Absolutely pathetic customer service. Called them for the first time on the given number enquiring for price and availability of a Schneider product and was told that I would be given the price only if i confirm the order at the exact moment. Why do you hire such people for customer service when they dont have basic etiquette to speak to a customer.
I wish I could give them zero stars.
