Very bad delivery company, I ordered from iherb and from 1 week now! My shipment is in the warehouse in dubai, the products will spoil, and no one respond to us when we call!

Unreliable shipment company! Scheduling my delivery on Wednesday, from the morning I’m receiving confirmation phone call and driver will contact me, no one come and no one call. Office mission impossible to reach. Two days later, on Friday, driver calling on the way with my package, Great. Then later in the afternoon he is just dropping a message “that is actually not his area “ my question why someone give you my parcel if it is not your area, answer call the office which one is mission impossible to reach. Now my parcel 3 days somewhere, most probably under the sun and when it will reach only God knows. In the tracking app it is out for delivery since 3 days.

Now it is one week passed and still I’m waiting, as they are trying to schedule the delivery

One of the worst shipping companies i have ever dealt with. I had an order purchased on 31th of may and a week later they haven't delivered it yet. I'm trying to call them no one is answering. This is the worst customer service ever. I don't recommend any one or any company to deal with them. Until now i haven't received my delivery.

Elite is a perfect logistic solutions in the middle east for Small, Medium and Heavy shipments.

Very bad and very slow service, nothing in time and the tracking service is useless and pointless. Delivery times are always messed up and always late by three days or two days.

Elite Express corgo LLC have a big warehouse here. Elite Maximum of employees working here. Courier service starts and ends this warehouse. It's domestic.

Not good because staff's have not properly working time. New staff's compulsory giving 3000 dhs to management, other ways not making visa.

Why is no one attending the calls? I have called all 3 locations regarding my package from Shein which was supposed to be delivered on 31 May. I waited all day for it the at 8pm it shows 'area changed. ' I have been calling continuously and as the rest of the reviews say, they disconnect the phone after waiting. So frustrating and UNPROFESSIONAL! They should rename their company as they are anything but an 'elite' service.

I wish there was -5 as a rating. My order was supposed to receive 1 month ago but till date have not received anything.tried to get in touch with company numerous times but nobody answers the phone.if they do they keep on putting me on hold and never receive a call back.most unprofessional company. Big companies like Ikea should not rely on them.

Worse delivery service, they hold your package in the warehouse for a month (didn’t receive it to this day) and do not pick up calls or reply emails, they do not care for the packages if fragile.broke my package and was returned and didn’t get back to this day.
