Call center works so bad. Over book every time and you have to come then wait 2-4 hours because another patient inside. Even you show them your booking confirmation nurses say can’t do anything. Not managed system, need improve call center agents

Our daughter had severe pneumonia and we came for the first time here and we had to stay for 3 days. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Layla took care of our daughter she was soo helpful and she explained everything from day 1 and she was staying in touch even after leaving the hospital. We appreciate the service that we had received and we highly recommend this hospital to anyone else.

Dr. Leila Mubasher is the best pediatric we have ever met. She took care of our daughter after having severe pneumonia and was admitted to the hospital.
She spent hours explaining to us each and every detail.suggestions, advices.she kept on following up even after we left the hospital. Very responsive, very professional.

They simply lost it or just forget or doing council for the result:) it is funny and not same time
I called on 24th Day yo check what is going on (as I forgot)

After just make review I receive in email letter with appologies but not report for MRI or call from nurse to make an appointment

While a pulmonology doctor Dr. Maan Jamal is very good, Dr. Tatsiana Palkhouskaya was VERY rude to me, asking how my husband can live with me as she didn't like that I was coming to her in sad mood (I have ongoing struggles in this body part for a few years). The doctor also said she didn't like my smile and would prefer to never see it. When I contacted the hospital about this situation, I didn't even receive even an apology on behalf of the hospital. They said the doctor said that with a good will, that's why I decided to write this review. And a dermatology doctor told my husband who had cellulitis just to apply a gel and take anti-fever pills, when he needed urgent hospitalization and operation. So he was hospitalized next day in Al Zahra hospital in a life-threatening condition and had an operation.

Very good and experienced doctors. I have been here several times and every time I felt I was given good, caring advice, without unnecessary medications and blood test or radiology prescriptions that you see in so many hospitals in dubai. Many doctors are 50+ years old, and frankly, this is the type of experience I look for as a patient

Very bad managed hospital. I understand that there is some emergencies with the Doctors Sometimes but when your Doctor is not available for the appointment, due to emergency, the minimal decency to inform the customer.the first time I didn't say anything but its my 2nd appointment with my baby and it happen the same.great hospital but very bad managed

Not recommended for COVID PCR test, Alhosn App updates takes more then 30hr, although the result is with 6hr.

As always team is not helpful to book an appointments, even i am trying too book it since last week. None calling me back and Michelle from call center is not helpful at all!

I would like to extend my thanks to Emirates Hospital staff for the distinguished service I received during my stay, Special thanks to Dr. Joseph Sleiman and to the nurses (Boby, Nydee, Suriya and Vanessa) they are an amazing staff.

I have been completely blown away by the loving, kind and gentle care that has been provided by all the specialists and the nurses in the ER and in the wards. Nothing is too much for them and their goal is to ensure they find the cause of your illness so that they can provide you with the best care possible. The administration staff have been amazing as well. My room is cleaned twice a day and provides everything that one needs to have a comfortable stay. Thank you very much to everyone who works here.

10/10 experience overall with Dr Joseph Suleiman. Had multiple nasal surgeies (rhinoplasty, septoplasty and adenoidectomy). Highly recommended.

I had a broken front tooth from a hiking accident in Oman 2 years. After many visits to Joy dental clinic over the years, with no significant progress. My tooth started to appear blue & I used to bit my lips to not smile to avoid embarrassing myself. A friend then recommended me Dr. Jyothi at the dental department in Emirates hospital. She was super professional and courteous and understood my dilemma. Over the next few sittings, she has not only fixed my front tooth but made my front teeth set look better than before. I couldn't be more happier. I highly recommend Dr Jyothi for your dental checkup.

I had a surgery with Dr. Joseph Sleiman last year and I’ve had several follow up visits to make sure everything is ok. I’m happy to report that the surgery went really well and I’m happy with the results. Dr. Sleiman is an exceptional doctor with excellent nurses and staff, highly recommended.

Overall it has been a tremendous experience for us, from the day we received the good news till the delivery and even till date. We could not think it would have been easy without the support and guidance of @Dr. Maysarah. Waiting extremely long for the administration to happen. The 4 woman behind the desk are working at the speed of 1 normal person. Best advice I can give is to go somewhere else for COVID testing. I don't think the service here can be organised even more unefficient. A disaster!

My parents were admitted for COVID-19 at Emirates Hospital Jumeirah! They were diagnosed with moderate and sever COVID-19 condition. They were managed by Dr. Yanal and Dr. Maan.

Both the doctors provided excellent treatment with flare and care (top class).

Dr. Yanal was extremely supportive and use to call me every day twice and updated me with the progress.even when he was on leave (Fridays) he kept me posted with their condition (Never experienced such kind doctor). And he shared his mobile number with me and said feel free to call him anytime.if I had any concerns.even after they were discharged he called to follow up.just to ensure they are doing fine.

Nursing station managing COVID-19 patients are perfect! My parents had all praises for them and for the entire Emirates Hospital team.

I will be forever grateful to Dr. Yanal, Dr Maan and entire Nursing team.

One of the worst and deadliest experience we had here. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional experience at the ICU. ICU which is an critical care unit, you expect an efficient, caring and responsive team. A team that puts full effort to treat the patient with full integrity and dedication. But here it was the other way around, it was more of an " another patient" approach than of one to one care that the claim to give. A team full of south indian nurses with some doesnt even know how to communicate properly. They all work like in a group, the moment you have a problem with one others doesnt seems to be taking care of you since you confronted one of them, even the team lead nurse behaves in the same manner. Even the doctors at the ICU and others are the same. It was an nightmare experience specially when u loose your loved one. I rergret my decision of going to this hospital

All facilities are top quality and all doctors are professionals and skilled. The covid facilities are all top notch. I was admitted there. I'm a severe case and they help me to fully recover. Dr. Yanal Salam is my doctor and he encourage me and give his best to help me recover. He keep in touch even after i got out the hospital. The nurses are all nice they will assure you that you wont feel lonely and they will encourage you to survive and fully recover espeacially Ms. Lea from er, Ms. Noreen and Ms. Arlene who took care of me every time. All nurses are good but I didnt got all of their names. Salute to all of them. They are brave and will definitely take care of you.

We had an excellent pregnancy and delivery at Emirates Hospital with Dr Siham Bouazza and her team. Her vast experience, professionalism and kindness made us feel at ease from the start. I also could not have asked for a better delivery experience. The delivery room was spacious and welcoming, the staff were attentive and explained every step of the way to make us comfortable and at ease. Thank you Dr Siham!

Big thanks to the dr. Sebouh Kassis! My life completely changed after the surgery that doctor have done! I can live my life again on 100%. I was suffering from the lower back pain for more than 7 years, and after surgery i don't have pain anymore. Doctor is very professional and nice! Dr. Sebouh explained everything for me with simplicity and i trusted him from the moment i saw him. I highly recommend you to rely on his professionalism, and not be scared at all. Worst Experience in Emirates Hospital. Been waiting for almost 2 hours for a registration ONLY and a lady whos working in reception was rude.

Dear Hospital administration,

Today I went to make a PSR test. My experience in your hospital was the worst one since pandemic has began.
1. Organisation of a queue. It is nightmare as every single moment I have to make sure that I’m still in my place in the queue. It is purely depends on the security’s imagination of how the queue must be organised.
2. I was told that I’ll be admitted at 7 am. I came to the hospital and filled up all required forms by 6: 30 am. At 7 o’clock I have attempted to enter for PCR test, but unsuccessful as I was told, “emergency is closed“.
3. At 7: 30 am I was called to reception to pay for the test. My question, “what time are you going to start testing? ” They replied “at 7 o’clock. ” it was already 7: 30.administrator replied “it is because I was late. ”. Really? It is Friday morning - no traffic jams on road.
4. I went to the testing site. The nurse made my nose bleeding. I have two question on this matter: does it really need a swab stick to be pushed so deeply? Do they really need to spin it so long and painfully? It will not make difference on the test result, but experience of a patient will be bad.

Summarising my experience:

This swap test is not for free and it is not even discounted 150 aed, so, I believe, I have full right to expect good acceptable service in timely manner. On your web site it is mentioned 24 hours, but it is far to be true.
The working staff is not disciplined and they don’t feel to apologise for appearing late. By 7: 30 there was a queue of 10-15 people.waiting for one person.
Testing nurse need to reconsider her approach to her patients as she is not screwing a screw inside of piece of wood.it is nose, one of most sensible organs.

I have had 2 surgeries at the hospital and stayed as an in patient there, I was a patient of Dr Isam Mardini and I was very happy with the care I received and quality of service overall. Also I regularly visit Dr Yanal Salam internal medicine for my condition and he is a very helpful caring doctor and takes good care of his patients and follows up regularly with me and updates me on the regular about all my lab results and tests done. Overall am satisfied with the hospital service and the reason I go there is because of the great Dr's they have on staff.

One of the worst experience I had with Dr. Bothina Farouk - the internal medicine specialist.first of all she diagnosed my fiance wrong with antibiotic however the emergency doctor in the same hospital advised her not to take it as her treatment doesn't require antibiotic.
I requested to have a word with her by phone and somehow she refused to attend my call and this is not her first time to do such weird action.this is my last time to go to emirates hospital because of Dr. Bothina

Update on my post, I was promised by Mr.mohamed from call centre team that i will receive a call from Dr sohail the medical director for my feed back but that never happened
I had a call with Mr. EID the relations manager and as discussed with him he informed me that they will investigate and will get back to me by today Saturday 29-2-2020 and unfortunately that never happened as well.this is the way Emirates hospital treat their patients.
They simply don’t care.
Please think twice before taking the decision to get your treatment there

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Kanika Gupta the gynecologist who would recommend her to any female. Professional detailed helpful, and accessible 24/7.
She always follows up, and care about any concerns I have more than my self. Also the nurse Johana is caring and lovely lady.
The receptionists and all the staff are the one who make this hospital to be one of the best in Dubai.

By far the least professional Hospital in UAE. Just pulled out my medical records and will have my surgery somewhere else.

Not good experience at all. Have done surgery, came on time, surgery schedule at 10, but due doctor delayed, start at 2.30 pm. Team took me from unit and after that keep me waiting in pre surgery unit (don’t know how does it call) 1,5 hour before surgery start, after surgery, was waiting 3 hours till they found someone to drop me to my unit. Keep asking nurses why they keep me stay there so long, answer was, no one replay to take me out. Worst experience ever, I have done surgeries in dubai in different hospitals, so know how it was and definitely not like that. After surgery have some question to doctor, he didn’t replay to call from nurses. Nice attitude.before you paid for surgery, doctor to kind with you, directly after surgery he lost his interest, you paid already, no need to be kind and polite. By the way, result not great at all, regret to choose this doctor and hospital.

Good Doctors specially the old ones however too much delay to see the doctor or to take the medicine, despite not big queue however not enough staff & taking very long to despens the medicine. No prescription outside the hospital pharmacy!

In October I had surgery with Dr. Herve, which was very successful. The surgery was to repair the fractured tibia and fibula, the recovery after these two months was very fast. Dr. Herve was very careful from the start, as all the hospital staff. The facilities at Emirates Hospital are excellent.

No I will not go into details, as I value my privacy, something this hospital does not care about. Information being handed out to third parties, without my permission. I wish this was abroad, so I can sue.

I came to hospital for Dr. Yanal upon recommendation from a friend. It was great to know him as he was a great doctor concerned to his patient through his updated knowledge in his medical field giving me the right solution to my problems as other doctors could not solve. Thank you Dr. Yanal for everything.

مستشفى جيد ولكن للأسف لا يوجد مترجم طبي رسمي لتسهيل عملية التواصل بين المريض والدكتور وبالأخص اذا كان المريض عربي والدكتور من غير العرب. كون ذلك يعزز من عميلة التشخيص ويعطي اطمئنان للمريض.

Lots of confusion with insurance.
Despite multiple guarantees, they still ask and wait for guarantee for every little thing, it felt so transactional and commercial focussed.

تسعى حكومة دبي جاهده في تطوير كفاءة المؤسسات والهيئات في الدولة لخدمة المتعاملين والاسراع في خدمتهم مما له اثر ايجابي لسمعة الامارة والدولة ، وللاسف الوضع كان مغاير في مستشفى الامارات ، لا يعقل بأن يتم خدمه جميع المرضى من قبل موظف واحد فقط ، حيث ان وقت الانتظار استغرق اكثر من ٤٠ دقيقة لاستلام الادوية!
