اسوأ خدمة حكومية مرت عليه ،، لا الشكاوة تأخذ بعين الاعتبار ولا العميل. طلبت ايصال عن طريق مركز الاتصال وكل يوم اتابع الموضوع ورفعت شكاوى لكن ناشي فائدة القائمين على الوزارة مو مهتمين ل عملائهم.

As a local, this is one of the worst services i have dealt with. Calling every day for more than a week to get my medical report! They have no contact with their technical support!

يرجى من الجهات العليا اغلاق هذه المؤسسة السيئة السمعة لما يقومو به من عملية احتيال على المواطن وعدم اعادة رسوم المعاملات الملغاة بعد اكثر من 3 اشهر من تقديم طلب استرداد المعاملة واتصالات وايميلات بالعشرات وما زالت الوعود مستمرة بدون جدوى

لو فيه تقييم بالسالب هيكون اقل شئ الواحد يكتبه. قمه اللامباله وعدم الاهتمام بالعميل اكتر من ٤٠ يوم لمحاوله استرداد مبلغ تم دفعه ولم يتم الحصول على الخدمه الطبيه مقابل المبلغ وتم التواصل اكثر من ١٠ مرات وعشرات الايميلات ولم يتم التواصل ولم يتم استرداد المبلغ

Waited for longtime and no one knows what is the reason for waiting. We are expecting some responsibility and service from this reputed organization

None is replying on email as well for the refund request processed many days back but haven’t received yet

Today april 5,2023 at 1: 40pm i call back the number 06 518 3421 this number call me to tell me reschedule my daughter vaccine.one lady answer the phone and she told me call again maybe she cannot hear me.she hang up, when i call back she answer and cut right away.i call like 10 times they dont want to answer.what is this? You guys working like that? You will hang the phone after you will not answer? Its not good service.very poor i dont even want to put star!

خدمة العملاء صفر مع كل الاحترام … يتم تغيير الموعد قبل بالاسبوع و تاجيله لمدة ٦ شهور على اي اساس من غير توضيح اي اسباب …

My endocrine appointment which I took on 16th Jan 2023 supposed to be on 10th April 2023 but I was shocked that it got rescheduled to 11 Sept 2023 without any further notice … seriously disappointed with such bad service. When, called contact center I was informed it’s from hospital without justifying any reason for the change.

After complaining yesterday, on 6th April 2023 I receive a call telling me that Doctor Resigned and we don’t have a replacement. Wow of Business Continuity Plan خطة التعامل مع الازمات و الطوارى مافي عندهم ماشين بالبركة و المرضى يتحملون التاخير

Had an appointment with Dr Maryam pediatricion, was completely satisfied with their services. They were very gentle with the child.

A big thanks to EHS in UAE for providing the best health care services. Patients comfortability is their priority. Doctors, nurses and all the staff is highly cooperative and professional. They will make more than 100% sure that patient is perfectly stable and out of any kind of pain/discomfort before leaving.

I'm extremely happy with the support and services provided by EHS, UAE. Great attention and assistance provided to the service of People of Determination.
I'm especially thankful to Mr. Ahmed from Customer Centre team at EHS Dubai, Ma'am Najla AlMuhairi of EHS Al Qassimi Hospital, Sharjah and the medical team at Kuwait Hospital, Sharjah for the coordinated support and services provided. I remain obliged and wish the team well.

عيادات في إمارة ام القيوين خدماتهم من الاخر سيئة جدا جدا خاصة المركز الخزان والسلمة بالساعات نتصل مايردون واذا ردو بالغلط يا يقولون المواعيد فل ولا خذو الموعد عن طريق الموقع ليش لانه ممنوع نعطي موعد من عندنا والموقع نفس شي وفي ناس مايعرفون عن المواقع ابا اعرف هالمواظفات والموظفين ليش قاعدين عالكونترات شو عملهم ليش ياخذون الراتب اذا هذا ردكم على الناس مانقدر نعطي الموعد

Nice building, yet the signs to the EHS should be bigger near the parking it was a small sign that was close to a door that was in the back.

Rude staff!

We were MOHAP customers and we had a UAE health card, specialist fee was less and affordable and everything was free in case of emergency. But EHS refused to treat, till a heavy fee was paid and all the blood tests and procedures were expensive.

My suggestion is to visit a private hospital, pay the same fee and you will be treated 200% better.

We highly appreciate the management doctor and the entire staff especially sister Thankaam for there support and help while we visited the clinic for the vaccination of my daughter. We wish you all the very best

I don’t recommend any nurse especially local to join their facility, whatever they will says don’t believe them

I am eagerly waiting for the great initiative of Blood Donation Drive organized by Emirates Health Services Establishment and Prime Medical Centre Ajman in cooperation with Sharjah Blood Transfusion and Research Center on 5th December 2021on Sunday @Prime Medical Center, Grand Mall-Ajman between 9 am to 1.30 PM

I have been associating with Sharjah Blood Transfusion and Research Centre during the initial break out of Covid-19 Pandemic and I am privileged and honoured to join again for this noble service of 'Saving the Life of Humanity'.

I welcome all the volunteers of Prime Group and the EHS team to do their best to make this event a grand success and a memorable one.

Your effort will always will be written in Golden words for all the help you are providing for the UAE Society.

Being an active member of BD4U group I will be discussing with them to contribute more donors from my side to make this event more reachable to public to avail the benefit to the needy patients.

Thanks a lot for the wonderful opportunity to join hand on hand to move ahead with success stories.
