I purchased dishwasher and microwave, after following up 2 weeks constantly, still haven’t received microwave. Very bad experience, not the best service.

They cheat in marketing to sell an item you already explain the purpose to buy but they hide that it won't serve your need
Tried multiple time to call after that and once they knew my claim that it was against my need they stop answering my calls that exceed 50 times over the day as they not excuse of busy with customer status.
Going to the mall right now as to correct their behaviors with customers.

Today i visited Ecity electronics store and looking for ipad and other electronic stuff which they have good offers and prices to make good deal and they have provided a good services and "mansoor"was very kind and supportive for closing the good deals.

Another complaint against Ecity, although we complaint about the issue with the expensive washing machine that was not working properly from day one, the Ecity responded to our complaint asking us to write an email with the invoice number so they can trace the issue details. We did write and requested them to check the issue but a week past and no one responded, exactly what we thought about this shop, they do not respond to anything! I will complaint to the authorities here (customer right) possibly it is the only way to get someone from this compnay to attend to you. Absolutely horrifying experience to deal with them….

They r very bad shop.very bad service.once they get ur money they turn into strangers.i never seen such a bad service.before i pay the product was there as they said.the moment i paid the product is not there any more.they said they will deliver tuesday.i waited but nothing was delivered, i called, they dont have a clue.then wednesday i called and half of the order arrives and the rest was pushed to the week after.they r totally not honest staff.the shop manager Mudasar qabir said he doesnt speak english and he ia apeakkng while speaking in English to me.i am really frustrated because i have a dinner planned and i wanted my delivery to be on time. I raised a complaint to DET authority

They are one of the worst shop we have even been to! They sold us a 5k worth of washing machine with issues. When contacted they keep on brushing you away by saying "we sent an email to the company wait until you hear from them", two years passed and the issue remains. I got tired of contacting that shop and even when you get upset then actually try to shut the phone by saying "GOOD BYE SIR" you will be contacted once we hear. They should be closed down, there is no customer service there nor any support from any human working there. Absolut nightmare of a shop!

They sold us a stolen iPhone 13! Couldn't imagine this happens in Dubai! Only buy iphones from Apple Store.

This is how we found out.
My sister traveled to the US and once she put the sim card in the phone, it was detected as stolen and Apple blocked the phone. When checked with Apple they confirmed that the phone was stolen. Not only this, my sister can't rent an apartment because under her name is the ownership of a stolen phone!

eCity has the worst customer service to deal with this. So insensitive!

Zero Customer relations! I purchased Dyson airwrap from Nakheel Mall branch and they didn't give me proper invoice with the explanation of" article is not listed on our system". I accepted, today is mother's day for us (9th of May). We have checked the device and found that model is fir short hairs, when I would like to change it, sales representative told me that Dyson has off stock, when I called
Dyson itself they told me that long version is available. Totally fake! ECity!
Don't trust E-City and that is one and only time I prefered there just because of closer to our home!

I wanted a particular blender and the staff were kind enough to find it for me in their warehouse and within a few hours I was able to pick it up. Great service.
