Between IKEA and this courier company, I have never experienced such inept service as these two. It has taken a month to send me a notification that you’re delivering, with both the link and telephone number not working in the SMS. I have tried calling the contact Centre for 3 days, no answer, nothing but the cellphone is turned off. It is utterly unacceptable, I’ve never experienced anything like it. At this rate, I don’t expect my parcel to ever arrive, and either Elite or IKEA to answer their phones.

Tracking a shipment which I was to receive last week. The tracking status says no response. They have not called even once regarding this shipment and now no one answers the phone.

Worst worst staff, they never respond calls. I dont know why management never takes any action on like this staff. They are just spoiling name of company. Higher management must take some action against this staff. They dont care of any customer

Had to deal with them for an ikea delivery. Keep changing delivery date, said they would deliver and never showed up, said they would call back never did. Called them at least 100 times no response, why do they even own a phone if no one answers it?

I had three deliveries with this company in the past few months and my experience cannot be worst. First, the delivery guys are not professional at all. The least they should do is not lying to people. In addition, the customer is simply terrible. I struggled twice to even have them over the phone. This is not a serious company, they should not be in this business.

My package was delivered on time.great job guys.during this epidemic outbreak you still managed to bring my package within the time period given.

HE SAID I THROW THE ITEM.

MY EXPERIENCE IS THE WORST!

IM EXPECTING A DELIVERY TODAY! THATS WHY I TOOK OFF! AND I ASK SOMEONE TO REPAIT MY CURTAIN.

GUEST WHAT HAPPENED?

YOUR STU%$# DRIVER ASK FOR MY LOCATION. OKAY! THEN I SEND HIM DETAILED LOCATION!
SAME LOCATION I SENT TO THE PREVIOUS GUYS WHO CAME HERE BEFORE TO SET UP MY BED!
(ITS THE SAME LOCATION I SEND THEM)
UNFORTUNATELY, THIS DRIVER (AIRBORNE) SAID "IM IN THE AREA BUT I CANT FIND YOU HOUSE! I WILL NOT DELIVER THE ITEM! "

WHO IS HE TO WASTE MY TIME!

SO I CALLED IKEA!
BUT I THINK THEY'RE TRYING TO MANIPULATE MY REPORT! THATS WHY THEY CANT GIVE ME REPORT NUMBER!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JUST TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE COURIER! (IS THAT HOW YOU PROVIDE SUPPORT?)

WHILE TALKING TO THE CURRIER MANAGER (HE GAVE THOUSAND EXCUSES)
I ASK HIM "WHY THE LAST DIRVER FIND MY LOCATION" AND YOUR DRIVER CANT FIND MY LOCATION"
HE JUST SAID "MAYBE HES FROM DIFFERENT COMPANY" OH, THEN OTHER COMPANY CAN DELIVER THE ITEM AND THEY CANT?

I TOLD HER I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAIN!

HE DELIVER THE ITEM, AFTER I WENT DOWN TO FIND HIM!

WHEN HE REACHED MY ROOM I ASK FOR HIS ID!
HE SAID NO! THEN HE TOOK BACK MY ITEM! I TRIED TO CATCH MY ITEM BUT HE DONT WANT TO GIVE IT TO ME, AND HE RUN AWAY!
I PAID IT FROM IKEA!

IMAGINE I TOOK OFF FOR THIS DELIVERY ADN THE CURTAIN GIY IS HERE. BUT THIS COMPANY EAT MY TIME!

THEY ARE THE WORST
