We moved our from Abu Dhabi to Auckland recently. Due to the strict quarantine regulations and long wait time for the shipping routes, we were cautious about the moving companies over promising and not delivering. ELL handled our shipment professionally and the move was seamless.
From the start, viewing the items and receiving a quote (we had a 3 bed room appt + amounting to 100 boxes) was clearly explained along with insurance clauses.
Packing- the dates are confirmed and reconfirmed. We had to change some dates and the company clearly informed us their availability. The packers are very, very hardworking. Paid attention to new ware and prohibited items. Loads of paper, bubble wrap and boxes provided to ensure the items did not shatter while transporting.
Shipping dates- this was clearly followed and explained. Nandhini and her team are exceptional with all the paperwork and follow up process.
Customs clearance and arrival to the port- there was constant contact once we arrived and updates on the shipment leaving UAE. The handling agents in Auckland were quick to reply and professional in their correspondence
Delivery- Imagine 100 boxes arriving to your doorstep. We did not move a pin, everything was placed in order and as per our requirement. The handover sheet accounted for all the boxes.

We went through several quotes, highly branded companies and meetings with shipment companies but the services of ELL Worldwide Movers was absolutely exceptional from the start to the finish. It is important to note that ELL provides their service until the goods reach your doorstep and do not abandon you once the shipment has left the country of origin.

I used ELL as I relocated from Dubai to the UK. From my first interaction with the company, I found ELL and Dinah extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dinah guided me through everything and sent regular messages to keep me informed of my shipment and forms I would need to complete. I had previously used another company for storage and ELL picked up my furniture and repacked everything to ensure all my belongs and furniture was easily locates and labelled correctly. I used the company to relocate back to my home country from Dubai in June of 2022. The company gave me an estimated budget and a time estimate. After packing our furniture in the container they increase the cost by 20%. So we were forced to accept. The shipment arrived a month late. So instead of taking 55 days it took 85 days. They blamed it on Covide! It seemed that no one told them that the pandemic was in 2020.

We recently moved from Dubai, UAE to Sydney, Australia using ELL Worldwide Movers. The whole process was professional and smooth. After enquiring with several relocation companies, we appointed ELL for our relocation from Dubai, United Arab Emirates to Auckland, New Zealand. Our shipment was door to door and handled by Timothy Navarro. Right from the initial inspection/measure up through to following up after the delivery, we found Timothy to be very professional and responsive. We ended up going with a shared 40ft container option of which our share was 30CBM. The packing team arrived on time, packed our household contents to a high standard and cleaned up after themselves. The shipment took 97 days from when it left us in Dubai until it was delivered to our new house in Auckland. I contacted ELL for my shipment from Dubai to Pune. I was contacted by Mr Farish and followed by an on-site inspection, during which he explained the whole intricacies of international relocations. On the date of packing, Mr Jerry (Team Supervisor and a packing ninja) and his team arrived on time and whole packing process was smooth and well organized. The packing material used were of great quality. The communication and documents were also crisp and on point.

The destination company Buhariwalas also did a great job in clearing my shipment from the customs. My household items were delivered in an excellent condition with NO DAMAGE at all. One of the best (if not the best) service providers I have ever dealt with in the UAE (and I’ve lived there for 34 years!). Timothy Navarro was an absolute star from start to finish. You can rely on EEL company if you consider moving abroad. They had packed everything very well, communication was a breeze (Timothy Navaro is a star!). Domestic company in Russia has made their part of delivery very well also.
The only one issue was: it took 4 month and 11 days to deliver goods from DXB to Moscow. I would recommend that company, but check the delivery time.

I feel like I got unlucky and received the most incompetent worker ELL has to offer.
My things got packed to be moved from Dubai to Germany, that was end of October. It is now February and I still have (still) no clue about when my things will arrive. When you ask about info, it's as if you"re talking to a robot who doesn't know how to follow-up on issues and give information.
Moving internationally is stressful as it is, especially with COVID, however ELL has managed to make it even more difficult and stressful by robbing my last nerves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And in case you do, I pray you don't get to be stuck with Timothy as your point of contact. He is as useful as a white Crayon. I will update again when I receive my things (hopefully this year)

I chose ELL WORLDWIDE MOVERS for my move from Dubai to India. After being scammed by another cargo company in the past, and reading lots of negetive reviews of other cargo companies in Dubai from friends, I was very skeptical. Needless to say, I was extremely cautious in my choice of a new moving company and my expectations were very high.
After having interacted with atleast 12 other moving companies, I decided to go forward with ELL. I cannot state in words the professional and amazing service of ELL.
They are just the best you can choose for your relocation requirements.
I was a very tough customer - with my incessant questions and repeated calls to clarify things, but my point of contact Mr. Farish was excellent. He always answered my queries promptly and whenever I wanted to connect with him, within 5-10 minutes he would get back to me.
He was in touch with me continuously every few days until the day the cargo arrived at my doorstep at my destination.
Inspite of the fact that he was suffering from COVID-19 during the time of my move, there was no change in his updates and correspondences.

A day before the packing was scheduled, the move coordinator- Mr. Sharfraz took all the details of my fragile items so that they could offer a more customised service and bring the packing materials accordingly.

On the day of the packing, the staff arrived as promised, exactly on time and were very polite and followed all the COVID-19 protocols judiciously.
The packing done by the team was just simply superb. There was not a single item damaged or in a poor condition after delivery. The had packed each and every item carefully in layers - starting with wrapping paper, followed by bubble wrap and foam. I am a collector of antiques and expensive souvenirs and was apprehensive about my belongings. I was so controlling when the ELL team arrived at my residence, and wanted the packing to be done according to my wishes. The entire team was extremely accomodating and customised all the packing as per my requirements, even though it took them longer than if they would have done their job unsupervised. All the attention to detail by their staff for things and goods that I had missed was also commendable.

Since this review Is post the arrival of my goods at my destination, and I have thoroughly checked each and every item for damages, I can safely say that there is no other moving company that could have done a better job than ELL.
My cargo was packed on the 8th January and though I chose the groupage option, my goods reached my country by the 25th of January.

I am pleased to be able to tell you that they were delivered to our door early last week and although the ship seemed to take a long time, that is nothing you could control.

We have not unpacked all of the boxes by any means but what is clear is that the care taken in packing everything and then handling the boxes and packages was first class because everything we have unpacked so far is in perfect condition and the boxes themselves stood up to the journey extremely well.
