Worst courier/ postal service ever. Always have issues with my deliveries… half of the time they are lost and rest delayed. Customer care is a joke. They give false information and promises. Would stay away from them if I’ve given a choice! Unfortunately web orders I do not get the option to select the courier/ postal service. Very disappointed.
By far the WORST postal service ever. Please do not waste your time or money, they are so unprofessional and constantly promise to deliver your parcel but they never do. They take your phone number and address only to NEVER use it, and nobody actually attempts to deliver anything. I’ve been waiting over a month for my parcel to be delivered and now they don’t even answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting service! AVOID emirates post at all costs like the plague and save yourself the hassle and headache! If ZERO stars was an option that’s what they would be getting

My package arrived on the 20th Novemver 2023 at the sorting Center in Dubai. On November 27th the package still wasn't delivered, that is when I called customer service. They told me it will be delivered tomorrow the 28th nov. On 28th it still wasn't delivered, so I called again and again I got promissed my package will arrive tomorrow 29th of November. On 29th still no package, so I called again and AGAIN I agot told it will arrive tomorrow the 30th of November.
Today is the 30th November and guess what? Right AGAIN NO PACKAGE and after calling AGAIN same answer, the package will get delivered tomorrow.
This is very unprofessional, I already took 3 day's off from work to be able to recieve the package, now I have to take the 4th day off, just to be able to recieve the package that arrived in Dubai on 20th of November!
There is NO possibility for me to pick the package up in person, even if I had 3 day's time, waiting for them to deliver it. You are stuck waiting for the delivery team.
And the WORST part is they don't even offer you a compensation in any way. Just a "we are sorry" followed by another promise of delivering it tomorrow.but the fact that I wasted 3 day's of my annual leave for nothing doesn't seem to care anyone of them.
My honest opinion, in the future I am going to use any other private shipment company like DHL instead of Emirates Post. Also I would suggest anyone reading this, to do the same!
This was an awful experiencs with Emirates Post, thank you very much. My package arrived in Dubai on the 24th of November, and was scheduled for delivery only on the 1st of December. It hasn't arrived at the Day though. I called them, and they promised to deliver It the next day, but obviously, It didn't arrive. I called them again, and they promised to deliver it the next day. I called them the next day, and they said that the package is currently with courer and will be delivered by 4p.m. Guess what, it wasn't delivered. They said, that the delivery guy couldn't deliver it so it was returned back to the warehouse to be delivered the next day. I still didn't get the package, perhaps, it was lost, because that said they couldn't find it today to deliver. I would not advise you to use Emirates Post as it is completely unreliable.
خدمه سيئه لأبعد الحدود سبق وان طلبت من امازون 3 شنط تم تسليم شنطه واحده بتاريخ 19/9 والى اليوم لم يتم تسليم باقي الطلبيه ،،دائما يتصلون لمعرفة العنوان مع ان العنوان لديهم وسبق وان اوصلو قطعه واحده وكل مره نفس الكلام ونفس التاخير والى هذا اليوم لم يتم ارسال بقية الطلب! هل الخلل من امازون ام من Emirates’ post!? !?
I always go to this branch everytime I send a parcel and the service was great. Stuff are kind and efficient. But my recent visit was disappointing. Staff are rude. They don't follow the the 1st come 1st serve basis. Even I already have a number will avoid me because I'm sending a parcel, and they will serve other people who came after me.
I got the message, call but I hvnt yet received debit card, I even try to call the driver number who he called me once but Unfortunately I missed the call. Couldn’t understand why it is happening? Need help

From my experience just now the guy was in a hurry to do his job without even check-in if that's all we need and we don't have change is sayin to pay card as they don't have change they shall have if they knew they were accepting payment didn't say exact amount to be paid.and can't even understand what is he saying.worst experience
Emirates Post Office one of the best Post prices in al quoz dubai this is located behind al khail mall lateefabin Hamdan St and al Asayel Street office staff is very humble and friendly. Great job (EPO)
Firstly they called me at 9 pm about a delivery and told me the wrong amount that will charged to deliver. The next day when i said i wont take delivery without an invoice he said then wait till next day. Then they called and said 3 days later it will arrive in al quoz centre and i waited 5 days and drive all the way down to the post office only to be treated like 2nd class customer because the man was busy helping a fellow employee after asking for my details. And to thwn tell me the package isnt there and will now be delivered to another location.
Really bad experience, especially in the time of COVID. No social distancing at all, no temperature check, and hand sanitizer station placed behind security guard on a window sill, so it doesn’t show. The capacity of people inside is not being respected properly but at some point, the security guard asked the people coming in to wait outside by the door- so as you exit there was a very long line of people, standing very very close to each other and whoever wants to exit the place will have a hard time to exit because people are piled up at the door. Lastly, 5 counters but only 3 working at a very slow pace.
They are closed today from 12.00 till Thursday 2nd Jan. Would be very useful if they updated website with actual opening hours. Thus cannot actually review services at this time
Poor customer service. Came to collect my parcel at 20: 54 and they locked the door at my nose and told me they closed already. Timing 07: 30-21: 00 Shame on them! How dare they called themself CUSTOMER HAPPINESS CENTER
I was above to collect my shipment at friday, its already Wednesday and post still close, no one answer the phone, horrible service when place close for 6 days
Very poor service. Came to collect parcel and was told to pay some random fee for po box. Never had to do it before anywhere else. Staff was not helpful. Will try to avoid their service in the future
Everything is fine except fees (it’s applicable for any post office in Dubai). Fees to receive international parcels in particular. First of all they don’t deliver to your house, it’s self pick up (in my case). And when I had already paid amount of €5,65 for shipping while ordering the item, I end up paying almost same price AGAIN when I come to collect the parcel (AED 28,5). How is it calculated!? Why? ! When in my country if I order something from abroad and go to collect it to post office, I pay zero! And let’s mention at the end the value of the item was €9,9. Not nice.
Today I went to pick up 2 parcels. It was super fast. And the gentleman who was on the counter is so helpful and Kind, I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name. I’m so grateful. Thank you very much helping me.
Well, let's just start with my tiny capacity to grasp, much less appreciate, the complexities of running an organization like this. For example, I'm not fully aware of how they decide that some parcels can be delivered to one's flat, while others require a trip to this lovely facility to retrieve. If you do get to visit this place, there is a comfortable, air-condition waiting area for you to chill in, while you hang loose for half an hour. There is also parking provided, grátis, to clients. Better than most restaurants, they even provide FREE drinking water. Due to my own lack of appreciation for the finer things in life, however, I fail to understand or appreciate the place enough to tap higher up the star scale than 4. Yeah. My bad.
Most unprofessional shipping company, i have shipped with them item since more than 60 days now and it seems like it got lost and no one is giving answer, i went a hell of times and they always ask you to send and email! Dont trust them they will loss your items & they will keep escaping from the responsibility
From my own experience with Emirate Post - AlQuoz industrial area 4. The service was ok, and rapid Employees are cooperative and kind Waiting time wasn’t long Parking is available Location is good reachable by people who are working or living in Al Quoz industrial area.
