I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience with Elite Co.on a number of previous occasions so am very surprised at all these bad reviews.

I placed my Ikea order this morning and it was delivered tonight within the stated timeframe.

Before their arrival, Abdul Qadir and Ibrahim messaged to let me know they would be arriving within 30 mins. I asked them not to ring the bell but to notify me by WhatsApp upon arrival, which they dutifully did.

The packages were delivered swiftly and with great care - indeed, the latter really stood out to me. The packages were expertly manoeuvred round the corridor and placed gently down onto the ground. The gentleman then proceeded to show me the total number of packages according to their systems and counted each one out loud in front of me. They left quietly and graciously.

I really appreciate the diligence and care with which tonight’s delivery was handled. In the UK (in my experience), delivery drivers sometimes knock items and drop them to the ground. Cardboard surrounding the IKEA packages can often be torn, scraped or punctured. It isn’t unusual for the items to be damaged on delivery, necessitating a trip to IKEA to undergo the returns process. Fortunately, here, all my orders have arrived in one piece to date and that’s thanks to the excellent and hard working delivery teams.

I am very disappointed on their service. I sheduled the delivery on Wednesday but it didn't arrive. They informed me but it was late that there's delay and on the next they will put it on priority but it didn't happen, they should ask the driver to call the costumer, I tried to message the through whatsapp but no response at all. Poor service.

Delivery is scheduled 10am-3pm, i waited the whole day.i got 1 miss call at 4: 47pm but it shows on my mobile at 6pm not sure why call notification has been delayed.when i called back they said they work until 6pm. I didnt go to my work to wait for the delivery but didnt came its so frustrating.

Non-compliance with deadlines, Delivery staff do not speak other than their mother tongue, and they do not have a good way of communicating with customers. Unfortunately a bad experience and will not be repeated.

Worst Exerience and no Professionalism. They are the worst courier partners, no real-time tracking, worst experience with them, still waiting for reply from them regarding much delayed delivery. Must be cancelled of their licence due to this worst service and even there is no Active customer service

Worst! The driver is not even picking up atleast to inform. I am expecting the parcel supposed to be at 10pm. I stayed up late waiting but not a single information. Driver doesnt even care. I hope IKEA will change their courier preference. Not at all worth it to pay for delivery charge.

Waited all day for the scheduled delivery/installation. Kept getting notifications that it was on the way and I was next. 10.30 PM i refreshed the tracking link and got the message”tracking delay due to rescheduled”. Message makes no sense. None of the contract numbers are answering, the driver’s number is incorrect. Poor service by any standard.

Not reliable enough to deal with tracking system says just lie’s hopefully they improve, no customer service is ready to answer your calls. It’s like no one monitoring the concept itself, very late in logistics, so late replies they should be aware that people has life plans everyday

I ordered something from IKEA. They made me wait for the delivery for 7 hours and then didn’t show up, saying there was too much traffic.at 10pm at night. The alternative offered was delivery after midnight…

They don't follow the rules, same day delivery is poorly handled and according to the delivery person, he doesn't follow the order sequence number and by that I mean that I made my order at 12 PM today and was expecting it by max 10 PM, I received it at 12 AM, that's 2 hours late after a 3-10 time frame.
I'm disappointed and wouldn't consider requesting sane day delivery again soon.

Terrible experience! This company is handling IKEA’s delivery. After ordering furniture from IKEA it’s supposed to be delivered to me by Elite Cargo on the scheduled day BUT I have waited continuously for 3 days and nothing received! Message for delivery, sent in what’s up, just useless and delivery time kept changing!
Finally delivery team arrived to my home BUT without one item, which they claimed damaged and needs to be replaced with IKEA.
Another 3 days left but no one delivered remaining item. After contacting IKEA - someone from Elite called me very surprised and said that he will check with his team and then will go to replace the damaged item and it’s might takes another 3-4 days! Now overall my delivery time become already 10 days and still not received my order completely!

Very professional and punctual. They handle mamas & papas deliveries and delivered a day earlier upon my request despite of their full schedule. They even offered extra help with assembly and been very patience with our endless requests. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Easy processing. Friendly customer service. I'm a health professional and was dealing with this organization for the past many years for my health and educational related services in UAE and outside UAE. Worst service I've received in a long time. I initially got a WhatsApp message saying my shipment would be delivered at 4: 16 pm. I was impressed I was even able to track it. Little did I know that at the time they were supposed to deliver they gave me an ETA of 3 hours later when the building im movie into will not allow them. On top of it I called their number, they promised to call me back and I am still waiting. Terrible service and not a good reflection on IKEA for using this company as their delivery.

Recently I purchased from IKEA but I was delivered the wrong commodity. With just few days left for the weekend and with my plans to travel…… I had too many things on my plate … and following up on getting the right purchase was hectic … that’s when I got in touch with Mr Ayappa from Elite.
Tbh … I didn’t even have to keep calling to get things done … He kept me updated …. And within the time I requested i got my wardrobe!

I didn’t have to travel thinking I have to come back and start all over again …

The shipment is undelivered even after Eight days. The customer service is irresponsible, they tell the customer that they will call back, but no calling back. No contact number of the delivery associate is shared.

Driver missed scheduled spot 1400-1800. Got a call 1930 where they claiming they was here at location but security wouldn't let them in which was a complete lie, after verifying with security team.

They scheduled delivery the day after before 10.00 in the morning. They called me 10.00 in the morning saying they can deliver the Ikea wardrobe the day after.

This company does not respect the people time and their drivers are lying about the actual events. Do not trust them. I opened a official complaint with Ikea and how they can be involved with this company "Elite" acting like this. Worthless company.

@ikea replace this courier, they are really bad with timing. The customer service will promise you delivery timing and yet when you check the tracking on the link sent thru sms its way longer hours than it should be.
I ordered my item 9 of oct till now i did not received, worse is that no one from them will at least call or inform you why it is delayed. You have to follow up with them several times!

I’m supposed to receive my shipment at 3 pm, they came to the building at 7 pm and informed that there’s something missing and they have to deliver after 2 days.
The courier guy was talking with a bad attitude.
I know that I’m the customer and the customer is always right.
I’m the one who should talk with attitude.
And now I’m calling and no one is answering my call.
I don’t know how IKEA are dealing with such a bad company.
I’m not satisfied at all and hope if they could shut down the company so you can learn a lesson of how to manage a good business.

The worst delivery company in the UAE. My order delayed for more than two months. Bad customer service, no follow and no communication at all. Update: reached out to Mr Rajat, and he has been very swift in responding. He's helped with rescheduling the delivery which has been helpful. Will amend the rating once I receive the packages.

Wish I could give 0 rating. They're the most inefficient delivery service ever. The customer care can't schedule delivery. They will call you once and if by any chance you miss it, you're never getting your package and it will end up in a cat and mouse game. Calling the customer care only adds to your misery.

This company has serious issue. My IKEA order was supposed to arrive yesterday between 9: 30 and 18: 30! What scheduling is this!
Waited all day for a call back to narrow down delivery time and for the delivery itself. Nothing happened until I got a call from the driver at 21: 30 that he is back in the warehouse and not coming - I had guessed that by then.
Called today to follow up but I’m either dropped from the waiting line or told we need to see when we can reschedule the delivery. Comments here make me worry if this will ever happen.poor customer service, poor logistics management, poor communication, poor in everything to run a business

So, Elite arrived first thing in the morning and fixed the furniture. This was thanks to rajat@elite-co.com. Please don't waste your time with the front desk lady or in the waiting line on the phone. Reach out to him directly in case you have issues. I give now 3 stars as the reaction time was really good (after I met Rajat yesterday evening at the Al Quoz office). That's the max after all the time I waisted waiting and escalating this order.
My advice to Elite:
- do a proper route scheduling with customer slots of not more than 2-3 hours
- fix the tracking app as it always shows delivery between now and the next 30 minutes
- introduce policies that drivers call/ send messages to customers to confirm delivery times in the morning/ inform on delays during the day
- have a proper customer service helpline, if something goes wrong

My order from ACE hardware has been picked up by Elite almost 2 weeks ago. There’s no update via tracking number. No one answers the damn phone or emails. I have no idea where my shipment is.
I run an online business myself and I surely would never partner with this company. Horrible service!

IKEA should really stop using these guys as to deliver the materials. While shopping on IKEA I had requested for a particular date and time of delivery and these guys never bothered to deliver nor inform. I called them a million times and noone would even answer the phone. They still haven't delivered my stuff and it's a huge headache chasing them. I am surprised why is ikea spoiling their reputation working with such a messed up company. Even before this when I ordered from ikea these clowns messed up my delivery and I had to chase them for my materials. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES.

Very bad service. None of the deliveries arrived on time. Their call center is not attended most times and the staff has an attitude. Large retailers work with them and I don’t understand why. It’s quicker and cheaper just to pick up things rather than using delivery options as you can’t rely on it at all. I would give 0 stars if I could.

One of the worst courier services ever. This company is not giving value to their customer's demand even the very simplest demand, like delivering packages on the given date. They make up their own decision on when and where to deliver your package.
