The reception was nice and butler was exceptional. But the the sales agents were no where in sight! Busy busy? !? !? Wait till 1030, still no agents in the office. Pathetic. It’s true real estate agents are the most jobless talentlesss lazy people on the face of the earth. No wonder they work on commission. Acting like they have careers. No education no disciple, trying earn easy money wearing fancy suits and opening door driving leased cars. Jokes! I’ll buy from second hand market. I feel bad for Emaar, which is expcetinal developer staffed with clowns of agents, unfortunately. Tell them to go school and get and education and actually learn what hard really is. Pathetic.

Emaar is the main developer of Dubai Downtown including Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall both being one of the most interesting places to visit in the world. However, the area includes many residential and commercial towers developed by Emaar and the sales center can provide you full information about the prices and availabilities in the towers to buy. The sales office is located in a very accessible position and just in a place with outstanding view to Burn Khalifa. The sales people are very polite and cooperative specially Ms. Angela whom I met there.

Emaar is a renowned name in developments. Was amazed to see the future developments in Dubai and the Dubai creek harbour coming up, DC tower

I love this Downtown place because Financial Centre Road. As well attractions such as a luxury Arabian Market. Emmar Developments.

Warmly welcoming from the reception. All the project plans are shown there but no information is written unless smb comes and explains.

Basically good for environment,
but when i took pictures of the environment, the reception lady doesn't tell me it's not allowed, but just starring at me in a mean way, so i notice that i ask her by myself is that ok for taking pictures here? And she replying me no in a very bad and mean attitude!

I'm a property consultant. They really ONLY sell through us.and online clients. Why does so much hate towards us when we are providing clients with the best they want? It really annoys me all these emails they send. But any relationship manager in emaar can tell you that it's much better to come through an agency because they give exclusive offers not available by emaar. And yet all the hate goes towards us consultants.
Look if you want to invest and you would want to do it secretly or behind your consultant's back, then go.for it. But why would you do such a thing when a consultant will guide you toward the best option and give you ideas you never thought about? And now emaar is asking agents and consultants not to confront clients on the street. Really? We get clients through building friendship.not through throwing flyers on the street. Respect your consultants because without them, you wont sell

Its a nice sales centre but not up to the mark of Emaar, its congested and you except a grand from Emaar, even the sister concern Nshama has a better sales centre down the road, with one of the biggest developers of the regain one excepts more from Emaar. Yes their developments are best in the world, much more then one can imagine.

Been in Dubai for the last few days, absolutely love the Emaar developments going on here, so popped into the sales office. Friendly greeting from a fantastic salesman’s Ahmed, who took us on a full walk through of the scale model developments happening in Dubai. Very knowledgeable of all areas of the sites, understood my requirements and recommended properties to meet my needs that where within budget. All information and sales documentation was sent over immediately to my phone from his iPad with a detailed breakdown of prices and payment plans.
