Ross and the team were super helpful. Went in planning to get a Babolat - they have a mini court so you can try before you buy. Decided to go for a different one in the end thanks to trying it and their advice. Very happy thank you!

I already did some search before visiting the shop so I had an idea about what I am looking for and Najdat gave me his honest advice and recommendations according to my needs and requirements.
I was not pushed to buy a more expensive racket or he didn't try to change my mind.
We had a very good chat and he also advised me on several things.

I also received small gift, their t-shirt with logo which was very nice from him.

Received My padel Racket and Padel balls today, they are brand new and properly sealed. I paid for the express delivery however there was a issue where it was delayed however I was compensated with a racket over-grip. Fast and professional customer service…

As I have been trying to order Padel shoes for over a year and the stores nearby here in Abu Dhabi everything is overpriced. Till I hit the jackpot discovering ElPadel convenient prices. As for delivery, I ordered yesterday and received it today that’s a super service!

I am new to playing padel and wasn't quite sure what racket would be best or what other equipment I would need. I received incredible customer service and they were very knowledgeable about their products. They also recommended some good places to go in Dubai to play. The staff were friendly and very approachable. I was amazed at the variety of stock they had to offer, such a fabulous selection. Another bonus is that you can order online if needed! I started playing padel recently and I can admit that these people really helped me find the right racket. They literally have all brands, I couldn't find this variety anywhere else. I recommend this store.

I am from Saudi and have requested two paddle rackets. Not only have I recieved just one racket but they priced that single paddel racket with the price of two so I had to pay the customs fee and VAT for 2 items rather than one. And the land line to contact them is not functioning. Only via email.

Edit: I have recieved my 2nd paddel racket from the company and they paid the customs In full for the 2nd paddel racket that was missing

I’ve been looking for a store that sells genuine and reasonably priced Padel equipment and I must tell you, El Padel was simply excellent. I texted them via WhatsApp on the number mentioned on their website and to my surprise every time I texted them, I received a response immediately with precise and extremely helpful information. This was absolutely impressive. The office/store closes at 05pm and even though I stopped by 30 minutes before closing time, the gentleman and the lady present were very accommodating and catered to my every need in a very professional and comforting manner. The Padel options are superb and so are the accessories along with great pricing. I will highly recommend this store for your Padel needs. Parking can be a little issue hence I suggest dropping by earlier than planned. All in all a great place with great people and amazing equipment. Will surely shop here again.
