Stay away from this brand. I bought a dishwasher 2 years back. It stopped working 3 times in that short period. And every time the service center asks for 200 AED in advance + spare parts charge later.
And everytime they say it got blocked.
1st time i paid 200 dhs then 275 dhs and now they are asking for 450 dhs!
It’s the worst product i have ever bought

Consumer warning! Do not buy Electrolux products. I had my faulty fridge delivered on 28th April and till now it has not been fixed by the service team, nor have they even contacted me. 6 complaints made. No response.

I bought a new electrolux drier 2 weeks ago and I couldnt turn it on for the very first time. They didn't replace the machine and made me wait for 2 weeks to get the parts to fix the same. Would never ever buy elctrolux products.

Very bad services they know only how to sell their product i am trying to contact them for repairing my dryer and machines but till now no one pick my call and the technician of that company is very rude and ready to fight.

Their electrical machines are good, however the support and the Cuaomer service and after sale service is very bad!
They dont answer the phone, they dont reply to emails, you cant download the manual if lose them etc.etc.
