Not the best place to go for anything urgent! So frustrating especially when a child is involved.

Emirates Hospital Day Surgery & Medical Center, Motor City service is incredible, I was choosing between 3 hospitals to go to for a GP consultation and I ended up choosing Emirates Hospital Motor City because of the rating and reviews and I have to say that this place is absolutely amazing, the staff is so nice and attentive and they are so efficient.

My initial consultation was with Dr. Mira Awad who referred me to see the surgeon Dr. Maen Al Issa. Dr. Al Issa is incredible, he was so nice and explained everything to me clearly the way I would understand, he is very friendly and made sure that I was ok and felt comfortable. I had a day surgery, a lipoma removal on my back in June 2023, I also met with Dr. Monica Pratap the Specialist Anaesthetist who took me through the procedure of the surgery and explained everything to me.

The surgery was quick and easy the staff did everything to make sure I was well informed and comfortable. I have an allergy to adhesives so they made sure what they were using on me was hypoallergenic. They also made sure to do follow ups after my surgery and make sure everything is ok and the wound was healing well.

I cannot recommend a better hospital to go to, I have been living in Dubai since 2009 and have been to so many different clinics and hospitals and this place is the best place I have been to.

Overall I am so happy that I went to Emirates Hospital Day Surgery & Medical Center I cannot say or find anything bad to say about them, this place and their staff is just amazing.

What a wonderful experience with Dr Mean Al Issa. My daughter needed a fingernail removed, it was quick and drama free thanks to his understanding and gentle way with children.

I came to the clinic of Dr Maen el Issa with a complicated case for the treatment of an infected surgical wound. Dr Maen and his nurse Ms. Rinu provided me with exemplary medical service and were very supportive all across the healing journey. This review is about Dr. Basel, ENT specialist at Emirates hospital Motor City. There are not enough words to describe my gratitude for what he have done the moment I walked in with the worst infection case. Not because he did what (every patient expected from a doctor) but because how he handled my case with extreme professionalism, accurate analysis, predicted time for recovery. He literally went through my recovery journey with close observation on a daily basis to make sure I’m on the right track and no progression of the infection. He was so patient with me despite I was not in my best mood fighting an infection/ virus unable to breath, eat, drink or even sleep.

I never been taken care of so much by anyone like the lovely nurse Ms. Dana.

Looking back where i was and where I am now, I’m speechless.

The doctors are really very nice and well experienced but I felt that there is a shortage of nursing staff as I have to wait long time for my turn.
Note: No one is picking the phones as well for appointments. Management should look into this issue.

Nurse Rinu is such an excellent one. She makes an amazing nurse to any doctor. She is fast, observant, kind, extremely reliable, and confident. It is rare I see a nurse as on point and focused as Rinu is.

They have the best specialists who are available all through the day! Highly recommend Eye specialist Dr. Deepak Sharma and ENT specialist Dr. Basil who are the best in there field. Special mention to Shalini who is Doctor Deepak’s assistant, she makes sure the patient is well taken care not only during arrival at the hospital but also when departing!

Am so satisfied with my laser treatment especially after jiji has taken over the sessions for me.super professional, caring and hospitable.

We had to chase the hospital many times to get the results of a few tests. We have reached out them many times to contact one of their doctors and everytime they say somebody will call you and then nothing happens. Yesterday, we informed them It's an urgent case and they did the same thing. Personally, it's one of worst experiences in Dubai although I visited many other hospitals.

My wife has reached out to them many times to contact them to get an appointment with the doctor and every time they say "somebody will call you" and then nothing happens. I feel they do not care about the condition of the patient and I don't know how they did not respond immediately. It's one of the worst experiences in this hospital. I am totally disappointed.

Dr Maen Al Issa is the gold standard in his field. He is kind compassionate and always listen to his patients, I feel so lucky to have found him. A huge plus is Dr. Monica Pratap, the sweetest Anesthesiologist, she is like my mother/anesthesiologist combined. I highly recommend Dr Iyad Issa who is very attentive and thorough. The nursing staff are friendly. They are absolute the best medical team I have ever experienced. The facilities in the Emirates hospital Day Surgery and Medical Center Motorcity is comfortable and clean.

I did my first surgery in my life and the surgeon Dr Maen treatment was so perfect and really successful without any pain, the service, hospitality and nursing are overwhelming, Rinu the nurse is an angle she handled and helped the operation with Dr Maen as if i am their family member.

I had a very bad experience with DR. Rekha Tamhankar. First of all she was not friendly with my 10 years old son as she was speaking all the time very seriously which made my son uncomfortable. Also she insisted on taking the consultation fees in full where the x ray machine was broken (Which is something she didn’t inform me ahead) and she didn’t do anything as she couldn’t identify the case without the x-ray! I paid 450 AED for nothing!

Good doctors but there's a miscommunication gap between call centre and nurse/doctor that needs improvement to save time for patients instead of keeping them waiting more than normal waiting time

Excellent support every time we go. Nurses are thorough and always helping when there is any discomfort. Seeing Dr Maen and Dr Mariam has been such a blessing. They are both very knowledgeable and available all the time for our questions. We have been very happy with this.

I really would to thanks DR. Amier For his amazing follow up my son for few days until he make sure he recovered 100% and all the advices he gave us during flue season.

My son has a surgery and was quite frightened. From the dermatologist Dr. Manesh to the surgery department with Dr. Maen everyone helped with professionalism and heart to let him feel comfortable. I am a huge fan of this Emirates Hospital branch and don’t find a single point to complain about. Dr. Rima is a great and exceptional obstetrician, Dr. Rekha, dentist, is amazing and helped me to “enjoy” dentist appointment, my physiotherapist Atosa is just great and ENT Dr. Basel very thoroughly. What else shall you expect? I hope this branch will continue like this forever. Also a huge thanks to the reception and nurse team. They let you feel at home and are very helpful.

Takes more than 10 days for blood report. The Doctor calls back after multiple call back requests and tells to call her back between 2 to 3 pm. After trying to call the incompetent receptionists tell they cannot connect you directly and can only place call back requests.
They call when you are busy and expect you to be free when they call.

I recently had a minor surgery for my plantar fasciitis and Dr Mohamed Kandil was nothing short of excellent. The surgery went very well and the doctor did an amazing job. After the surgery i started doing physio therapy as there was still a bit of pain left due to my foot healing; Dr Atosa Erfan was also nothing short of excellent. She knew exactly what to do and with every session my foot is getting better. Dr Erfan makes you feel relaxed and in good hands. Highly recommended

Totally recommend this place since its doctors are really friendly and kind. I had a bad pain in 4 month ago and doctor maged decreased the pain that I have now I was so super grateful of having this doctor and nurses that let me enter fast. Literally highly recommended since it has a excellent service with amazing lifesavers.

I visited hospital on 28 th of December to see general practice doctor because I felt sick and had some symptoms. After spending 4 hrs and 30 minutes in hospital and getting different medications intravenous for as doctor concluded was " just and allergy " they dismiss me home without doing Covid test or indications that my symptoms may require testing (at that time I reported, chest pain, cough, dizziness and lost of taste - everything except fever) Doctor concluded that test was not necessary even with all symptoms displayed above and she dismissed me home with few different medications for allergy aldo I did X ray in same time in same hospital which showed, " stains " and marks in lungs.
After 5 days my condition was not better, as obviously drinking medications for allergy didn't help me to recover, I decided yesterday to visit other hospital and request to do Covid test as same symptoms last few days - test came this morning as POSITIVE.
When I called hospital Emirates Hospital Motor city and asked to talk to my GP doctor same which I visited few days ago, they told me that Dr Mira is not available today, as well they told me that he nurse will call me back " if she can".
I explained to receptionist who answered call that I tested Positive and that I would need some instructions and guidance from doctor it self or any hospital professional, this is exceptional situations and people need sympathy and help and who can be better person to understand and guide than your doctor or hospital which in this case disapointed in first professional than human level.

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and after a particularly bad flare up, was referred to Dr Atosa Erfan for physiotherapy. After the first session, my pain was significantly reduced. Dr Atosa is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly her treatment plan is effective. I highly recommend Dr Atosa and Emirates Hospital Motor City.

One of the best hospitals in the area, they are helpful and they have professional doctors, I had an experience with the best physiotherapy doctor there (Dr. Atosa), she was the only doctor who solved my muscles pain problem using multiple techniques, along with Dr. Majed (General Practitioner) thanks to the all stuff for being very organized and helpful.

Though I highly respect some doctors at the hospital, but the experience with pediatric doctor Nibras was outrageous, I would not recommend her, ignorant in her field. After seeing another doctor, we recovered within a day.

I have had a great experience with Dr Atosa Erfan during my rehabilitation physiotherapy for a torn calf muscle and groin strain.
She has been most professional with her techniques and more importantly her advise. She gave me plenty of exercises and stretches to do to aid my recovery. I would highly recommend Dr Erfan for any rehabilitation work.

The worlds Biggest thanks to Dr. Harve. After having a terrible accident almost 2 years ago and almost loosing my leg, other Drs turned and said I would loose my leg! With the hard work and perseverance Dr. Harve didn’t only manage to save my leg but today I am walking and running like I always did! Words cannot explain how grateful I am! THANK YOU DR HARVE!

Excellent place with even more excellent people. Had a surgery performed by Dr. Maen Al Issa general surgeon who is the most wonderful doctor you can hope to meet. He immediately puts his patients at ease and it helps that he has 30 plus years of experience behind him. Nurse Jia ably assists him and is efficient and kind. Nurse Binu was a very reassuring presence and looked after us right till the moment we left the hospital. My review would be incomplete if I didn't mention the wonderful Dr. Monikya - anesthetist. She is knowledgeable and frank and offers great support. So pleased with this super clean hospital and the wonderful service that begins right from the time you call them up on the phone!

Speaking of my medical case, I had a Sever pain in my back and leg and even after the first season with Dr. Atoosa “ the Senior physiotherapist “ at the hospital I can tell that 75% of the pain gone, and session after session the pain gone completely, which I can thank her enough for her support with me

Five years in Dubai I haven’t been to such a bad bad medical center. I booked appointment for my son one hour prior to my visit to see a family doctor. When I reached there I waited and waited and waited after waiting for 45 minutes I went to reception to ask when the doctor will see us. The reply was very very soon they will call you. After concluding one hour I had to leave with the duty manager patronizing me about how right I was.zero stars and my hour back and of course no complaint filing

ACL surgery

Dr. Herve Ouanezar carried out my ACL reconstruction surgery on October 14,2019.

From my initial consultation, I knew I was in the right hands. He put me on a pre-surgery program to be well prepared for surgery and ensure a smooth recovery.

Throughout the process, he was accessible to answer all my questions and was extremely supportive. The day of the surgery itself was absolutely seamless (I am convinced that Dr. Herve combines a little magic and art with science!). I would like to thank the entire team for their kindness and attention.

The post-surgery follow up has been meticulous and within 30 days I am walking normally without a brace/crutches. I am now on Dr. Herve's post-surgery physio program and I cannot wait to get back on the football ("soccer") field.

I had an ACL surgery with Dr Herve at the hospital, all I can say that it was a 5 stars experience. Since the 1st consultation and before the surgery, Dr Herve has been very honest and transparent, he takes his time to explain everything in details and ensures that all your questions are answered so you have don’t doubtS before making any decision. After the surgery, he has been very supportive and helpful, always available to answer any concerns via call and whatsapp, constantly follows up with me on my status, he even came all the way to the physiotherapy centre to supervise one of the sessions and ensure the stuff and following the after surgery protocol. Today I complete 7 weeks since I had the surgery, and I am very glad that I did it.
