Very poor and worst customer service, they are providing freelance visa and after getting their full payment they are going to show thier real face. They will not responds to your calls or messages and if they took the call also they dont know how to handle the clients. We cant take work permit by using their visa. When we tried to make work permit also it shows as the company is blocked and if we try to contact them to resolve the issue then no one will take the responsibility or not even responds to the calls or messages and showing cheap customer service. very much disappointed. Staffs like this can make the company to shut asap.

I had a really bad time dealing with them. It took almost a month to get a freelance visa, charges are also high comparing with other agencies and because of their inefficiency i had to pay fines for overstaying in addition to other expenses. They are so money minded. Not recommended to anyone.

It was a very bad experience for me. I paid all my visa costs before Emirets ID came. They will give their address to deliver the ID. They will not inform me if ID was received. If I call, they will not answer. If I visit their office, they will say go to our other branch. If we go there, they say go to another branch. They are only playing like this.
