Worst cargo service ever. Misleading costumers with wrong information, still i dinnt recieve my cargo when sent from uae on 15th November 2023 now almost 47 days passed. Bad customers service in sri lanka also, Ultimately my cargo items are delayed. I don’t recommend anyone to use their services and I will never use their services again. It’s a big mistake of using Embassy Cargo services

I send my things 2 times to srilanka.think this is the better cargo for seding bulk goods and it will reach on time to the destination without lag.totaly this one is good cargo company

My choice is embassy shipping cargo dubai to sri lanka because of low cost very fast service safe goods are brought to us and added carton match if it is outside covered and sent

Actually when I tried it for first time I was not sure if it’s safe or not but few days later I got my product safe and without any damage since that I am a regular customer with this company. I’m satisfied with their service.

A cargo company that provides the worst service that I have sent, even though I called the number mentioned in the bill, they never picked up the long distance conversation. I was in a very helpless situation.

Dont send anything with this service, they are giving boxes to another company "serndib cargo" service, when you go to take your box they are cheating i lost totally Rs 42000 to take my box unfortunately many items had lost from box please dont use this company

The worst service ever I've experienced, since 2015 I'm sending cargo with this embassy Cargo service and this was the worst experienced this time. They pick the cargo on 28th November 2021 and promised me to clearance in sri lanka within 45 days and right at the moment 58 days over due and no one from dubai is nit responding regards to cargo. When we contacted dubai staff, they talking like thugs to us. Even Ceylon shipping lines also not responding who has authority to clear the cargo from Sri lanka. I will not recommend embassy Cargo to anyone in UAE, even though other services quite expensive than this better go for that rather than going to embassy Cargo scam

Good service! Because of COVID -19 and government restrictions the clearance has been limited, otherwise it's a good and worth for price! ️️

Cheap service yes, but it's BIG LIE saying no other charges in SL except for custom charges. As seen in the pictures there's a documentation charges+gate pass. This is the 2nd time it happened.

Don’t put or send from this company all are very very cheaters.

A worst cargo I ever seen in my life. This cargo is not a professional cargo. More than 70 days still I didn't receive my things. When I loaded they agreed to deliver within 45 to 55 days. Before a week I called this cargo owner directly. After I called him he saved my mobile number and not answering the calls. I'm sending WhatsApp message to this cargo owner (he said that he is the owner), he read all the messages and not replying but time to time he is coming online. If we call him from a different number he will answer and will start to manipulate this and that. I'm not Not recommended at all.

Worst Cargo Ever. I have sent my cargo on 2020 october, and they acted like they are professional and very fast but then due to their payment issue to Ceylon Shipping lines, Ceylon Shipping kept the cargo themselves in Colombo until the
Embassy cargo's payment is settled.but they have told everyone that the reason is bcz of Covid 19.liars. I have never expected this much of fraud it is been 5 months then last week only i got to collect my cargo in my town branch and they have collected more than 6K by saying irrelevant payment fees and delivery blah blah.worst cargo never trust them.

Strictly not recommended.
We paid 1370dhs for Cargo. They promised we will not have to pay a penny at the time of clearance.
At the time of clearance we ended up paying additional Rs. 17000+ for clearance.
The officers in Srilanka ditched half the things.
Finally ended up losing Rs. 17000+ money and also 50% of the goods.

Very Bad Services. After taking the baggages they don’t even respond to the calls. I will not recommend Embassy Cargo to any of my friends or colleagues.

The main phone number keeps rejecting my call. How are we going to reach out when there is an issue? Better to avoid.

I wanted to send a cargo box through embassy cargo but I have changed my decision after read the reviews below, yeah they are so irresponsible they couldn't even response to such negative reviews posted publicly.

Not recommended at all. They did not deliver my cargo for more than 75 days. No one is answering the calls. Some of their employees blocked my number. I never seen such a worst service in my life.

The only trustworthy and efficient cargo from the UAE to srilanka. Absolute smooth experience from the pick up all the way to the collection in Srilanka. The representative named Suranga helped me pack my goods in a neat, safe and practical way.
