All I can say was an excellent place there was a lot of access especially transport which is connected to metro.

This is Emirates Airlines Headquarters! The office space exudes sophistication with a professional ambiance and a beautifully organized workplace. There are numerous restaurants, an atrium, and various stores conveniently located within the premises, making it a one-stop destination.

The employee service centers are a highlight, catering to the needs of Emirates Group employees with a diverse range of services. The availability of bank branches and a money exchange center adds an extra layer of convenience.

For aviation enthusiasts like myself, the offices facing the airport, especially at Costa, offer an amazing vantage point for plane spotting. Overall, a top-notch facility that combines functionality with aesthetic appeal. Highly recommend!

Be ready to drive 8 stories up to use the visitor's parking and spend half of the free time allowance going up and down.

Worst service, informing cancellation of flights less than 24 hours or at least 12 hours before the flight, they called us and told us that the flight is cancelled 6hrs before the flight when we already prepared everything and when we are already in the airport, if they are really professional then they should tell their passengers at least 12 hours before the flight. THE SERVICE IS NOT WORLD CLASS, OVERRATED. WORST SERVICE!

Its quite a scenic area if you go to the balcony behind Costa that has an overview of one of the runways so you can see planes taking off. There is also a DHL located inside and a few more shops.

I didn't tour this place in detail, but I have been very satisfied: coming from the Metro station to look for a place where I can change a AED 200 note, I went to the bank office inside the Emirates Headquarters: everybody very kind and efficient, in 2 minutes I was done, without going out under the killing sun.

Usually people dont know about this place as mostly emirates employees use this station however in the plaza there are lot of facilities like different banks atms and banks proper branches as well diff coffee tea and food shops
Also a good place for hygiene food
Little bit expensive but nice place
Beware tea and coffee usually very expensive as compare to normally available at other places

What's not to love about this place. The best view of the concourse there is and the personification of travel. A little sad and depressing to be at lately but I'm sure it'll go back to the hustle and bustle of pre-covid very soon.

This by far stands out the best headquarters one would visit in their lifetime, with everything well set one can easily get to where they're heading and also get refreshments of every type by the available cafés around, banks with free internet access. Keep up the good job Emirates.

O have been flying this airline for years from Newark to Greece! I fly twice a year. I fly my daughter twice a year, y parents once per year and my sister once a year!
Last year when I flew over my parents my father is diabetic shots in saline before every meal, has had a triple bypass, goes to dialysis 3 times per week and we always request wheelchair service! When he landed in Newark, I waited for over 2 hours after they landed only to see my father walking out very slowly with my mother holding him. When I asked where is the wheel chair they said they didnt have enough. When I got him home I took pictures of his feet they were very swollen and in pain! I contacted Emirates and they said it was Newark airport. Newark airport has never answered my Emails.or calls! But I paid Emirates, it is there responsibility to make sure passanger are taken care of. Their response was we will give miles! Really guys?
I wish there was a minus 5 stars! Unbelievable response by such a great Company!

My 13 year old son, Raghav travelled by Emirates economy class, from New Delhi to Amsterdam via Dubai on flight number EK 515 & EK145 respectively yesterday, 19-07-2019. To make his travel comfortable I purchased seats in advance for him and his teacher Mr Devesh Gupta but on checking in at the IGI airport in Delhi they allotted him seat number 50J &50K instead of his purchased seat number 19A & 19C and 10A & 10C respectively for both sectors.
He told Mr Mohammed Sarem, the person who checked them in at the check in counter in Delhi airport, that they have purchased seats but he paid no heed to his pleas and instead said you can just stand here and argue and miss your flight.
Mr Mohammed Sarem did not even check the purchase vouchers or emails sent by emirates to us confirming our purchase. My minor son was badly harassed and I was so disturb by the whole issue as my minor son was traveling alone without us.
I often travel by emirates and considering it to be a world class airline, I chose only this airline for my son’s solo travel.
I am not only feeling cheated by the airline but is now disturbed as no positive response from them.
I was told that a minor’s seats cannot be guaranteed, in that case the airline should have denied the sale of seats to him at the time of purchase. After accepting payment and at the time of taking the flight they cannot deny purchased seats.
I want the senior official of Emirates to take an immediate action on this issue and compensate us as soon as possible as my son would be taking a flight back next weekend and I have purchased seats for his return journey too. The details of which I’ve posted below.

This place is amazing for plane spotters especially at costa and the offices facing the airport (I'll put some of this place view, the building is so dynamic and beautiful, ofcourse it will be because this is the world's best airline headquarters

But I gave it 4 stars because of the rude securities, and I saw a pilot and I know that he is a pilot, he seemed free so I asked him a question, he lied to me and told me he is an aircraft engineer

Great and organised place with a variety of good restaurants, nice offices, bank and other facilities.

A well distinguished group around the world. I loved to be permanent member of this group. People are very friendly and professional.

An amazing place where you are free to walk around and explore about emirates products departments. Emirates Cabin Crew is one of dream job

Very dynamic and vibrant place, I gave it 4/5 because I've seen better places in Dubai and it is really sunny as the ceiling is made of glass, but it's really an amazing building. A busy but pleasant working environment. Many food choices as well.

Uber cool place. Lots of different people - crew, employees, visitors from different corners of the world. Awesome.

I am writing to talk about the Airlines itself not the building, this global giant is beyond amazing, excellent services with up to date fleet and very friendly and helpful staff
I got an upgrade today on my flight to Business class and it was simply magical, amazing hospitality with a wide and delicious set of food serviced with care and attention
This is definitely a high light in my travel experience, you didn't only make my day, but the whole business trip for me
I can't speak any higher of such an amazing global giant
For sure I will be booking Emirates for all my personal amd business flights and I will make my friends do the same

This is how they handle baggage with a fragile sticker attached! Also, attitude of some cabin crews and Dxb check-in staff were not very good. Food on some flights were good but some very unsatisfactory. Emirates may have some of the best fleet and IFE but I think they should focus more on training their staff and improving customer service rather than absurdly sponsoring every sport event out there to gain market.

Amazing terrace with great views of the airport! You can enjoy a nice lunch while watching the life of the airport. If you love planes, this is you place!

We book flight from travel agent on website, for travel from UK to NZ.then cos of age of my parent, we booked extra leg room with emirate directly.anyway, first trip here we decided that wasn't enough, so decide to use live chat on emirate ask for help, and was told to ring a number for help, we called and staff said need to arrange it with travel agent.what i don't understand is, we just want to upgrade but wasn't able to and this is very frustrated.bad service, very dispointed, won't travel with you guys ever again.

Large halls, Rolex watches hanging every 100 metres, outstanding service, comfy chairs, gourmet food, sparkly drinks, mind blowing duty free varieties, you name it! Ok, let make this clear, i am really so angry how this airlines behavior, i am flying with the really often, i have a membership in their program, the are really cares about what kind of nationality you have, and the are bad for Arabs, special for Yemens people, because i have that password, the never upgrade me even i have 70000 tier miles, and the do it for someone who just fly for the first or second time, i sure they just ignore you and your loyalty just because you from somewhere. This is when i am membership, you cant imagine how was it before i make this membership. I thought it will get better but nooop.

For me this will be last flight you. Thanks, and please l, put this in your marketing campaigns so, someone like me will fid other airline.

3. Salary is fishy, as to client they show 14,000 dirhams and in actual
1/10 is given. And when you ask why like this? They respond "None of your business"
4. Infrastructure of HQ is great.
5. But who cares, when you are so much exploited. Even a security guy earns minimum 2400/dhm and a cargo agent they pay is 2500 dhm.

I love the airlines service. I believe they provide very good service at most reasonable prices. Their business class is just awesome. Their flight washrooms are also very neat and clear with proper toiletries available in stock. The best part of Emirates is their food. I have travelled in both economy and business and liked them.

Headquarters for the Emirates group employees. Very accessible by metro train and buses. Nice view of the airport from Costa coffee shop. They have Atrium shop and food court. Loads of facilities for the staffs and guests alike.

Very good the way they handle the travelling public and visitors there. Even a small shopping cum eatery areas.

Must visit to see the environment and customer service. Amazing. Easy metro access, Ariel view of Dubai International Airport.
