Very affordable pricing and very friendly staff. Sometimes arranging pick up and drop off is a bit complicated but nothing really to complain. Solid recommendation!

They took my shirt to remove few stains, i received with NEW stains! Then they justified their mistake that my shirt fabric is the problem! Since one week they couldn’t remove the new stains & they didn’t take any action

We handed in 5 of my suits, 7 ties and a 3 dresses of my wife to this laundromat. After we got them back we could easily see that the suits were ruined (could easily make out that they weren't dry cleaned and we're put in a laundry machine and washed with water and could make out the ironing lines on the suits and pants), ties were burnt because of using iron on silk ties and the dresses had lost their quality and had marks on them.
Upon confronting the store they denied the fact and said that the ties were burnt and torn before (please note that the suits and ties were worn only once and were bought two weeks ago). We told them that we will not be paying them upon which the person in the store asked to give the clothes back so that they can dry clean it again. How does it make a difference once the quality is ruined and the tis are burnt.
Would never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone in Dubai.

As indicated below the worse place to leave your laundry:
never show up on time and they damaged 2 of my shirt as well (totally destroyed at the collar). Worse of all the "manager" told me that i sent them totally damaged.
If you really want to get your clothe in a proper way i highly recommend to not use them
