Mr Jomon Mathew is an excellent service professional, very positive and customer oriented. He makes sure that the job is done, my issue was very complicated he managed it very well and completed the formalities with patience and a smiles on his face. Visit his office and u will see atleast 20 awards which are proof of his dedication and cadre.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent incident of phishing on my credit card account. I have unfortunately lost AED 1400+ as a result of this fraudulent activity. While I understand the need for an investigation, I am disappointed to hear that it may take 60 or more than 60 days for the refund to be processed.

I urge the bank to take immediate action in order to expedite the refund process. This timeline is not acceptable, as it places an unnecessary financial burden on me additionally with funds from my debit card being put on hold for a month. I understand the importance of a thorough investigation, but I also believe that the bank should prioritize the needs of its customers.

Please note that this comment is not intended to defame the bank in any way. Rather, it is a call to action for the bank to take steps to address this issue and improve its processes to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

I would greatly appreciate an early response and action from the bank in this matter. Thank you for your attention to this important issue.

The worst ever kind of customer service.
Frontline staff are inefficient, rude and inconsiderate to customers.
Attitude of the staff are highly arrogant and if possible, you should seriously consider banking with other banks where they value you sincerely rather than wasting your time over here.

Not a good experiance, give the short of customer service offered by ENBD (specific branch ghusais) Then again its the head of the brach who needs to identify such irregularities and consider needful measures to enhance and inprove service quality. ENBD is known better for its quality services at its other branches in UAE.

The worst Emirates NBD branch ever. Poor and impatient customer service. The virtual AI assistant is much better. There is huge waiting and the employees are there to just sit and not solve problem’s. Any other Emirates nbd branch is much better use of your time and can help.

The customer service of this branch is extremely poor. The customer service is not interested to answer questions and just pushes to the teller The teller is rude and impatient and does not answer queries related to customer service. The branch is extremely unorganised and has a long waiting as most of cabins are empty. If you plan to visit this branch please have 2-3 hours in hand without a solution.

Very convenient and friendly staff. The only thing is, any 2 of those 3 depositing machines will not be working most of the time.
And Currencies of 50,200 and 1000 will get rejected while you try to deposit.

This is worst Branch ever, Branch Manager doesn't deserve for his seat, He doesn't even look at your face Maybe He feels He's owner of the Bank, Staff 0 customer service, They are just roaming around and customers are waiting, I have never seen such operations

They have 3 machines to deposite and widrawal and 1 only for ATM, but u will always find rush take Ur time and come
