staff are very welcoming, they have a wide options from everything and good discounts for designers. I liked the idea of putting a big screen in every section to let the clients see the whole stock on website and to be aware of the dimensions of every item.
One of best shop I ever visit. The products are really unique and has good value for money. We got very good discount. The staffs are great, service person to manager level and they have very good knowledge about the products also the customer service is 100%. Specially Shilpa. She was very helpful and coordinate with managers and did all necessary requirements, even during her day off. Definitely we will visit again to buy some other stuffs.
So, I have been looking for some wonderful Art work and managed to come across Elbarza! I would just like to share how super and efficient the service has been and how helpful the staff members were, especially Ahmed and Rose!

Avoid this place if you can. Was at the store to purchase 5 paintings and 2 carpets on 11 Dec 2021 evening! This place tops with the worst customer service. All sales rep were on their phones. The one attending us had no knowledge about their products and had an attitude! Felt like he was doing us a favor when we asked him for deatils. Switched to other sales person but the experience was no better. The whole time both sales rep were no their phone calls while attending us. There were few good items there but we can find similar ones in other stores who value their customers. If I'm investing significantly in my house set up, surely I will ask for a sales person's full attention as I wasn't there to buy something worth AED500 but perhaps AED 15K+. I WOULDN'T recommend this place to anyone.
I have done my experience in Ebarza, Nakhell mall Dubai. And I am Writting this feedback for an amazing employee called " Roma ". She is an amazing employee that give time to her customer and make them feel they are the only guest in the house. Whoever hired this girl congratulation she is exactly what you need. Furniture delivered with defect. Furniture should be checked by ebarza team before delivery and assembling: unreliable, do not recommend this store for a proper professional service ;a total waste of time for the client!
