Great staff and they all so patiently and helpful in customized the cap i requested in Arabic names for teachers. I can't thank them enough for doing such a great job, spent so much time for just 2 caps and charged reasonably.

Please go to them, it won't go wrong. There are lots of selections of caps color, quality and reasonably priced.

Feedback from a satisfied customer: the requested design is exactly the same as the output. My daughter liked it very much.

The owner is super nice, but she is not there all the time, but the staff is leak of knowledge, and always not in shop in the morning. I went there 3 times, first time, she was looking for something under the cabinet, didn't even greeting me, just let me wait, then I left, second time, she was not in shop around 10.30am, shop is empty, but she was talking with other staff in other shops. Not professional at all. She did not have patients to the customer as well, don't know how to use the machine and took long time to find a design, end up gave me wrong price.

Had 3 Christmas stocking to have names embroidered. Told the lady staff to make sure the font size is the same for all 3 but still end up with one name smaller font. Her response is it’s only a matter of a few mm, not cm. Not the most friendly staff to deal with and embroidery was badly done (eg.did not straighten out the material)

It was a great experience with you in printing my favorite logo on my cap, thanks for the quick and accurate completion and best wishes.

Highly Recommended, i Did 30 Towels with embroidery and to be honest they were very fast, the price was very good and most important the quality of the embroidery is very good and the staff is very cooperative and friendly definitely i will come back:)

I heard few recommendations from people about an embroidery place called “embrocraft “I wanted to do 15 towels with names embroidered on them.they gave me a very good discount with the quantity I wanted, and I needed them to be done the same day. You could see the dedication and precision clearly on the staff, they make sure everything the size, color place is right. It’s such a beautiful work that is worth waiting. I was really pleased with the ending product. Everything from the finishing to the embroidery was mastered. It’s such a creative idea, and I support widening it to multiple places around the UAE. Great work embrocraft ️

Spent an hour getting some simple embroidery done.
First, the logo wasnt exactly as the original logo, but needed the shirt fast and couldn't be bothered waiting around another hour.
Now, a month later, the stitching is coming out.
I would certainly not use them again just because of the stitching coming loose after only a month.
