I have been the customer of Edible Arrangements for several years now, and I must say their fruits are always fresh, their chocolates are really tasty, their roses are perfect but most importantly their team, and honestly regardless who you get to talk to, is always smiling, supportive and helpful.
I love the fact that they do not make any fake promises, even if it was a last minute order, they confirm and give a very reasonable estimated time only if they can deliver.

Hanane was amazing, she helped me to conceptualise such a unique birthday cake for my girlfriend. I had proposed her to marriage 24 hrs earlier and wanted something extra special. That's when Hanane brought her experience and made such a lovely birthday edibles cake. My girlfriend was pleasantly surprised and could not believe her eyes when i surprised her with thr cake at midnight. Hanane is the lady to go, she is amazing, sweet and compassionate person. Really bad experience, we ordered A fruit arrangement for a gathering of 5 people (230 dhs), and recieved so little fruit thats enough for only 2 persons. Very disappointing. And the pinapple is not even a lot and is cut through it, how are we suppossed to eat this.

Very late in delivering and they charged me twice for delivery for delivering two items at the same time.

They can custom whatever you want. The fruits are really fresh. I really like the arrangements.

I love Edible Arrangements. They have a great variety of beautiful arrangements for any occasion. The fruits are fresh and people are always happy to receive the arrangement.

My daughters ordered an arrangement to be delivered on birthday of their mother. Order never came on date of Birthday. My children keep following up with no satisfactory response. Now we are requesting refund that too not yet processed despite almost a month. There is no senior management who we can escalate the issue. Quite disappointed with both service and the prices.

Ordered a birthday fruit basket for a friend, deliver was super fast, same day within 2 hours! Love the fruit basket, very delicious alternative to a flower bouquet!

I picked up my Valentine's basket with delicious fruit in lovely shapes from their outlet in Barsha. I'm pretty satisfied with the presentation and the quality of the product. I bought also an "I love you" baloon from them which my baby got very hooked on to. Price/value for money = excellent. Recommended!

Its a good idea for valentines day and some special occasions when you are gifting creative. They have various options in terms of sizes and creative arrangements depending on the occasion. We tried the dark chocolate coated strawberry and it was a really nice combination in terms of taste.

No logic with delivery team; I rejected their calls all night long all 10 CALLS -not in the country in opposite time zone.

Message to management: if you have a delivery and the customer is rejecting or not answering SEND A MESSAGE SO WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE & WILL ANSWER. Harassment is not good service.
