Mr Emmanuel performing security at NBD BANK in DAFZA is an outstanding professional. Always proactive and positive. It is a true delight and an honor to receive assistance from him. He's extremely reliable and polite. I hope that NBD Bank rewards him for being such a reflection of the Bank's commitment to excellence.

I want to complain about Lady who sell me the loan on My credit card. First of all she did say the bank will charge me 0.78 percent per month, not per year. After many times I was asking her how much total charges will be in the end she stated 175 AEd. Second I asked what my monthly payment will be - 1440.this month I received a 2660 bil per month even I haven used a credit card. Please contact me for further action you will take according this person. The last one it’s impossible to talk to some real person through the customer service, EVA is the stupidest ever system who will ask you questions for half and hour and then just cancel the call
Incredibly rude lady at the desk, I'd been told online that I could come in and sort out my online banking problem. But the first chance she had she turned me away.
Bank was closed for renovations and we weren't informed.it was shocking to run to reach on time and then found out the bank is closed.very disappointed
I requested a debit card for my new account. The service person had me fill out a form and said it would arrive in 5 days. A week later at another branch I'm now told that my request was never entered into the system. The person I dealt with must have simply thrown my form away after I left. Absolutely awful service, especially for a brand new customer.

Possibly the most pathetic service I've experienced in Dubai. I got a new credit card which was assigned to the wrong phone number, therefore it's impossible to activate it. Changing the phone number is only possible in store and REQUIRES MANAGER APPROVAL. Managers only work until 2pm.
After reading the negative comments here I was reluctant to go to this branch with a query however I was in that vicinity this morning, The staff were extremely helpful and polite and resolved my issue efficiently,
This branch in the Dubai mall one of the worst services in Dubai the cleaning boy is taking care of the queue I was waiting for 90 min and then he brought a girl he knows and get in before me. This is the worst feeling of costumer service. Awful branch 0 out of 5

Can't believe how I didn't check the reviews section before opening account in this bank. DON'T deal with them unless it's fine for you to deal with a bank with the poorest complains department and worst customer service. Even if the fees and exchange rates were crazy and they had decent departments I would respect them, but to have a bank with the best sales team and worst everything else is a disastor

Worst customer service at this branch, 1st wait for long queue even when you need little information. Every staff guides you different information. Even the time frame of service delivery where given wrong. This review is based on my personal experience and at the time I used service however the real service, conditions and environment may vary.
They didn’t deserve this star but i am not able to give them 0. Absolutely worst costumer service and lazy agents on top of that extremely rood. Honestly after this i am thinking to change bank since level of their services drop down a lot. Person there didn’t want to rise new requests just because it was close to end of his work time, i think that bank should examine their hiring policies or includ costumer service in the training and please provide proper english classes, since i was asking one and agent was answering different thing. Please avoid.
My review is on telephone banking. Horrible! The customer service 800/600 number is led my a coputer generated voice EVA where u need to voice out what u need but the stupid system is so limited that u do not get whatt u exactly need. Also there are times u need to speak to a human being for details that limited computer could help. I spent half an hour at least on the phone with this system trying to figure out how to speak to a human being. Sucks big time! Most banks here sucks! Wpant to look good using technology but very amaturish and limited. I slhould bury my money in my back yard than use any bank!
That’s been an hour since I came here, even though it’s weekday and afternoon - it’s very busy, absolutely not enough of staff for that busy brunch. Staff unhelpful, because probably is too stressed as well, people complain from all the sides. Ehhrrr.
WORST BANK EVER. Eva is very useless. You can t even talk to a real person anymore. When you go to the bank they even tell you to do phone banking instead and you are already there!
All the employee doesn't know right information, they will missguide you about charges of services and time frame of the delivery of the services. I have visited many branches but Dubai Mall branch is the worst. They are busy with their coffees and do not care about customers. Never go there.
I have to share with people my experience with this bank. This bank doesn’t respect customers at all. They lost a cheque that I deposited, no body called me about it, when I came to check why I didn’t receive the money after one month.they were laughing about it like it’s nothing. They told me to go to police and announce that it was lost.
On the other hand, they don’t respond to queries, they cancel my transactions whenever they decide without any notification. Calling them or visiting their branches yields nothing as they are not interested in helping customers. The only time I get calls from them is when they try to sell me useless services and extra credit cards.
I don’t know how such banks still in business, but seems like the quality is their last concern
