Emarat Atrium

Very tidy and organized but difficult to navigate. Need more information about location of elevators and more information at each floor and entrances/exit elevators and stairs about officess.

Perfect place for offices, enough / covered parking place on sheikh Zayed Road.

A little out of the way but well organised office building. I went for ADIB bank which is in the ground floor and in right side and also has a separate entrance. Work was done very fast. I am very happy.

This place is a business hub, you can rent offices here, this place is neat and clean, management is good. Restroom are clean. Multiple entry and exits if you are only visiting for meeting parking 1 hour is free after that it's chargeable.

Atrium building have many companies headoffices. Building has two blocks A & B. Parking is paid. Ground floor have one Indian restaurant not up to the mark but u can survive. Bakaria is also on the ground floor. For coffee Bakaria is better than taste restaurant.

I like the lobby of the building. So many beautiful flowers and plants. You don’t want to leave this place

It has a nice restaurant inside, and ADIB main branch, Emarat office and many business offices as well

Best part is you don't need to visit the banks for cash or cheque deposits, they have big ADIB branch on the ground floor with a large number of staffs.

I have been coming here for ages to attend the Toastmasters meetings. This building has a character. Love the indoor lush green forest that is carefully tended. It gives you a feeling of being in a garden and not a concrete building. Love the meandering stream, the gentle waterfall and most importantly the friendly huge koi fish that will even allow you to caress them. There is a very nice coffee shop inside that blends into the forest and is worth a visit. It is almost like an oasis in a desert.

Quiet and business friendly. Ample visitor parking. The restrooms can use a makeover. The ground floors have good cafes, minimarket, and services.

Much better than business bay, this bulding have resturent, mini supermarket, paid parking, RTA Parking,

The place was so amazing there is so many offices and good cafes.they serve us well starting from the receptionist.

No ce building and nice offices, well known location, it is the best place for your new business,
