There are cool things on the website what a business could customise but who ever handles the emails or whatsapp either has no interest to make business or he has no idea what is he doing
As its called emirates apparels I thought i can get the level what you used to in UAE but no comment about the people who you actually have to deal with

I don’t recommend this place at all. They take too long time to do one sample. Asked for a refund once i knew after 3 weeks they have only done one sample.

Great service. They went out of their way to help with a not so common request for repair of the lettering of a customized football jersey. Helped with finding the correct font and repressed in less than 30 minutes.

I’ve designed and had two collections produced with emirates apparel and the team at emirates apparel is kind and efficient and products are always exactly what Ive asked for.the quality of the fabrics they source for their hoodies are great not to mention their prices are the best too!

I visited to the shop randomly and was assisted by Mr. Aftab. For me coming from a customer service industry and have been in sales for more than a decade in UAE, I believe the management should undergo their people for customer relations training - especially those who will give the initial impression of the company.

I requested for a full sublimation of polo shirts with personalized individual names. I gave them a sample and it came out just like the sample. Even the material was the same. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Reasonable price and meet the agreed time.

We had some last minute changes on T shirt. We are extremely happy with the help and service given by Mr Adnan. Kudos to Emirates Apparel team. Great job team! A big Thanks to everyone…!

The worst customer service. No one answers, very unprofessional and zero communication skills. I couldn’t even place my order because they read my requirements and choose not to answer or give false information. I don't recommend this factory. I see many amazing comments on the work people had with Emirates apparel team i wish my experience was the same. I had high hopes as I was going to work with a local factory for the first time. But now i realize china is better

One star is generous given my experience with this company. Not only did we receive products different to what was shown on the website (and those confirmed on our invoice), the "customer service" (if it can be called that) was appallingly bad. The attempt to fix their errors and make it right took a month and when we received the "fixed" alternative products, there were printing errors. We were told to courier the items back to Dubai.

The staff is rude, slow to reply, and could not care less that they cost a small business time, money, and energy. When trying to work with them to find a resolution, they are defensive and dismissive. They obviously do not worry about customer satisfaction or retention.

We try very, very hard to support local suppliers and businesses in the UAE but it is so hard to find reliable services with clear communication and good customer service. I am not demanding or unreasonable, I just expect a decent level of service.

I won't give them another dirham, I'd rather order from abroad.

The website looks good and informative but the service is just awful. Their sales team are demotivated to sell anything they don’t seem to be interested to explain or sell. All they care about is in their desks and memorize a few lines. I asked few questions and the sales executive just left to make tea. I will not recommend them at all.

Even though they have a big range of tshirts, the printing price is a rip off. Literally. I didn't have a good experience with their customer service. Only one employee is good, the rest they barely coordinate with you. Unfortunately, I won't be their customer anymore.

All the apparel and printing is good but whenever I talk to them in whatsapp, they never respond and if they do it would be very dry and they lack communication skills with clients

Had an amazing experience with Adnane, Myla, and Dhan - we had tight deadlines and lots of design changes, the team were professional, fast, and extremely flexible to make sure we met our deadline. The quality of the merchandise and printing was amazing for the tight timeframes! Would highly recommend and will be certainly using them again!

Best place in town to start your own clothing brand, i went to a-lot of places in Dubai but i didn't find any other convenient place like emirates apparel.
They have very affordable prices and their minimum quantity is actually the lowest in the UAE.

Always welcoming team and creative environment in the factoryFrom the first meeting with Adnan, I realised that this person has experience and understanding in what he is doing!) not only in sewing but also in the current trends, fabric combinations etc, he is being an adviser for me in the selection of colors, fabrics choices and trimmings.
Personally for me, Adnan and the team did something that, I will never forget (when I got an unexpected photoshoot for my dresses, they produced my whole collection in just one daythat felt like a magic)

Awful customer care,
I spent time coming here, chosing samples for my company, deciding printing services, after i ve chosen samples and wanted to pay - they said they have no change AND NO CARD MACHINE, and said that they can’t help me, no CHANGE, sample worth 90 dhs - i had 500 dhs bill.
Having multiple businesses in different sectors since 2006 i would never let go a client like this, client who made an effort to come to industrial area, to check samples, to check about printing solutions, client that would become regular and who is ready to start ordering - as a businessman i would give away samples or would ask to pay later. I don’t need anything for free - i could pay next time, in the end i had cash and i had card - but they did not find working solution for both.

Quick reply and very professional. Don’t think twice about them. They are my primary supplier you can trust for quality and consistency.

Don't buy anything. Website is not secure and out dated application which can not secure for online payment. Also Bad customer service.

We had a launch campaign for our brand in Dubai -

Paid a premium to get our designs printed and samples were to be made ready in a couple of days.

After taking 1000 dirhams for 2 Samples - Adnan - disappeared for 2 weeks and probably outsourced a cheap printed shirt and tried to push it on to us.

There service is going down hill.

The owner is probably not concentrating on this business and left the job with underqualified low paid employees who barely understand anything about customer service and quality assurance.

Worst experience ever! Spoke to a man called Adnan from this place. He gave false promises and never delivered. I was asked to pay for the work in advance and I still did not get the stuff done. They take your money and don't do your work. Do not recommend at all!

Worst experience ever! Paid a sales guy named Adnan 3 weeks ago to provide me the samples. Not only he did not provide the samples, he was not responding to our calls and even said he doesn't remember us even when we were constantly contacting him. Total disappointment: (

Brilliant quality and styling clothing. Been dealing with Momin and his team for a while and an exceptional service is what we get each and everytime.

Waited 2 weeks for a single sample, it was totally not according to my specifications. The management handled my situation very badly, they ignore my phone calls, the ignore my messages, they reply late, and they don't care about customer satisfaction.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Its been such a refreshing experience dealing with EA. Whether its a bulk order or a small one; the attention and effort they put into it is simply awesome. The commitment to quality and time too is something that makes us go back to them and continue with them as our principal suppliers of apparel.
