If I can give 0 stars, I would. This place is hands down the worst customer and after sales service I have experienced in my life. They sold me a laptop whereby they lied about the specs and they sold me an expired warranty and convinced me to buy an extended warranty. I’ve been trying to be reasonable with them by requesting the warranty I paid for (bought the laptop in November) or at least a refund but literally no one all the way from the sales employees to the store manager Mr. Azeem has been helping me. This place is a scam, it’s pure garbage customer services. Please, if you are reading this, never go to this store, you will waste all your money.

Had an issue with a deffective product but received amazing support from Mr. Ahmed and Usman.

I bought my appliances from this store it was very good experience with mr. Ashamed & Kevin they are very helpful & knowledgeable for only until I purchase. After no one cares.

Then it took me receive my Appliences 7 days instead of two days. No one show up for installing my stove. I had to call every time to Ecity which my calls were ignored.
Third party which was service ordered just promised that they will come to fix and never show up. 7 days for receiving and 4 days for service and still didn’t get the installation.
Don’t buy from here. You waste your time and money.

Worst experience. I have ordered hoover washing machine 3 weeks back and they suppose to deliver 2 days back. However still I did not get delivery and they don't even have helpline to support. I went all the way Ecity to follow up and still they are unable to find my washing machine. So They have taken full money from me and they don't even know where is my washing machines is gone. Still no solution

Excellent service I only bought a gaming laptop and got free Bluetooth headphones and free AirPods and free bag best employee is Mary Ann Castro deserves to be manager, get a raise

They run English songs with so many bad words inside the store and kids listen to these songs. This should be monitored and they need to know what they are broadcasting before!

Shafi and Aymen were wonderful in explaining everything about the 4 appliances we bought. They knew all about the features and helped us male the best choices. Thank you both!

We bought from them on the 24th the premise they would deliver by today 27th March - we are without a refrigerator and need to refrigerate medicines. We explained it was urgent and they said they could do Monday 27th no problems.
It is now 4.30pm, still no delivery and no one at the store or the company is answering WhatsApp chat or phone calls.
Won't shop here again.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Nobody ever answers calls nor do they reply to their WhatsApp messages. Bought a freezer that has been super delayed in being delivered, had to go visit the shop (50 Kms drive for me) to sort it out. Regret buying and would not recommend buying any consumer electronics from them.

Worst company, they lie before selling the product, also pricers are higher than other stores. They never told me before buying that I will not get.cash refund if I cancel the order. Only after making the payment I was told about it.

Very awful service… I purchased three items last monday and they promise to send it by thursday. Still now no delivery received and when we call them they either didn’t pick up or just pick up and keep it aside. The salesperson lady name was Mary Ann Borega Castro, she was more interested on selling insurance and giving false promises to customers about delivery date.

First and last time to deal with Ecity, I bought full home appliances to send it to Egypt for almost 19k AED, based on delivery date 31 Dec, to be sent to my cargo agent.
On 31st they called me to deliver only cooker! With even 2 hrs delay and I waited in my car infront of cargo agent.
I called them asking for remaining items, one philipino lady told me on the way the will call you and no one called!
I called Jan 1st early morning and another Egyptian guy told me I’ll follow up your request and call back and again no one call.
I called again and someone called Aman told me we are trying to reach you and this is absolutely not correct!
No one called me and he told me sorry no delivery today!
First time to buy outside Sharaf DG where I always received outstanding service and customer care, I saved total 400 AED with ECity but really last time to deal with them.
I prefer to pay extra ti sharaf DG and received honest and professional service!
All calls should be recorded and invoices with me if they are interested!

I have very bad experience with them
They sold me something different than I want and while to get exchange with the correct one Staff are not friendly and they said u have to wait for manager and no refund and no anything u have to accept
For me I will never buy any thing from them again.

Don’t buy anything from here if you’re a tourist.

I purchased a phone & asked them multiple times to give me a bill with which I can take a VAT refund & when I went to the airport to fly back to my home country, the VAT refund team said this isn’t a valid invoice as it didn’t have my name on it. I totally regret my purchase & hope you don’t buy from here either.

If I can give a negative score, I would! Very awful service, we purchased fridge from them Sunday and was promised will be delivered latest Wednesday, however until now we haven't received our fridge and we feel like we are just being passed around. For big items purchase that requires delivery NEVER EVER BUY from E-City as they are actually not directly the seller of your item, it will still come from a 3rd party and if the money is not being received by the 3rd party your item will be on hold and will not be delivered.

Simply pathetic service from top to bottom, specially Adham Waleed a foul player in ibn branch

2 days after my delivery was supposed to be done they still cant figure out why it isnt there. They hang up the phone and they say they will call you but they never do! What a ridiculous place!

Terrible customer service! See the price on the item and when it is invoiced see how much they charged me! Since I was in hurry I paid and left, 5 min later realised that I paid more and ran back to the shop! Only to hear that they can't refund me for the mistake they partly made as well this is totally unacceptable. I was a frequent customer and had bought an iPhone 13, and a stove and other accessories.but im never coming here again. And i don't recommend to go there too

Bought Corei7 MSI from this store after coming from Fujairah (173 kms far) and then saw it had some issues like battery drain after 5 minutes and shocks while charging. I took it back and they said it will take 14 days. I came again after the time and took laptop. There is only one change now that they broke the company seal. Rest it is same useless as before.wasted my money and time. Also they said your gift (Headphone and Mouse) will be here next week, now every person says Its not my job and I dont know

I went to this store last 2 weeks ago and I wanna share my amazing experience. I was not planning to buy anything that day i was just checking and roaming around. One guy approaches me named Mr. Carlo promoter of Anker Brand i was so suprised the way he demo his product specially the earphones. He's product knowledge was absolutely perfect. It was so funny that until now I'm using this earphones with super good sound quality. I admire also the staffs and manager they are very kind to the customers. Store itself also has a good ambiance. Keep up the good relationships with your customer.

Before making a purchase they are the sweetest people, wait till you have received your order and need a follow up or replacement - god help your soul then. They are downright nasty and incredibly rude. They will blame you for everything under the sun, I am sick and tired of contacting Ecity on a replacement that i need for a brand new dryer that was delivered with a damaged component. I have even paid for two years of extended warranty! God forbid you ask them more than 1 question, I dont know what 'customer service' means to these ill manered folks who are answering their calls
What a waste of time and money. If your management is reading this, you really need to track or record your incoming calls to understand the sub standard levels at which your 'after sales service' is being conducted.

I ordered a fridge a few days ago and haven't received a confirmation of purchase via email. They said I would receive a phone call about the delivery today and I haven't received a phone call. I called the store and asked for an update, the man said sorry I can't help call back in half an hour and just put the phone down on me! I'm not happy at all

I went to E-City Ibn Batuta, i was looking for a phone. And the lady with a short blonde hair name Donna assisted me. It was a really good customer service. She truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyobd yo make sure i had all the information and requirements to make the right decision. She is very helpful. I would recommend this store and the promoter Donna is the best!
