They are nice team, I’m ordered 4 persons for deep cleaning 3 bedrooms aparts, they did it during 6 hours! Will do it again next time, the price is not cheap but quality is perfect!

This is our 3rd time using Ecoclean for our AC Duct and Deep Cleaning. I must say they never failed us with their services. Staff are professional and very friendly from the reservation team up to the operations team. RESERVATIONS - they are very flexible with the timings. Had them for deep cleaning of my 2 bedroom apartment. They charged me 1500. But I don’t think it was professional cleaning. They didn’t clean under the carpet. They didn’t clean the doors or anything and neither did they clean the washing machine. I don’t think they did a professional job. I had to tell them to clean several places that they didn’t even touch! Very poor job! There was no attention to detail! I wouldn’t recommend them! Find someone else!

They did 3 units (AC DUCT cleaning) they were on time. With the right material! They are very clean and organised. And fast! I have used many companies in UAE and it’s not easy to find the perfect one! I have found it … they took pictures before and after, covered my furnitures. And the best part is they are very affordable in comparison with others, and when they leave they even vacuum your house! Amazing

I hired this company for AC deep duct clean. Their team came on time, was super professional, conducted a deep cleaning following procedures I have been informed if prior to the appointment, and cleaned before they left in order not to leave any dust mark from the process. Don’t get them to clean your carpet. Stain becomes worse and they don’t know what they are doing.

Had soft furniture cleaning done with this company. I asked them before cleaning whether they can clean a chesterfield sofa without issues and they confirmed it. I have done gotten that same sofa cleaned with a different company a year ago and it was without problems. So, after EcoClean's staff member left, i noticed two problems: my armchair looked like it had a huge scratch (it turned out he didn't clean the soap properly and I had to clean it again) and one of the buttons of the sofa came off. I didn't raise a fuss about one button, although I should have, because it costs a lot of money to get it fixed. I didn't use the sofa for 3 days, as I left to fully dry under the AC. Over the next two weeks, I started noticing multiple buttons coming off when they're touched. It was already too late to raise an official complaint, so I only sent the feedback to the company for their information. If you ever get anything done with this company, DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING and the details of your furniture before they leave your house. They also told me that if there are complains. They only look at them within 3-4 days after the complaint is raised (sounds like they made up their own law.). Don't trust them with expensive pieces of furniture.

Great value for money. They came exactly on time. Presentable, easy going nice guys. Cleaned every part of my sofa bed. Definitly recomended. Dont forget to tip. Its basically one big industrial vacum/shampooing machine, mixed with one cleaning chemical. They use another steaming machine to remove tougher stains like bubble gum if any. Ofcourse have to be extra careful with high end expensive furniture.

Booked service with the for the first time, I must say I'm amused and satisfied with the service. Booked deep cleaning and I got free sofa cleaning as a gift which they were able to get rid of the stains! Wonderful Job

She helped me with booking an appointment in a matter of minutes, hassle free. Reynante came to our office with all the things he need and started right away. He was actually 30 minutes early from the time I booked. He did a very very good job and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. If Monica (from Friends) owned a deep cleaning company it would be EcoClean! I got a 2-hr deep cleaning service and they sent Sherilyn. She is very sweet, super thorough with cleaning all the tiny itsy bits and has a good eye to what should be cleaned. The house smelled so fresh and so clean clean! Thanks Sherilyn:)

The ladies was good and they have common sense which I don’t usually find in most companies. It’s their first time so I had to tell them what to do. But overall it was good service. The ladies are cheerful as well. Keep the good work.

Awful experience. Bought a Groupon voucher (3 seats) for a two seats sofa plus chaise longue. I was told is 4 seats so I had to pay 40 AED additional while the voucher difference with Groupon was only 10 AED. I offered to pay that and was told I have to cancel the voucher, get a refund and pay for a new one. Zero customer centric! Not recommended

Got a deep cleaning service, was nothing more than a regular cleaning service. Had to clean it myself later. They also accidentally broke the exhaust glass.

Have a cleaning contract with them with our brand's boutique- YSL, Girogio Armani, and Lancome. On time, professional staff, and polite.

I want to say thank you so much to eco-cleaning team. I was shocked today. My house smelled fresh and shone. Recently there was an allergy and I ordered a deep cleaning for carpet sofa and curtains, left the keys in the morning and went to work. I didn’t check and didn’t call. I thought just to refresh from the dust as it is at home and so clean. But when I saw how they washed and cleaned everything even the microwave to shine, all the kitchen cabinets inside, even filters from the air conditioner, I was delighted with you. If you really want general deep cleaning and without control this is only the company I recommend. Now I will call only eco cleaning

July, 2019. I had a rug that had 4 red wine stains.one of which was very large. Eco Clean got all the stains out in about one hour. I thought I would have to buy another rug but they saved it. Well done! I would highly recommend this company!

The team was very good, they appeared to know what they were doing and did not waste time on getting on with their work. They first did the bed upstairs in the main bedroom then went downstairs and did the carpets in the garage where I had moved them as I have dogs. They were still wet when they left so I moved them out into the sun where they dried very quickly. Over all I am satisfied with the service the two men team gave me and I have no complaints. I am willing to recommend them to anyone asking for the same type of service

Worst experience ever! No organization, no proper attitude of the staff, no management! Completely spoiled my day.
Not only the cleaner did not show up, but they did not even care to inform me. Once I called back their office to check and requested to talk to someone from the Management, receptionist just said: " They are busy"! Can you imagine that? Being so rude, so careless to the clients. What's the purpose that posting your ads i f you do not care about your clients at all!
I absolutely misadvise it to others. And good reviews are obviously posted here by their own staff and friends.
