I’ve been there custome since two years, apparently last year they over committed and service level was low. On renewal I was assigned Ms Sarita and she is amazing, full of patience, quick turn around and precise response to the query. Their emergency TAT is quick, Inhad a ceiling leak at 5AM and they came in 90 mins
The team, Nadeem and Zahid cleaned our AC duct and coil filter. I can see in them that they’re focused on the job-covered our things with plastic and do the cleaning rigorously as expected of them. They explained and showed to us the before and after results. Noticed also that they wore shoe cover upon entering the house. Hope next time Edge will require their staff to have proper PPE to protect them from dust especially for their eyes and nose. Overall were happy with the results.
Very good job. Came on time. They wrapped all my things and cleaned the ducts, vents, filters thoroughly.reattached resealed the ac grills back. Afterwards cleaned the dust in my apartment and also cleaned my bathroom after using it to wash the filter etc. Now my ac is working really well. Would highly recommend
Terrible after sales service. Did ac servicing and after 3 days it started pouring rain. Called them repeatedly but no one is bothered ir responding. Had to call another company and get it sorted. Terrible service
Bought a new house in Dubai and had a few problems regarding plumbing. Edge team came and spent the whole day doing work did not leave till around 5pm. Cleaned his mess up and even did work that was not on the list. This was a couple of months back and everything is still fine. Thanks edge!
I have annual maintenance contract with edge and I just want to say that Danish is really professional and skilled operation manager. He is very helpful to schedule the team for me and he always send the team on time and every single job done on time by his time whatever approx time given by him. Danish is a real asset of company.
Do not get this company to do any work in your home.
They started in my home last week and claimed it would take 5 days for work to be completed. It is now 7 days since they started and the demolishing part has not even been completed.
In the process of their work, they have left my home very very untidy and used no dust protection to prevent the rest of the house from getting extremely dusty. They have made a hole in the wall and chipped a piece off my sink while doing a bathroom renovation.
When they did show up for work they didn’t arrive before 11am any morning. They promised to come today and yesterday but did not show.
They have arranged to meet me on several occasions at the house but failed each time to show up. They refuse to answer text messages or phone calls.
Their work is nothing short of a disgrace and they have apologised for how bad it has been. However, they are now refusing to return and finish the work unless I give them predated cheques. It’s fraudulent what they are doing.
Do not make the same mistake I did. Stay away at all costs!
Great job from everyone at the company from a well-explained estimate to great work from the crew who has an excellent in painting and solving the plumping issue. Job done quickly and they cleaned up well afterwards. Will definitely use them for further services
I put out a request to fix things around the house. I called Edge team, and they came early. Faraz came and he was thorough and even told me what did not need repairing! The job was completed, and I highly recommend Edge for handyman services.
I've had a great experience working with Edge over the last few years. There seems to be a great staff culture from the team in the office to the operators working on our house. Recently renovate a kitchen to a high standard and in a good timescale. Responded well to any issues after the job even when not caused by them. Would recommend them highly!

I had the pleasure of meeting several of the team, either in discussions on the phone or in person. Everyone was great. Professional, hardworking, creative finding solutions to some unexpected issues, conscientious, efficient, knowledgeable, and so pleasant to be around. They worked several days and hours to complete my list of tasks. It seemed that there was nothing they could not manage. I am very satisfied with the duct cleaning service. Booking and communication was smooth and professional, the team came on time, they were quick and efficient. They have finished my two bedrooms apartment in two hours. The price was super affordable, I will use this company in the future as well.
Superb company, they have done a lot of works for me over the past few years, all done professionally and to a high standard. The technicians are very helpful and do a great job, clean and tidy, they also give you helpful advice. Must try this company once!
Please don't go here any interview they taking any project and making fake interviews and issued 10 days trial offer letter and selected candidates signed single tech offer letter once started work and work is done after making drama you are not not selected we need multy trade technicians they don't know which technician doing what kind of work once paid my working amount what mentioned that offer letter I will removed this comment they are forcing me removing this comment but I have proof off trial offer letter and work related location photos but still pending my amount
I am very happy with the work done for my ac duct cleaning along with some minor ac repairing. The time from the initial phone call to discuss work required and cost estimate and then to the job being done was reasonably quick. The guys were very professional but friendly and I was comfortable having them at my home. Highly recommended!

Availed AC duct cleaning from team Edge. The team arrived a bit late but it was well informed in advance by Ms. Azra from the operations team. Sohail and Jasbir did a wonderful job. With such impeccable technical knowledge of their work, they explained everything about the ducts in detail. My house smells fresh after the cleaning job. Special mention to Mr. Jatin for the hassle free service. Definitely recommend them.
This is a bunch of unprofessional people with unethical business practices. I ordered deep cleaning for 31st December. I paid in advance. They sent their staff on 31st but the security of our community rejected them due to not having proper documents with them which was because their staff did not have Emirates ID due to not having a work permit (which was allegedly under process). The next day I followed up with them to enquire about refund. One of their managers called Anas apologized for the inconvenience and said not to worry they will return my money. Unfortunately Anas is not sincere. Over 3 weeks later, after many regular follow ups with Edge Integrated during which i heard many excuses and was promised many times that a manager will call me back I am still waiting for the callback and i am still waiting for my refund. An escalation to the authorities will be needed. Bottom line: another UAE business which should not have been granted a business license in the first place. Unprofessional and unethical.
The best AC cleaning company in the UAE! Mr. Purdoom did a great job! He was very meticulous showed me the before and after pictures of my AC duct condition. I would definitely recommend his service and expertise!
I saw them on facebook and a friend of mine recommended me to them also, I know have annual service agreement for 4 properties since 3 years and they are so far the most economical company for ac duct and coil cleaning. Excellent Staff
I have used them twice. They did a fabulous job the first time around. However this time, the cleaners did do a good job cleaning but did not clean out the drain ducts resulting in water drippage. Despite following up with a “Mr Blaise” there was no response for a week. I had to call in another company to clean out the ducts. I’m now left with damaged ceiling tiles. The other thing I didn’t like is that they were running a promo and when I asked what the price would be, Blaise messaged asking what is it that you paid last time. This wasn’t professional at all. Our complaint still remains unaddressed with this company.
I had an emergency at my villa in Al Barari, a heavy leakage from my AC, a call by 1 am was responded and an emergency unit arrived within 60 mins. A few companies do their work with passion, EDGE is one of them. Keep up the great WORK!
I had water leakage on the roof and Edge company provided the service with team of professionals Amjad, Firaz and Tahir. They were the most hard working, attention to the smallest details, neat and tidy. They double check and triple checked that there is no leak as well as they covered it with insulation. Their job was amazing and am not that type who advertise for any one but I recommend them. I would like to thank Mak as well because he was accommodating, supporting the team and supervising.

I took a whole day off in my weekend (Saturday) for ac and mattras cleaning, Ac team came a hour late and the mattras team didn’t show up at all. I called twice the customer care and the receptionist promised to call me back and no one called up!
It was not about the cost for me but quality maintenance and cleaning for my villa, Edge met my demands and thanks Mak and technical team for all the extended assistance.
They came without proper tools to clean the duct as they can only clean the 1st 2 meters of the duct, they damaged the wall and left it poorly repaired.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST I was looking to establish an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for a villa, and had the unfortunate experience to work with this company. At first sight, it looks like they have references but in fact they are very recent on the market, are very stretched on resources and are not responsive at all. I had two emergencies (water, AC) which they could not address in time so I ended up paying another company to come, and I requested their handyman support for a couple of small tasks; same they arrived late & ended up doing nothing. They will try to attract you with discounted pricing, but don't get fooled. You may be lucky if you go for a single order, but DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO ESTABLISH AN AMC with them. Finally, I asked to terminate my contract and get refunded pro-rata and they tried to fool me around; and I had to threaten to sue them to get paid. Ultimately, they over-charged me for activities they didn't do but I just wanted to get out of it. There is plenty of other reliable companies on the markets (Fixperts, Transguard, etc.) and I will re-establish a contract with a new company. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO ESTABLISH AN AMC WITH THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.
What to say about Edge, the way Mr Mak handled the request for Ac Coil cleaning at my villa in mudon today, i feel in this 9 years in Dubai i have not seen such a Professional company like Edge and this is why i told my brother to go ahead with AMC as i have full faith on Edge and the great staff. Amazing team of technicians. I was having cooling issues with AC and got an AC coil cleaning done as suggested by the customer representative. Since I have a small baby at home the technicians made sure we were not affected in any way. And the cherry on top is they gave me complimentary Duct cleaning and AC service. My home feels fresh and the AC works like a brand new one. Definitely recommend them.
I've availed AC Duct cleaning services from EDGE integrated Technical services. The team arrived at sharp 9 am (booked time). They finished up their work half an hour before the said time. The room was smelling good.
The guys from EDGE were well aware of all the technicalities of the work involved as well as the issues I was facing with the AC thermostat. I had some plumbing works to do for which the backend team sent up a concerned person in half an hour. Even though it was an emergency plumbing service they did sent the plumber as soon as I had raised a requirement and did not charge me much for the quick requirement. In fact, they even gave me a good discount on the whole bill.
I am definitely getting back to them for any of my home maintenance requirements from now on, from humble and neat technicians to customer-friendly representatives at the back end, I was happy with them all.

It's been 3 months since our last AC Service, so this time we took advantage of their 60% off DUCT CLEAN services to prepare for the Summer and wow.the pictures speak for themselves! Also shout out to Ayo! He is such an asset to this company. Great rapport, and you can tell he really cares about his work as he puts in all his effort to take care of your surroundings and clean like he is cleaning his own home AC. The apartment smells lovely and clean now AND the bedroom AC has managed to reach 21°C. We've never managed to get it below 23°! So this duct clean was well worth the money. Strongly strongly recommend this company for AC services, and if you want the 5 star treatment, make sure you ask for Ayo!

I had booked for the duct cleaning and given clear instructions to the lady attending on the phone. The staff were well mannered and did a good job in covering everything and cleaning the ducts well. Showed the before and after pictures. However I was a little disappointed with the lady who I spoke to as I specifically told her I do not wish to have an odour with the sanitizing spray and she confirmed repeatedly that there will be no smell at all. To our disappointment the spray does have a very strong smell so if you have sensitive nose you will suffer with the strong smell. I hate it when instructions are not followed or wrong information is given. If there is smell it should honestly be told to customers when booking rather than lying that there is no smell at all and then it’s a shock for the customers when there is horrible smell. I would have given 5 stars as the staff did a very good job but I am giving one less only because of the dishonesty of the lady who took my booking.
Fantastic AC service from Ayo and Tarik! And very well priced at only AED 150 per unit! They gave such a thorough and careful clean for what is a really basic service. Placing plastic sheets everywhere so any debris that falls is collected, and each grill is removed and scrubbed and washed by these guys - not just dusted, wiped, or vacuumed. It's been a long time coming but so glad I have found a reliable, and well-priced, company to do my AC servicing every 3 months!
