We moved our items from Dubai to Chennai. Upon enquiry they immediately sent the surveyor and gave us a quotation.
I was very impressed, as they were easily approachable for all my queries. The packing was excellent, they ensured safety of fragile items as well. The delivery was a little delayed, other than that there were no issues. They handled all of the paper work as well. I highly recommend.

Extortion is the best word one could use to describe my experience with this company. Wanted 800 GBP for insurance on a package valued at 150. Refused to take credit card for said insurance. Refused to return package to original sender. Fraudulent operation. Don't waste your time. At this point, these people need to be paying me the 800 GBP for time spent NOT receiving the package they were paid to deliver. Don't waste your time. Good luck with the scare tactics.

We recently moved from Dubai to Oman. I enquired with 3-4 professional movers, and with my enquiry on portal Emirates Logistics reached out to me for providing a quote. They were the most professional in inspection and providing a quote also very competitive. The entire process of scheduling the pick up, packing, storing in Dubai for a month, then delivery to Oman was hassle free. Amazing experience in dealing with emirates logistics and particularly the prompt, professional and customer centric service delivered by the Move Coordinator Jennifer Cortez.
My colleague shared his good experience in dealing with this company and introduced me to Jennifer.
Upon contacting her, very next day she arranged a survey and offered a market competitive Quote.
The goods were packed in a professional manner and safely loaded on a vessel at Jabel Ali port and I was given ETA of goods at Brisbane port in 4-5 weeks.
As promised it arrived with in 5 weeks and 2 weeks for clearance from Brisbane port.
Jennifers support really helped in expediting the clearance from Brisbane post.
All stuffs including my Bose home theater, TV, crockery items arrived safely with out any damages.

I hired Emirates Logistics for a 4 Bedrooms townhouse moving.
I have made a great and only positive experience along the full process…from quotation, communication, preparation and execution. All went perfect.
Mrs. Uruba from the sales team was very Customer oriented and was always available for a request or explanation needed.
Mr. Atif who was leading the team of the movers was very polite and spoke very well English. Him and his team took all the moving stress away from us during the two days of moving (2 days for move out and move in to the new townhouse).
All the staff was very friendly and attentive.
Nothing went broke. Everything was packed properly and carefully.
They even removed my artificial grass to the other house. They did not even had any about it!
The price was very competitive and extremely fair, to not say below my expectations. But hiring Emirates Logistics was definitely the right decision.
I would recommend them to my friends in the future.

We moved within Dubai recently and decided to go with professional movers, since I am working from 8 am to 5 pm, I have little to no time to pack and move things to ease the hassle so we opted to go with Emirates Logistics Movers based on other reviews. Move consultant (Donna) and move coordinator (Jennie) was really great at answering our questions, explaining the process and checking in a week before the move to ensure we were all. I would also like to thanks the movers who we’re very kind, they really took great care of our home belongings they have easily uninstalled and install my furnitures and they were just so great to work with! I used Emirates Logistics service as reallocation company to move from Dubai UAE to Doha Qatar. The assessment visit was smooth with a very nice lady called Donna ON TIME and the collection was also on time within a clear scheduled date and with very good quality of work.

Woderful service. The moving team was very fast, efficient and friendly. All the time they communicated to me the packaging that they were going to use. My television is huge (65") and it arrived in perfect condition. When they finish the moving they clean and take the boxes and plastic to recycle them in a sustainable way. Amazing service.

I will say it was not the cheapest quote I had received but definitely competitive. The representative was extremely helpful and provided me all the information I needed. They were able to address all of my moving needs which took a huge load off my shoulders. We used Emirates Logistics for our move from Dubai to Saudi and everything went very smoothly. This company doesn't even deserve one star!

The costumer service is just horrible, never responding but when they asked for payment they even instruct you to go right now to the bank and deposit the money (it was 7pm)!
I have to specially point out Ms. Victoria, she is rude and unprofessional, the way she speak to her clients is not acceptable, she kept giving wrong information and still being rude not even once i heard an apology, even though i complain about her.

After all i had to ship a car with this company since i have paid already and lost a lot of time i could not change the company, i would loose even more time.
The big surprise after all was that the car arrived with several damages at the destination! And of course nobody feels responsible!

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am very impressed on the way Ms. Monica and Ms. Sangeetha help and assist me everytime I have a problem with some shipments, they are trying to solve the issue even it is not under their scope. These two are worth keeping, and the company should recognize their handwork.

My name is Yann and I would like to warn you about this company. The service is horrible, they told me the boxes were loaded on the 27th of march. I checked with them today and my boxes actually never left Dubai.

I never saw such an unprofessional company. They will be brilliant at follow up the payment but for the rest.it is a disaster.

If you care to your belongings and professional services, DO NOT use this company.

They promised that within 3 weeks we gonna have our stuff.we barely could have it after 2 months.they bubble wrapped my plastic ware.and left the glass as it is.leading to a lot of broken stuff in my glassware
broken LCD tv (they didn't pay back anything via its insurance)
damaged medical mattress (costed us 2000$) which they only return 230$ of it via insurance
due to miscalculation from their side almost costed us 6000 euros with the customs back in Ukraine
so good luck you all people shipping with them.

We were quoted 45-60 day transit time for our shipment (UAE->Europe).
We are approaching the 97th day since they have collected our goods, and we still have NOT received an estimated delivery date!
Very poor customer service and poor communication (we were advised that our cargo would travel on a vessel in August, only to find out weeks later that it did not make that load). Other than that, the packers were professionals.hence the 2 stars (and not one).

I encourage you to look elsewhere for moving services.

Worst mover ever, we booked them one month ago and requested them to send us boxes so we start packing before they come and this never happened.
On the moving day, they reached 9: 30 and they were only 6 people, they worked very slow packing stuff unprofessionally. At 12: 30 they wanted to have lunch so I ordered for them food before food arrived they sat and started talking. Food arrived 1: 30 and after eating they decided to take a nap!
After shouting and talking to them, they resumed work. Packing finished at 4: 30 afternoon (not all stuff fitted in the trucks) and moved to the new house. They reached at 5: 30 knowing the drive is only 15 min away. They offloaded the trucks and started unpacking, this is the most horrible part they are very slow. At 9: 30 they only finished the master bedroom and the baby room, living room was still unpacked, kitchen, living room, bathrooms.
Knifes where packed with our hand towels, they put our towels in the cat poop box.there is still 30 boxes closed till this moment which I had to take another day off from work to unpack them.
I do not recommend them to anyone
