I have a continous 3 mobile purchase on different month this year with Emax Deira City Center Branch. When i walked in to shop, Mr. Rizwan attended me first time and he comes with seasoned experience on mobile products knowledge and within 10 days my Samsung S22 Ultra has some network issue and knocked the direct Samsung care but they were about to convince me to replace the motherboard but I came back to Mr. Rizwan in Emax and he went out of his capacity and taken the matter to next well and got my mobile replaced with new one with the committed date in less than 3 working days.

Having said that above precedence, Again today, i have purchased iPhone 14 pro max. I called him to enquire, but the gold colour was out of stock and he arranged for me within 2 hrs and gave a follow-up up call. What a dedication and commitment on the job. Then Rizwan explained me well the warranty coverage and extended warranty benefits. He goes out of his boundary with his excellent customer relationship skills and proactive approach to explain the benefits. I can say his motto is always "Focus Customer First".
He is an asset to the Emax organisation.

We are so happy to purchase iPhone 13, AirPods pro, and JBL speaker at Emax Deira City Center. We got also good customer service from Mr. Rizwan. The good thing they can do is install your purchase from the bank.

Very disappointing experience. Bought from them wireless power bank and stopped charging when it’s not plugged after 3 month.
Refused to replace it although it’s in the warranty and told me that they’ll need to send it to service center for 2 weeks first. Told them I won’t be able to charge my device and all their response was to get another charger meanwhile

Visited Emax DCC didn't buy anything but the Costumer service there was excellent I meet Awais and ask some information about apple products he was really helpful with that.

When I visited emax dcc to buy a tv, I got excellent assistance from the staff and management, especially from Mr. Waheed. I will definitely suggest my friends to purchase from emax dcc.
