Very poor customer service. Sad to say but maybe they think we cant afford this is not the first time i experience this in Emax even in Burjuman store treatment is the same
There is no worse place than this. Amal raju has the worse attitude and he doesn’t even know what he’s selling and how to sell I clearly don’t see the point of you guys getting those people to work here without any training what so ever and this is not acceptable for us as customers. Hope someone takes action with this issue
Odi is a great salesman. Sold me s23 ultra 256 gb + iPhone pro max 256 gb + covers + screen protectors. He is a merchandiser but great to interact and happy to buy cause of him

They cheat me, when I buy a Apple Watch series 7 they didn’t tell me that there is one year Warranty more that’s why the price is more, but when I receive the receipt after 5 Hours only I saw that they took 214 dhs extra for 1 more year warranty, it was a cheating for sure the man who attend me from sale very bad experience I will recommend this place to anyone

I am not really a great fan of the particular EMax as every time I went there to buy something, most of the times they don't have it in stock. Last time I wanted to see a smart watch so I could check the size and buy, the salesman tild me they are not allowed to show anything and I just have to make a decision just by looking at them in the frame, so I went and bought it from another store
Emax at oasis centre is pretty big and nice.and you can usually find the electronics that you might be searching for.just a few times it lags behind in its services

I bought many more with this shop but any time i feel it make me thug, first time i shop a oppo A 73 which have offer of airphone i got it but not working and last time (yesterda) i bought a tv with offer but it has not stand, isn't it sirious? I don't like to go in future!
We just walked out of e-max oasis centre. We were in the store reviewing tvs by ourselves for several minutes when not a single assistant (of which there were several hanging around) came past to ask if we needed help. Another customer walked in to review the exact same bose speaker near the tvs we were also looking at and bam! He got assistance immediately. Despicable service. Well.your loss we took the model number down and will be purchasing elsewhere.

Not very good customer service. Bought earphones from this store 3 days ago and they said to me that I should return within 7 days if any issues. I have issues, the sound levels are not the same on either side. They refuse to replace it. Does no effort from the emax staff just mean they get away with it?
I'll just forget about it and move my support to a non emax related store.
When entering the shop.staff are very welcoming and smiling and thats great! But these are all the customer services they provide! No one could assist me when i asked about a power bank.employees kept calling other employees to help me and noone did.even though the store was empty! The only lady that came to assist.stood infront of the power banks.then looked at me and said sir i dono (my request was a 20000 power bank) employees need urgent training and should be interested to assist customers.not only the smile and wave technique)
Bought a pair of headphones from them for quite a good price, but most other stuff was quite expensive. One of the employees were extremely friendly and I had a really good experience with him, but the rest seem to have no clue what they are doing there. It's best to know about everything yourself so you won't have to ask for help, because I don't see the point. Most of them know nothing
I went to buy a phone for my wife and they offered me a payment plan of 24months which had interest and I rejected than told me you can for one year interest free for 12months. When the bill came out I saw a charge in my card payment for 425 smart pay which I ask why do i have to pay them they said it because of 24month which I never agreed and now they are saying that I can ask my bank to reverse that charge which my bank is now not agreeing I will be going to them again but so desperate to cheat people and make money. I don't know what is happening to these retailers that now they are playing tricks of cheating people for just small amount never ever going to this outlet and and all people don't trust anyone they work as a gang to rip you apart.
They say they will match the price of any other major electronics dealer. False. I complained and showed the price of another Major electronics dealer but nothing.
The salesmen have no idea about the products they are selling. One will call the other if you ask anyone anything. Most of them are confused and not trained to provide good customer services. Nobody picks up the phone.
Very poor service. They are selling returned products without informing the customer. These products are displayed under 'Clerance' giving an impression that these are new but discounted. But in reality these are the ones returned by the customers and used. This is almost a fraud. The worst is that the store manger Mr James told me that he doesn't care about this and I should go and complaint to whosoever I wish but he will continue displaying these products like this I.e without specifically mentioning that these are returned and refurbished. Be very careful of this store
