No proper responses from the representatives
My international shipment was late 3 days, from the expected time.

Not calling or answering calls… it’s been 3 days for parcel received from India… and they’re not replying just updating false information on tracker

THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS BY REPEATING THE SAME CHARGES BY USING A DIFFERENT NAME. THEY CHARGED US 283AED AS “CUSTOMS DUTY” AND THEN CHARGED US 287AED AGAIN AS “VAT CHARGES”!

I REQUEST ALL THE CUSTOMERS TO GO THROUGH THEIR PRICE BREAKDOWN!

WE CALLED THEM 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND ALL THE TIME WE HAD TO EXPLAIN THE ISSUE AND THEY PROMISED TO CALL US BACK BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE NEVER RECEIVED THEIR CALL!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND ALWAYS ASK FOR A TOTAL BILL BREAKDOWN FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered express delivery service from that company 3 times. 2 orders was delivered with delay for 3 days.

Worst service. I had three waybill issue which they didnt resolve since month. And their call centre always said we will follow up.

They cannot even deliver the package from their al quoz warehouse to al barsha within 3 days. Customer service promised it will be delivered next day but not yet received, also not even informed me.

one of your delivery guys doesn't follow the time given to him. He himself gives instructions to the customer on what to do. That's why that time was given because that was the only time the customer was available. Please train all your couriers properly because they are not the ones who will give the instruction. Tonight at 7 onwards we need the parcel. I will drop the courier number here.

Terrible customer service, been waiting for 5 days for my delivery (local purchase item) and they lied saying they tried to contact me and I wasn’t picking up the phone. Trust me, I’m waiting for my package, I’m keeping my eyes on the phone! Also don’t bother trying to contact them on Sunday, they’re closed and nobody cares about you or your package when they’re closed! (as if it was the 80’s!)

Immensely dissatisfied with the services provided by Eco Freight Company. While working with this company as my freight forwarder, I encountered a number of unprofessional and concerning practices.

Firstly, the management of this company is extremely poor. I found them to be unresponsive and uncooperative, and they did not prioritize the needs of their customers in any way. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via phone and email, I received no response or follow-up.

Furthermore, I had a negative experience with the accounts department. They cleared my account after a delay of 4 months, despite collecting COD's at the time of delivery. This caused significant inconvenience and financial strain for me, and I believe it is indicative of the company's disregard for their customers' needs.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against working with Eco Freight Company. Their unprofessionalism and lack of regard for their customers make them an unreliable and unsuitable option for any business or individual seeking reliable freight services.

I would rate them negative if i can. Sending a confirmation date for a delivery but been 3 days waiting nobody came. It is showing on their tracker cs no answer when infact nobody has called me. Wasted all these days waiting. It is disrespectful letting people wait for nothing.

Horrible service. My company rating went from 5 stars to 2 just because of deliveries. Its been a month and some of my clients have not received shipments. They have not returned my CODs since November and it is end of January. Horrible service

The agent made me wait for him 2 days at home and excused from work and he never came.the customer support they don’t answer.just you and the agent

Worst courier I've ever experienced. Unprofessional staffs and worst service. Checking on the previous comments. Those who gave satisfactory ratings are actually this company's staff what a joke!

Most of the scammer and people selling fake products and trading illegal without trade license in the country deal with this company. I have personally bought 2 items (one from FB and one from Instagram), both items were fake and not as described. On the other hand, i contacted Eco Freight to give me the contact number of the sender and they give unverified numbers and wrong numbers. Eco team cover up and facilitate the transaction for the scammers.
Definitely not recommended and be careful when dealing with courier companies.

Have been using local courier service from Eco Freight. This company is owned by Sheikh of Sharjah, their COD’s are on time, their stand by their promise to do next day delivery and excellent customer service who calls up the customers incase they cancel the order. They have an office in every Emirates! Excellent and 10/10!
