Stay away from this place, they are unprofessional. A lot of doctors do not even know what they are talking about. The turnover of the doctors is very high so you cannot rely on the same doctor twice. I had a very bad experience especially with orthopaedic and dentist department.

I went to Emirates hospital with huge pain to my teeth (Due to a pre-existing disease) and I received a great service from Dr. Mohamed Basha dentist. Thanks to his prompt action and after follow up and care, I am almost healed.

I follow with Dr. Mohammed Al-Basha, a dentist who is one of the best and most wonderful dentists. He is very comfortable. He checks on you after a procedure and responds to you his hands very light while the treatments he is my doctor since 4years.

I recommend Dr. Basha because he is professional in all ways. He helped me alot to bring back my smile:) am so thankful for all the assistance he did for me along with his helpers:)

The physio Dr. Maria doesn't conduct any proper investigation like a therapist would do. I'd recommend to go to HBMC instead, in the same building.

I have Great experience with Dr. Mohamed Basha dentist I highly recommended him. He takes his time to diagnose the problem in a more detailed and always attentive to patients.

If there is less than 1 star that would be my rating, I booked yesterday evening an appointment for my wife and because we usually go to the same hospital so that was our first choice, my wife had a high fever of 39.6 and after we drove and waited for at least 20 min we met Dr Mohammad Nurrin who was not concentrated with us and kept asking the same question all over again then he said sorry I can't treat you cause I don't deal with this insurance company but I will refer you to another Dr in the same hospital! And the other Dr also refused to see my wife because his working time finished and wants to leave! Though my wife delivered our little baby a month ago at Emirates hospital Jumeirah so they know our situation of a sick mother with a little kid at home!

Waste of time.

My last 5 appointments got delayed badly.
20-30 minutes to wait from the time your appointment booked each time I come.

Im happy in this hospital and the other doctors but except with Dr. Rana aboutrab after check up.she didnt even asked about my insurance so when I came to pharmacy they asked me all the questions and tried to call here because she didnt put anything on the system I Wait 30mins for her to finish the patients and in the end I payed for my own med cuz i cannot wait longer i have baby waiting for
Me athome and the nurse said she will call and update for the result of the test nothing happened waiting for a week now.

I visited Dr. Emad Atassi (ENT) for my ears, He is such an amazing and professional doctor, I highly recommend him for ears problem. Appreciate him for a great experience.

The cal centre for this place are pathetic. They booked us an appointment with a dr Emad for a Pcr test. We arrived at 7: 30 (the appointment time) only to be told the pcr finishes at 6: 00. We were booked to see Dr Emad ('the medical director') who was very unsympathetic towards us and downright rude. Complete waste of time! Last time I visit this place.

Lost necklace:

Please get back to me regarding my lost necklace after my xray last May 23. I have reported and asked for cctv camera to help find it but they did not get back to me.

Following up on MRI approval for a week and it’s pending doctor reply to insurance. The receptionist Sally is very unprofessional and her attitude just make it worse to a patient. Not recommended at all.

A terrible time management. I had to wait for one hour for an appointement I couldn't have at the end!

Had an appointmemt today and waited there for one hour. They said, when asked that they had an emergency earlier. (Hours before my appointment). So all the paitient were piled up in the waiting room, since noone had called to postpone appointments. Pretty shocking behavior by a clinic in a time where everyone is taking extra steps to avoid even healthy people.

Went again and this time I waited 1,5 hours and was then blamed for being late. The organization is non existent here.

I visited Dr. Randa for a consultation. She is excellent as a Doctor and very caring. I highly recommend her to other patients.

I visited Emirates clinic last week and totally loved the experienced. Dr. Randa El Tawil is the best doctor you can rely on if you have any health problems.

I want to praise Dr. Amer Mansour, for his magical touch to my 7 years daughter, we werer losing hope that she will be back to normal life, after her neck vertebra sliding problem, but Hamdulellah cure was on his hands, many thanks Dr.

It is good to remember good things that happened to me because of this facility. I was referred by my Manager to Dr. Amer Mansour because of my knee pain of unknown cause. He did physical examinations and said I need to do tests. I did all required tests and found out the reason for pain then he explained to me all I need to do. He was like a professor in explaining my condition. I never had consultation like that, my mind was blasted with all details I need to know for my condition. Kudos to your clinic for having him!

Today I had to have an appointment with dermatologist at 1: 30, but unfortunately it didn't happen. I was waiting for 40 minutes at the lobby area and when I asked receptionist about this delay, I was told that there is gonna be a delay for 20 more minutes cause of the complicated patient.
I don't want to complain about the staff, they were polite. But there is definitely a problem on how do you manage appointments and inform your clients. You need to let them know in advance that there is a delay and not at the time when they already mad.

Emirates hospital is one of the best hospital in UAE. I had visited their branch in Marina for 2 months ago due to my shoulder pain. That was my second opinion. One of my friend recommended me, there is a best ortho peadiac surgeon in Marina, who is Dr. Amer Mansour. He explained well about the causes of my pain & Dr. Prescribes some pain killer for me. After that I feel better. I highly recommended Dr. Amer Mansour.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mohamed Basha for two years. I had two root canal treatments and the installation of two crowns. He is a perfectionist in his field and he always insures that a procedure is done exactly right.
He is also very kind and thorough with his explanations.

Putting your life or body in someone hands in this place? ! DON’T!
The most unprofessional dentist Dr. Mohammed with probably not certified assistant made it my worst dental experience. I contacted hospital to complain to the manager and she was never available or didn’t want to deal with it. They always said we will call you back and guess what? ! They never did!
The place looks nice and clean, GPs are ok but everything is fine and nice until it gets to technical parts such as teeth!
The assistant on her phone, my mouth full of water, I’m chocking, no suction as the assistant is busy on her phone, they use the same machines in all patients mouths with no plastic cover, no glasses provided, all my face and eyes are wet, the doctor keep pushing his hand on my eye, he injured my tongue and was bleeding for hours because I was chocking with water in my mouth and he was not using suction, the filling is terribly done! The crown is to close to my other teeth so I can’t floss!
They don’t even care if you are unhappy! Because they get paid by insurance so what can I do? Not even the manager cares! Great place for making money for people who call themselves doctors!
Very disappointed! Need to visit another doctor and potentially pay to fixe his mess!

BEST ENT SPECIALIST IN DUBAI!

Dr Emad El Atassi comes highly HIGHLY recommended. He performed a Septoplasty on myself as well as my husband. We both are over the moon with our results. I can breath through my nose for the first time in my life. Not only that, but my nose also looks amazing post operation.

He is highly professional, he is extremely friendly, not to mention he is the best (in my opinion) at what he does. Choosing an ENT specialist should be a very well researched decision. I can assure you need to search no further.

Apart from Dr Emad being incredible- Emirates Hospital is truely an experience. It is more like an hotel than it is a hospital.

I had a great experience & results in Emirates Dubai Marina hospital. I had to do Left knee ACL surgery with Dr. Amer Mansour. Dr. Amer is best surgent you can find in UAE & maybe in the middle east. The results were perfect and i walked from day one. Then continued the physiotherapy there with Mrs. Dana Diab, recommended by Dr. Amer and i know why. Mrs. Dana is an amazing therapest and helped me progress and expecting full recovery in 2 months!
