I had an amazing experience at Elata Salon. Basma, their hairstylist, did an excellent job at fixing my damaged dyed hair. She was friendly throughout the process, and explained exactly what she was going to do to fix my hair. I highly recommend Basma and Elata Salon to anyone looking to get the best hair services!

I took a haircut with Amal - the senior stylist and she made me look fabulous and gave the look how i wanted. So thankful and grateful to her. Loved the services at the salon. Highly recommend.

I went in for a hair cut with warda, she did a really good job with my hair except for my bangs- she was in a rush and did not understand what i asked for and cut them in a very blunt way, too short. Even though i expressed so many times either for her to wait and not to cut or to explain in detail exactly what i want. She rushed and cut it. She told me to wait to see the final result after the blowdry- which i hated. Then she acted very rude and blamed me. She said ‘you didnt inform me beforehand what you wanted’- even though i told her to wait and that ill show her pictures. Anyways she was very rude and never accepted responsibility. I wanted curtain bangs but i look like a mushroom instead.

On the other hand, another staff member sympathized with me and was very respectful and even acknowledged that my hair didnt look like what i wanted, she didnt allow me to pay even though it is not her who should take the blame. Unfortunately im not sure what her name is

I asked for a blowout but my hair is very frizzy and there is no definition at all ‍️

Overall very bad experience except for the lady who was kind and acknowledged my bad experience

Update: i went to another hair specialist and she informed me that my layers at the back of my hair were choppy and not even

Very unprofessional, they lost my trust after they canceled my sister’s appointment and gave it to someone else who was a walk in case.

I have to give the saloon a terrible review this time because I spent almost AED 5,000 on a very bad sticker hair extensions which is all plastic hair that gets tangled easily and cannot even brush at home. They gave me a low quality hair not the same as they showed me at the saloon. Basically they lied to me to buy the extensions and apply them. And also made me do a BB cream hair treatment to straighten my hair when the extensions they applied was not even straight hair! And when I return to exchange my 75 cm extension they replace it with a 55 cm extension without informing me. They are cheating the customers and lying to them.

Warda she is amazing, i love her work she always cut my hair and take of me, in general i love this salon

I've been a customer for a long time and was never disappointed with the service. Specifical thanks to Warda for her exceptional haircutting techniques, her professionalism and great attitude. Warda always goes above and beyond, gives her best and is always creative. She is my first choice whenever I come to Elata & I highly recommend her to anyone wishing to visit this beauty salon. Excellent service especially Nizam she is highly skilled hair technician and I know her since 4 years so my hair are in safe hands and Rowana And Michelle highly skilled in manicure and pedicure all the staffs are well behave and very friendly atmosphere and last butnot the least Hana she is also highly skilled skin technician i got the results for my skin treatment in one facial service thanks to all the staffs it's a must visit salon

I would just like to say that if anyone is considering getting a hair treatment (keratin, brazilian blowout…) this is the place to go to. I got my hair treated to straighten it by Warda and she was lovely. My hair has never looked this good after a treatment.

I like the staff and their service especially reception team. They are very welcoming and demonstrating great customer service.

I am so shocked that they washed my hair, dried my hair, put the BB treatment product in my hair, blow dried my hair, then straightened my hair, ALL WITHOUT BRUSHING THROUGH MY HAIR.
My hair was incredibly tangled and I could feel my hair cut and gather in the comb while she was putting the product in.
I told her nobody brushed my hair, she said no the other lady did, I told her no she didn’t, she told me you didn’t notice, I kept telling her I am sure she didn’t brush my hair, she then told me “because you should only brush your hair in the shower not after you’re done or it’ll cut. ”? I am doing a BB treatment the least you could do is brush through my hair to make sure the product is at least distributed properly…
I was sooooo confused throughout the entire process and SOOOO shocked that they never ever brushed my hair not once and I sat there for 2 hours.
I don’t think I will be coming back to this salon just for this very crucial reason.

They destroied my beautiful hair … I went for a coloration, meriem seemed confident the way she reassured me that I will have an homogeneous color even after using henna many months ago … the bleaching gives 3 different colors In my hair ans the color at the end was awful meriem used a #2nd time toner on my hair the thing that damaged my hair and the color was still not homogenous ans still have some dark GREEN areas on my hair …. They make me come another time for another toner (free) and no reason to give free services if everything was ok for the salon … I came after a week and #3rd time toner … what to say … more damaged and verry dry hair dark from the roots and light fat the ends, no shine, not even a beautiful color that I can enjoy someday befor the disaster! In addition to all of that, they made me buy traitement for 600Aed that doesn’t change anything on my extremely damaged hair …. I can’t believe that I have paid 2000 aed to burn my hain and keep them in bun and not even dare to brush them or passe my fingers through them

I did hair coloring with Maryam and I really like it! My hair was bit orangey but she fixed it loved the result! Highly recommend Maryam for hair coloring at Elata saloon.

If I could give two 5 star reviews I would. This salon is my place of choice for when I visit Dubai. Etala is in the business of promoting healthy hair and ensuring customer loyalty/return rather than being in the business of making money. What more could you ask for than such a philosophy of practice? I witnessed collaborative effort amongst the staff throughout my Brazilian blowout and colouring treatment. I especially recommend Khadija if you’re looking for an experienced and kind clinician. Amazing. Thank you Etala!

I’ve had such a welcoming experience in this salon, the very skilled Mariam gave me a scrub massage for my scalp, cut layers and blow-dried my hair.i’m absolutely in love with my new haircut i will definitely be coming back! I recommend asking for Mariam to handle any hair type, as i have curly hair and she knew exactly what to do.

The service so bad and the stuff are so rude, While I doing my nails art I didn’t like it so I tell the lady to remove it all and do normal polish only, and know they want me to pay also the nails art that I didn’t do it! How come? This is my first time to have this issue with this salon. All the salons that I went to them when I remove the art they don’t charge me anything

I went today for the very first time at Elata Beauty Salon and the experience was great!
The staff all very professional and kind, the place very clean, modern and well organized
I had haircut, blow dry and waxing, everything was perfect!
The salon has different rooms for each treatment and a VIP room if you wish to have more privacy, this is something that you don’t find easily!
Definitely my favorite salon in Dubai!

About the place I think it will be better to make water mixer moving, it’s hard to hold the leg while you making pedicure.

And it will be nice to put something for legs on the sink. Because it’s Marlbor and very cold for the legs.

I have been going to Elata Beauty salon for my hair and go to Warda. She is excellent with hair from colors to cuts to extensions. She has a wealth of knowledge and will always do her very best for you. I would highly recommend her.

Warda and the ladies always do a fantastic job. This is the only salon I trust with colouring my hair. Cannot fault them and extremely reasonably priced.

Warda is an exceptional stylist. I have been using her talented services for a year now. She is current, commendable, welcoming and always very keen to please.
The new therapist that did my pedicure and reflexology was also fantastic, I'm definitely going for the full body massage-special.
I felt very secure and completely at ease as all health precautions have been at all levels

I have been a customer for many years now and the service is always amazing and the staff have always been polite, friendly and always have a smile. They seem to know all their customers very well and genuinely care. It’s always a treat to come here!
