The service was incredible and the food i ordered was amazing, and those little extra flavors they add in the food makes it so appetizing to eat and devour.there's this girl named Carmen and she is a great employee and gave us the maximum experience you could have in this restaurant and i am very happy that i visted this restaurant.

I went for the brunch which costs 89 aed per person + hidden charge or 10% service charge (for a terrible service), the place is waaaay below average in everything. Below my experience
1- Dirty cutlery and cups, i informed the waitress and her response was just to say sorry and walk away…
2- The lady on the cast who also is a waitress lacks any expedience, she talks with contempt like she is not in the mood to serve, she came to us as we sat in and threw the menu without greeting and she walked away…
3 - Food! Boy oh boy! Sooooo bad honestly, and the bread wasn’t fresh, probably from yesterday.
4- Latte was more of water with foam, undrinkable so we had to actually return it and ask for safer option, tea… (one can’t go wrong what that)

I did communicate to the waitress that my impression of the restaurant isn’t good but she confirmed it by not giving the slightest care.

Conclusion: I smoked AED 195 for nothing. Will definitely not recommend it nor ever come back.

Cute, cozy place on The Palm for breakfast. Their 6-dishes + coffee breakfast deal at AED 89 is worth it. Vibe is good, food options are great, staff is helpful however service was slow as they were too busy when we went on a Sunday.
Making a reservation is advised.

Lovely place near the water, yummy food and nice staff. I forgot his name, but there was a down to earth, funny guy who serves Cappuchino's "without milk". I think his name started with a 'F'. His colleague, who brought our drinks to the table, said to him: "Look at the comments. " They both smiled. So we asked if the comments were funny enough to share with us? It didn't disappoint. "1. Cappuchino. No milk. " instead of: "Oatmilk". So now we call this: "The place with no milk. " Because I talk so much with my sister, we forget to make pictures of the foods. Next time! Because there definitely will be a next time.

It is a nice place to have breakfast.comfortable sitting and a pleasant atmosphere, food looks simple but everything is tasty.the only thing is quite slow service but the staff are very friendly and trying their best. Been there twice and most probably will come back again.

I recently moved to Marina residence suites and looking for a great atmosphere restaurant around me. Then I found Ella's eatery just 5 mins' walking distance from my building. The staff are well trained, the food is amazing and you know that it's a pet-friendly restaurant which is very difficult to find in this area. Definitely, I will be one of your regular customer moving forward, and one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Keep it up

The staff made us feel welcome after a long journey from England. I had chicken noodle salad and the wife had chicken Alfredo. Not only tasted good, there was lots of it.

Staff is very nice and food is always nice. Lately their meat was not great but they rectify it. You can bring your dog. Also on saturday morning they offer great breakfast with nice view. You can also order from their amazing salads. Oh forgot to say pizzas, they have great deals on oizzas.

Service is nice, you can drink and eat with delicious foods. Parking is wasy, just only inside has no oxygen. The kitchen smells are coming inside.at the nights outside is nice. The prices are not expensive but not less cheap. The same at Dubai Mall.

Nice setting and ambiance, food is less than average. We ordered a salmon fish cake which was definitely frozen then freida to burn level. A burger that was just ok, and hommus dips where the hommus was very watery and runny.

Never going back! I had made a reservation a day ahead and asked them specifically for a nice table. Their opinion of a "nice" table is cramped and squeezed right in the middle where everyone passes. Sorry to say but this is the second time I have bad experience at this place so that was the last try. They also seems totally uninterested to provide a good service.

Wonderful restaurant. We live nearby and love having this place on our doorstep. Great value, great food and great service. Also, a good place to go and work when necessary (good wifi). Staff always very attentive and friendly with us, our baby and our dog. Highly recommend Ella's.

We went for breakfast, the food was average, service is extremely slow on the weekends. Nice location with a good view of the marina.

It is a pet friendly restaurant. The food was tasty and well cooked. The team is friendly and active, specially the Filipinos crew. The prices are fair and you can sit outside enjoying the weather overlooking the beach and the yachts parked. There is a parking behind the restaurant.

With no doubt l can say that this is one of the most excellent place Ive tried in Dubai during my last 1 and half year. They have quite nice menüs from breakfast options to dinner. The spicy pizza is my favorite and coctails are better than many places lve tried in Palm. Prices are quite reasonable. I like sittin in garden. Besides, ı really really want to say that you will never forget Kalana's charming smile and his warm welcoming. He is very friendly and will make sure that you will have best quality experience

Lovely setting, on the boat front, on the Palm.
Food - eggs benedict were stone cold out of the fridge (makes me believe they do not make them on the spot. Other foods ordered were made well. The deal was great - 75Dhs with choice of 6 small eats and a choice of a hot/cold drink.
The service was a little shaky - one waitress was vigilant but the other was not.
It is pet friendly, which we were not aware of. So for that alone, I would not return. Having dogs inside a restaurant or walking through a restaurant is a huge no from me!

I ordered the wagyu burger but it was over cooked. Couldn't tell if it was wagyu or even beef. The waiters were friendly though.

Lovely place for breakfast, especially early in the weekend. The terrace is rather small, so it does fill up fast.

It was such a wonderfull experience, the cozy ambiance itself, the food was awesome thank you to the chef and waiters…

So bad breakfast brunch experience! The portions so tiny, so small, fruit bowl was terrible with spoiled fruits. They brought all order at ones: hot, cold, desert, coffee. Didn't ask the preferences or allergies. Service so bad as well, tables dirty and all ambience looks old. They will charge you for filter water- 10 AED! Really? ! It's insane! And don't forget about service charge: 10%. For that poor service! The offer said 75 AED, at the end I paid almost 100 AED. I just wanted to leave this place ASAP, still hungry and angry, that I spent my money and time there!

One of the Best Restaurant I've ever been to!

Especially, Julius's ever smiling face and Top Notch Hospitality skills adds so much of Warmth to the restaurant. He was the best part of my experience at Ella's Eatery. Carmen was great too!

Also, the Food and the Presentation are of high standards. Sure look forward to be here again!

Good catch while looking for an all-you-can-eat breakfast spot. The price is a bargain. Good atmosphere, nice view to The Palm's marina, and tasty food. Friendly staff too. Definitely recommend it!

Ella's Eatery is my favourite restaurant on the Palm. Not only do they do an amazing breakfast but dinner is also great and the vibe is just so awesome. The service is fantastic and it has now become my local spot to go. I would highly recommend for all to try.

Poor service, wrong food from the kitchen, lack of attention to detail, staff made excuses, misrepresenative of ingredients given

Sat for 1 hour during the weekend breakfast and did not receive any food despite following up 3 times after ordering. After initially having to ask to be brought menus twice we should have expected the worst. Ordered a 2nd coffee after around 40 mins which also didnt arrive. Several tables were being served despite being seated after us. At first we thought this was our error. Then a table sat next to us that arrived 30 minutes after us were served there food. Staff were unapologetic and were flustered by the demand. Would have given no stars but unfortunately that was not an option.

Tolle Aussicht und spitzen Atmosphäre findet man an diesem tollen Ort. Das von der Straße aus eher unscheinbar wirkende Ellas bietet auf der Rückseite den Blick auf einen kleinen Yacht Hafen und den Burj Khalifa sowie den Burj al Arab.
Wir waren bei Roland zu Gast wie bei einem alten Freund und fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Das Essen war vorzüglich! Besonders die flat breads sind sehr zu emfehlen!
Auch die Preise sind hier sehr fair.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.



Great views and a great atmosphere can be found at this great place. The Ellas looks rather simple from the street but on the backside you have a view to a small yacht harbour and the Burj Khalifa and the Burj al Arab.
We felt like visiting a friends Place with Roland and felt very comfortable. The food was excellent! Especially the flat breads are very recommendable!
Also the prices are very fair here.

We will come back with pleasure.

We visited today 21st September for a late breakfast (which is served all day). We were a party of 3 and between us has the Shakshouka with Chorizo, Scrambled eggs on toast with extra spinach & Asparagus and Avocado on Toast. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and were prepared beautifully. Extra eco points for offering filtered water in a reusable glass bottle. The staff were awesome and the decor and views are stunning. I cant wait to revisit and sit outside when its a little cooler as the marina views are extra special.
