Stay away from them. They lied to me and sold me an insurance policy on false claims. The salesperson said scratches are covered, then when I contacted the insurance company they said it is not. I tried to call the company customer service they said I should have read the insurance policy more carefully. I tried to call the branch but they never reply. Shame on you!

I bought screen protector for 100 aed but turned out to be low quality.they assured me that it is lifetime warranty.every two weeks the screen protector gets damaged and i had to go to replace it (waste of time). On my 5th return i was told that i need to pay 20 aed for each time i get it replaced due to service fee.take note you can buy goof quality one for 100 aed without replacement somewhere else! I was also not informed of the 20 aed fee everytime they fix it! Do no but from here! I will never buy anything from this store again.they change rules from time to time!

I bought a headset yesterday and asked the sales person if its working on laptop for video call he said yes. I immediately bought it and doesn’t have time to test it in the store. When i got back home the sound is bad and can’t hear properly. Apparently it only works on mobile. I went to the store the next day and tried to replace with a different item. But the team doesn’t want to since its working in mobile but my main purpose of buying it is for laptop (video call) but still no luck of replacing it. Bad customer service, misinformed and unprofessional when trying to ask questions. Not helpful at all! They only care is to sell but not the customer needs. Will never buy or visit Emax!

Customer service of Jeremy is very good. He provided me all information I need. I wanted to know about the version and differences between each phone version. He explained me everything. Thank you Jeremy. Emax is a very nice shop in MOE.

Bad experience, also the technician there not professional, be carful when you buy, Khalid told me the iPad need motherboard but when I give to minutes repairing shop they said only screen problem and they changed in same day, so the technician there not professional.

I had an issue with my phone which is still under both Samsung warranty and emax care which was charged extra
Despite all of that it has been one month where they have been calling me every time with a different excuse to avoid fixing the issue
First time we didn't find an issue
Second time they told me itz fixed and it was obviously nit fixed
Third time they were we removed the dust which obviously didn't solve the issue
And now one month later they are telling we still need one more week to check why the service centre didn't fix it.

In short unpleasant experience at all with no consideration of their customers.

You get better service when buying online at Amazon.
At Amazon you can return items if they do not meet your expectations.
I bought a pair of ear buds, the packaging appeared to be opened as in it was not sealed completely and the package tab was torn.
There also seemed to be possible ear wax on the silicon ear tips.
I couldn't really tell for sure on either account.
I tried them out, they didn't fit me well.

I contacted EMax to return them, and to my surprise they informed me that they only accept unopened goods.
I escalated to no avail.
Not great service considering Amazon will take back anything.
Well shame on me for not checking the t&c's.
Shame on Emax for having terrible customer service.

Run by con artist do not purchase items from this company. I was conned 3 times by men that came to fit my to screens who told me my tv brackets were not compatible. These men then offer to buy the brackets for triple the price. When I asked for proof of purchases the worker said he had lost this. I spoke to the manager in store who confirmed the original brackets were compatible. The manager also stated the price I was charged for the brackets I was charged was wrong. I was promised an investigation would take place but I have not heard back from management. I am appalled and disappointed that a company this size is defrauding it’s customers.

Delivery is horrible since have to wait for ages
Store does not answer calls at all, neither the store manager.
Even after being a vvip emax holder no value for customers.
Even after complaining 2 days ago still no
one bothered to call and do the needful.

When you go to buy the staffs are very helpful and full of energy and once it's time for delivery date everyone is in a slow pace and it really took 10 days for the delivery of my things which they already had the stock.

Don't bother with the Allianz Protection insurance that they offer. I used it for a cracked iPhone screen but compared to AppleCare it's very cumbersome. If you call Allianz they'll tell you they are waiting for assessment and quotation from Sharaf DG, etc.etc.

This branch specifically as my experience is the worst branch of Emax in dubai and maybe in UAE, weak costumer services, even number of employees r consider alot for small branch but useless, better choice if u r in mall of emirates to go to Jumbo

I bought a Microsoft surface pro from EMax. I was told when I bought it with the extended warranty that once I claim the insurance I would get a new unit!
TOTAL lies by the way.
So you bought the unit for 3299 dhms
I paid 3 year insurance 900 Dhms
Unit must be collected as per EMax from home 315 Dhms
You get 70% of your money back 2898 only
To claim the new unit you need to pay an access amount of 370
You need to pay again new insurance for the unit for 900
You also pay for the extra money that would require to get the new unit.

You do the math and tell me that they don’t scam.

Never trust these people and this shop they are only selling lies. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM EMAX. THEY WILL TELL YOU BUY WARRANTY. IT IS ALL FAKE AND ALL LIES THEY WILL SELL YOU A WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR BUT IT COVERS ONLY THE 2 WEEKS OF THE INCIDENT MAXIMUM. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM BIG SCAMMERS.

Bought a labtop and when I went to fix it using the warrantee less than a month after purchasing they had zero record of my purchase even after giving them my phone number and the serial number of the labtop! Why would they spend so much time collecting all my info (email, number, name) when they didnt bother to keep my records! Feels like they’re just trying to scam their customers. Now they’re making me call an 800 number to track my invoice. Terrible service.

Customer service is very poor. We came last night to ask for a certain product. This one staff said they don't have but the other staff who is Indian take some time and effort to assist us only to find out that they have the item that we are looking for.

Please never ever buy from this shop as after sale service is useless. They sold me a TV worth 10k and promissed they will deliver in 2 days and now its been a week and they delivered nothing! Just lies! Dont do the same mistake. Btw 2 day delivery was mentioned before i even buy!

The worst place ever in UAE to purchase electronics. I bought my laptop on feb 28 from MOE and I came to the branch on March 2 to fix as it was extremely slow they took my laptop for 2 days and then called me to pick up the unit after they updated the software as they said it's a software issue! For four months I came back 3 times with the same issue. Each time I am trying to use the laptop it took me more than 15 mins to open the browser only! In the 4th time they told me that they have to send to the service centre what were you doing then in the previous 3 times!
The problem that I did not ask for any paper as it is a very reputable shop however it was my mistake to trust the shop and its staff who did not document my complaints for 3 times unfortunately I couldn't claim my replacement (as per the law) because they did not document my visits.not recommend at all

Good customer services verbally and via email too. Had bought mobiles and accessories few time, very convenient. Attached and near to Mall of the Emirates metro station. You can pay by card or cash.
This review is based on my personal experience and at the time I used service however the real service, conditions and environment may vary. Constructed feedback shouldn't take negative but to improve the services.

Sold me a TV that was out of stock. Was waiting for delivery all day long, called them to find out why they never arrived only to be redirected from one person to another and left waiting for a call that came 4 days later. Still no TV but plenty of excuses. Canceled my order, got my money back. Never again shopping at any emax. Cherry on top: They tried to make a fool out of me and blame it on miscommunication, taking every route to delay the cancelation and getting a refund. Customer service of criminal nature.

The worst service ever. They sell warranties which they pretend to cover all hardwares and softwares, for expensive prices (15% from the device price). When you show up to claim an accident they ask you to pay another fee worth another 10%.
Impolite staff & management. When complaining they just answer: Go and complain at DED (which what I will be doing)

Very bad service, i have very bad experience. No customer care at all, my dell laptop in the service more than 70 days.and still there! However the computer under warranty.
I not recommend anyone to buy laptops from E-max.

Very bad experience with E.max i was your regular customer
I purchased OPPO F7 from your mall of the Emirates store after two days it comes to my knowledge as well I observed that is not working in a right direction because it was taking 3 to 4 hours for changes went to your store and asked to a supervisor please return this set, he told me that we have to send it for checking told I received and SMS on my cell number from jumbo that is received your cell for maintenance it shocked me because i purchased that set from your store after that i try to contact with your call centre guys he miss guide me and he was talking in a rude way very bad experience with your company next time i never go there with my friends
