The worst experience. They promised me the shipment would be delivered between 6 to 7 pm. And I waited in my office till 9 o'clock to get the shipment. Later I noticed that in the shipment track they mentioned my office was closed, and the shipment was not delivered, the delivery rescheduled for the next day. They wasted my 3 hours time and without giving any call to the customer, how did they reschedule and false remarks put in the shipment track?
